I would 100% RECOMMEND. From start to finish these lads were great,from the consultation to completion. They worked hard and in my opinion above and beyond their duty. they ended up doing extra work that they hadn’t planned to make my place safe! The attention to detail was incredible, perfectionists. I left these trustworthy lads to it in my home alone for three days, and they even hovered up when done! Not to mention the travelling time that they endured on each mornings commute, always in time! If Carlsberg made trades men….. then this would be them! 👍😊. Thanks lads

I get pension credit so was eligible for a new storage heater. They sent a lovely surveyor round to measure up ( Sarah). She got Dan and Mike to arrange a date and time and I waited in. After an hour I rang and a guy answered Les I think his name was and said they had never agreed to anything and called me a liar!

We have recently had a new electric…

We have recently had a new electric heating system from these guys, they were very professional, friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. The new system is brilliant, the apartment is nice and warm all the time. I would highly recommend this team. It’s a 10/10 from me!

We had a heat pump and new radiators…

We had a heat pump and new radiators installed by Conscious Energy. From the outset the team was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done to a high standard and with as little disruption as possible. The guys that came to do the work (Ian, Lewis, Alfie and Mike) were polite, patient with any questions we had and did a really great job. Any teething issues after the job was finished were sorted quickly and efficiently.

Impeccable service from start to finish

Impeccable service from start to finish! I recently contacted Conscious Energy, to see if they could install an EV Charger on my home. The level of service I received was impressive. - Ran me through all the options that was available at my budget. - Helped with infrastructure company filling in forms and requesting some changes to the supply of my electricity. - Advised and helped me set up new tariffs to ensure I wasn't over paying. - Carried out all the relevant inspections and surveys needed. - Installed the EV charger, extremely neatly, perfectly situated on my house. - All staff throughout the process went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the whole process. I don't usually write reviews, but given how above and beyond they went for me, I thought it was a must. Incredible service and would 100% recommend to anyone needing similar services. Great company

Iv been a customer with conscious energy for about 18 months and from start to finish they have been fantastic ,nothing is to much trouble! They’re so easy to get hold of and even message me in out of hours times if Iv had a problem. I had a leaking radiator and they sent an engineer all the way from Liverpool to south wales to make sure it was fixed and to check everything out . 10/10 for these guys customers service at its best !

Conscious Energy went above and beyond…

Conscious Energy went above and beyond at very short notice to fit a new boiler sfter ours failed. Lew and Cam were absolutely amazing, they did such a neat, clean job. I Would highly recommend this company. Well done conscious Energy! Debby

This company have gone above and beyond at every stage of our communications. From measuring up, to fitting, to making everything right and good on completion. Conscious Energy provided an excellent…

Conscious Energy provided an excellent service, they fitted our new heat pump and Solar Panels with the minimum of disruption to our house, despite there being 13 people here all at once for a short time. We have had a couple of minor issues which they have resolved quickly and are always at the end of the phone to talk us through any problems. With any new technology there are almost bound to be some teething problems, not least the fact that it was a learning curve for us to use the system, but they have been very patient and are always polite and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant!

From the first phone call, they were a great company to deal with. They made the whole process so easy and everyone was very professional. Will, the surveyor, Ian the project manager and Jordan and Ellis the fitters were fantastic! I didn’t get the names of the Solar panel fitters, electricians and second plumbers but I could not recommend them all enough.

Teething Troubles Resolved

Conscious Energy installed a heat pump based heating system as part of a house extension project in 2023. The installation team did a great job and the heating system works perfectly, however, we had a really annoying noise inside the house whenever the heat pump was on. The noise was such that you couldn’t sleep in our back bedroom without ear-plugs. The really strange thing was that you couldn’t hear the noise outside the house. Conscious Energy came back attempting to fix the problem but without success. They even fitted soundproofing to the pipes which I’d purchased. I began to suspect the heat-pump was faulty. Update November 24: the problem noise has suddenly disappeared! I’ve concluded it was probably a heat-pump component that needed to ‘run in’. I’ve upgraded the review to 5* as the work done by Conscious Energy was faultless, and they really did try hard to fix the problem. I’ve since purchased a solar PV and battery system from them - superb setup!

Fantastic solar company from start to finish and ongoing support.

How helpful from start to finish. Oliver came out to advise and gave a few options on what could be supplied. No pressure whatever. I then received the option with all the costs very clear and easy to understand and extremely competitive. Once we decided ,we had a visit from the installation team to have a look and a week later scaffold up and team arrived to install solar system. Team were excellent. Very polite and nothing was an issue. Completed on the day and clean tidy team who took all the rubbish and brushed and cleaned after the install. Danny came the next day commissioned the system and said any problems don’t hesitate to contact. All working and house running on solar. Great result 👍👍👍👍

From appointment with Oliver right through to ordering and installation the experience has been stress free and easy also very competitively priced Oliver explained all aspects of solar to us and couldn’t have been more helpful All the way through to installation from the guys installing the panels, who did a very quick tidy job , to the electricians Dan and oppo ( sorry forgot name ) explained what we needed to know without a fuss and answered any questions we had Both guys were great Looking forward to getting the most out of our system now

