I cannot recommend Econergy Solutions highly enough. They recently installed a Fox EP12 at my home, and the entire experience was flawless. It is very rare to find this level of professionalism and dedication in this industry. The process started with Luke, who handled the quote. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and made sure I had the right system for my needs without any high-pressure sales tactics. The installation was carried out by Matt, who did an absolutely amazing job. He worked incredibly hard to ensure everything was perfect and the quality of the workmanship is top-tier. Not only is the technical side spot on, but the system also represents excellent value for money. I am so impressed with their work that I am already looking at having them back to install solar and battery storage for my business. I had a solar system installed by Econergy and I’m incredibly happy with the outcome. We went for 22 panels (10.23kW), 2x 8kWh batteries, 8kW inverter, EV charger, and a gateway - all Sigenergy products. Our goal was to reduce grid reliance, especially as we live in a remote area prone to power cuts. Econergy stood out by being local, professional, and happy to price match. I already had a good idea of the system I wanted, and their sales rep was knowledgeable and confirmed it was a good fit. The installation took about two days. Despite unexpected complications with our roof, the team remained professional, tidy, and respectful. The system’s been running for a month and it’s performing well - even in mixed weather. It is great seeing our basic load powered by solar, and we use off-peak grid energy to top up the EV. Customer support has been brilliant - responsive and thorough with every question I had (and I had a lot!). Highly recommend Econergy if you’re considering going solar. Luke, Matthew & the whole team at Econergy have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Where they excel way above their competition is their first rate customer service. Add to that expert advice and a fantastic product and this is a company we would highly recommend.

My experience with Econergy Solutions has been excellent from the first visit by Luke, the development of the final solution and the final installation by the site teams. The site team were exceptionally patient and would not leave until the system was fully commissioned. Since the installation the Econergy team have been regularly in touch to ensure that the system is perfoming as planned and that we fully understood how to operate it. Great experience.

From a consumer perspective, Gavin and the Ecoenergy team provided a reliable and trustworthy service. After experiencing many issues with other PV companies, it was a big relief to work with Ecoenergy whom provided excellent communications and addressed all queries in a prompt manner. A quick response to a request for help in dealing with issues with another company. Provision of an independent report for a section 75 claim and a quotation to complete the work that the other company failed to complete.

Luke and the team were super helpful and very speedy. We had our solar panels cleaned, netted off (from pigeons) and checked over. They even sent someone back out to help with the app set up as it was not working properly. Very helpful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

We contacted Econergy just before Christmas to ask for a quote and Luke came back to us very promptly. He was very friendly and professsional and gave a very good first impression. Luke took the time to properly assess the suitability of our property in person and he gave us several options for different size of solar systems and size of battery system and were more than happy to answer and questions we had about these before reaching a decision to go ahead and which quote to go with. They are a fairly new company but we could tell they had a very good team and professional service and so we decided to put our trust in them to have the work done. Pre installation laison was very good. We had another in person visit with Luke and Matt to check dimensions and the space for the battery storage. They explained how the process would work with scaffolding etc and how long it would take. On the day the guys turned up promptly and were very courteous and polite. Any problems they let us know and answered any questions during the installation process. The installation took a bit longer than expected but they stayed on to get the job done and the commissioning was completed smoothly the following day and we were given a good explanation of how the Enphase app worked. The MCS and NAPIT paperwork was sent over promptly. The installation itself is very neat and tidy (see photos) and looks great! We have been keeping a close eye on the performance of our system and are so far very pleased with it. We have an East/West facing roof and went for the maximum number of panels we could fit on the roof (7+14 panels) plus two 5kWh batteries as we plan to switch over to electric heating (heat pump) and EV car in the near future. We have no doubt that we will be financially better off in the not too distant future with this system and we feel confident that if should have any issues (which we think will be unlikely) they will be resolved quickly by the Econergy team. We would definitely recommend this company to others and wish them every success in their future.

Ecl-ips started there journey by googling Solar Panel installers and making enquiries. We had no idea about Solar Panels or what was needed to install them. Econergy were the first ones to call us following our enquiry and were really helpful from the start. All the information given by them was very useful and helped us make the decision to go with them. We were lucky to get a grant from the Worcestershire County Council which was even more of a reason to go with Econergy because the team helped us through obtaining the grant and made sure we had the correct information, which I might add can be quite daunting. Everyone from the sales team, the scaffolders, electricians and the installers have been a pleasure to work with, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Econergy team to install your Solar Panel System.

Team worked closely with me on the solution to ensure the look of the installation and efficiency could be balanced. The provisioning of the solar and batteries was done sympathetically on our house, which due to being Victorian, needed care and attention to do well. We are very happy with the install, and the system is working well - even now, in the middle of winter. The roofers were helpful, thoughtful and hard working, and the scaffolding team even offered to replace some tiles on the roof "while they were there". Overall very happy and would recommend.

From start to finish, you couldn’t ask for a better company. I had lots of options to choose from, and was helped deciding which would be best for me. Communication was excellent. The workmen very tidy and a lovely bunch of gents. Would highly recommend this company if you’re thinking of getting solar.

A great company to use to install solar panels. All the options were discussed with us and explained in ways we could understand. Communication was always fast and nothing seemed too much trouble. Everyone we dealt with was really friendly from start to finish and the workmen tidied up really well after installation as well. We have recommended them to friends who are considering solar panels.
