Emerald Green London were very helpful throughout the whole process. The council approval took longer than expected, but once that was sorted everything moved quickly. Tariq was especially helpful and easy to deal with. The installers completed the work over two days, arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up properly afterwards. New boiler installed along with heating valves, pipe replacements, and loft insulation. After being without proper heating for nearly two months, it’s a massive improvement. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend.

The installers worked hard, were very tidy, and did a great job installing a new boiler, heating valves, replacing old pipes, and adding loft insulation. After nearly two months without heating, it's a huge relief to finally have a warm home again. Highly recommended.

Workmen turned up at my home with no appointment, and on multiple occasions they came for entirely different jobs than what actually needed doing. I was promised a boiler grant, went ahead with the installation, and only after the work was completed was I told I no longer qualified—despite my boiler being 33 years old. Completely misleading and unacceptable. To make things worse, an engineer was sent out because my control panel wasn’t working, and I was left with no heating for two days, with children in the house. When the panel suddenly started working again on its own, I was basically told “tough,” even though I had video evidence showing it wasn’t working. No support offered whatsoever. This company has been nothing but stress, excuses, and incompetence. Stay far away from this cowboy outfit UPDATE I received a phone call from someone claiming to be a “manager” from a number ending in 6925. They refused to give their name and attempted to persuade me to remove my review in exchange for a £100 cash bribe, which I immediately refused. This behaviour was extremely unprofessional and has only reinforced my concerns about this business. I have since continued to message the same number after being promised an update regarding the boiler I was originally told I would receive, but no response has been given I later had an inspection visit from a company called Blue Flame, who work alongside E-ON in supporting the grant process and reviewing the work completed by Emerald Green. They were appalled by the situation and took detailed information regarding my complaint, as they could clearly see that the boiler installation should have been accepted

EGE did a great job with my boiler change, internal wall, and loft insulation. The team of engineers and labour were very hard working, professional, and kept the premises clean. I had a wonderful experience, would recommend Emerald Green 10/10.

Not a great experience with this company, they do not turn up when they say with no explanation, we had to ring to find out the reasons, this happened twice. Work was carried out over a number of days which when both are working causes issues, and now going into 2 weeks, we still have the rubbish on our front garden waiting to be collected. Again we have called 3 times and told 3 dates they would be collecting, yet it is still here! Yes work completed is sufficient standard just be prepared to be messed about if you go through this company.

Had a great team install my new boiler, they were all polite, friendly and worked well together. Respectful of my property making sure all carpets etc.. were covered to avoid getting dirty and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was explained to me as the work was being done and were happy to answer any questions I had. Great job well done.

I recently had the pleasure of getting a new boiler replacement, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and delivered true quality.

We had a boiler, loft insulation, two extractor fans and trickle vents installed by Emerald Green. The work was carried out to a very high standard, fitters were polite, professional and cleared up afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Very pleased.

I was a little apprehensive at first, I was always taught that nothing is free. I did some research and it sounded legitimate and the representatives were very reassuring. The whole process was really straight forward and minimal effort. I was extremely surprised at how quick everything happened. Truly a great service and I would genuinely recommend to anyone that’s thinking of taking part.

My friend who does not have a google account wanted to leave a review. My friend had his new boiler fitted by Ibrar and his team from Birmingham today. They worked very efficiently and my friend was very impressed and thanks them for their focused and time efficient service. My friend would definitely recommend them to others.

I want to say a massive thank you to Naff & team birmingham I'm writing this on behalf myself and my elderly mum as she doesn't do modern technology but huge shout out and thank you for listerning to mine and my mums concerns on the phone and being so understanding and rectifying the issues that arrised (these things happen) asap your excellent customer service and kindness meant alot to my elderly mum as she's never one to cause a fuss and the gentleman you sent to fix the issues that arised really was lovely kind and his attention to detail of the fixing the issues was brilliant specially with the brick work out front what a difference honestly to colour match the bricks and sand finish ( in pic) honestly even explained each stage as he did it which ever so greatful for and genuinely to bring her flowers and chocolates aswell made her feel listerned to and cared about which meant the world. That being all said the Customer service we received on the phone and in person honestly A+ would highly recommend the elderly are too often looked over and ignored and this team did not do that they listerned and they cared couldn't recommend them enough .

Absolutely stunned with the work carried out by the full team. Really good communication and as per regulations. No short cuts and even when I was happy, if they was not, they completed the work to full perfection. They also cleaned up everyday and the site was always clean and considerate with neighbours and public. I would highly recommend if you want a hassle free and simple process along with professional workmanship. Thank you all for all your hard work. Happy with the full worked carried out and not a single complaint. I tried hard to pick one but very, very, very impressed.