WOW….what an experience that was….four…

WOW….what an experience that was….four action packed days ! We both applaud all our workers…working through the dripping/pouring water leaks, stuff everywhere and a very cramped attic! and three cheers for the lads from Bolton who steadfastly { laughing most the time} fixed the solar panels to the roof …wait for it…in the middle of a storm!! Awesome. Seriously…a huge thank you to Ian, Lewis, Danny, Jake & Jay who made all the upheaval pretty seamless. It was a joy to see professional people who know exactly what they are doing and the quality of their work was spot on….beautiful even! The whole process from the beginning to now has been hassle free….hats off to conscious energy for making everything flow so smoothly…timing of the different workmen, scaffolding, solar panel team…all perfect. O.k. So the weather could have been a little less dramatic! The whole process has given us and the house a much needed boost . We found this company to be professional , understanding, easy to communicate with and the icing on the cake….the work crew, good fun, hard working, neat and tidy, thoughtful, communicative and excellent work….they even liked my flapjack!! The whole system, from the P.V’s to the heat pump worked without a fault straight out of the box. The hot water is hot, the heating is running well and the P.V’s are performing really well even in bad weather. It has been a spot on installation by Conscious Energy. Reliable company who want to get it right

Excellent service that has lasted more than a couple of years on different projects now (heat pump, solar PV & battery and lining up the EV charger as well). Oliver is always quick to respond and ready to listen to the queries and very patient with the different ideas that I have come up over this time. Would recommend as having talked to others who have had similar work done by different companies the prices are competitive, including with the Solar Together scheme quote that we had as well from Liverpool City Council. The install teams that they use are also very knowledgable and courteous, have respected our home and provided a high level of service as well.

I had solar panels fitted a year ago

I had solar panels fitted a year ago by Conscious Energy and from start fo finish we received first class service from a first class team. All the work teams were polite professional and efficient. Even the after care one year later is just as reliable, as I had a big problems with my energy supplier trying to sell my unused energy back to the grid, which Andy has now successfully sorted for me. A massive thank you once again to everyone for all your help and hard work, I would have no hesitation in recommending Conscious Energy to anyone.

This is my first and probably last review. But this company just deserves to take 15 minutes to do it. Step by step review - pre-order service (50+ email) 5+     Star(*) - scaffolding 5* -1th roofers solar on roof NO COMMENT... -Troubleshooting(30 email) 5* -1th electrician (just 20min conversion) -2nd roofers 4.5* -2nd electrician 5+* (amazing) -SERVICE AFTER FINAL PAYMENT 5* ( yes 5 STARS unheard of in most companies ) -All paperwork,certificate,warranty... 5* -2nd electrician + 3th Roofer 5* (is possible to do everything just correct and not tell client "next person do it ") -Done I will not describe the details, this is just a review but CHOOSE THIS COMPANY IF You -looking for a fair price -you are afraid something can go wrong -you want to go through the whole process from A to Z safely and without any suprice THANKS again to the all C.E. team for my system. And thanks again to Oliver(I admire your patience with me &your professionalism sorry it got so complicated) Grzegorz.

I contacted Conscious Energy about a large solar/battery installation at my house and all the way through to the installation.....and after, they were fantastic. Always got a response from phone calls/emails and I was very impressed with how smooth and how professional they were, even when I changed things. I was lucky to get a fast installation date given how much solar installs are in demand so please bear with them if you get in touch with them as everyone wants solar now. The installers were a cracking bunch of lads, very friendly and polite. I'm a bit of a electronics geek but was impressed with how there were able to fit the Inverter and batteries into the small space I had and kept it tidy. Thoroughly recommend them.

I speak as I find. Initial contact was with Wendy, very pleasant and courteous, dealt with my enquiry and helped with the forms, very good. Contact with director ( Lee? ) I enquired about an update and got what I asked for, helpful and courteous. Scaffold team turned up on time and did a good job. Roofers came next day and installed 12 panels in very hot temperatures. I kept them hydrated with cold drinks and they were very appreciative, they completed a very good install and cleared away behind them selves, very good. Director attended site and explained a slight alteration. Very courteous. The three Daniels ( electricians) called me next morning and told me exactly what time they would arrive. Very friendly, helpful and courteous. Tall Daniel was exceedingly helpful and went through everything in a clear way. They cleared everything behind themselves. Mention for Will who did the survey, again, very good. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. If there is a need for me to call them I feel confident they will respond. Overall, excellent. Well done guys!!

I don't think my words will be able to suitably convey how extraordinary this company are. I decided to embark on the adventure of switching from a Gas boiler to an environmentally friendly ASHP and I could not have completed my tortuous journey without the help and support of Conscious Energy. I had been horrifically let down by another company, who had walked off mid job and left me without heating and hot water in the middle of winter. I didn't know what I was going to do, who was going to want to take on someone else's half started installation work. Then one evening, whilst getting my EPC conducted, I found myself being put in touch with Conscious Energy. From the first moment of dealing with this company, I was made to feel cared for and respected. They offered to provide electric heaters, free of charge, to help me to heat my home because of my situation even though I wasn't their customer yet. Jack was enthusiastic and responsive from the first conversation. He was able to answer all my questions, engaged with me on to identify what options were available that would suit my needs and choices and never once made me feel pressured. Then I met the installer, Ian. When he came to perform the survey, he was polite, respectful of my property, really seemed to know his stuff and took the time to discuss my options with me. I paid my deposit on the Friday for work to start 2 weeks hence. On the Sunday night I was receiving a call to say they'd had a cancellation, they had thought of me and could bring my job forward. They put liners and matting down to protect the carpets from their comings and going and the radiator changes. They tidied up after themselves and made modifications to my radiator covers when we realised that the pipework was different to my old radiators. What started out as such a soul destroying situation with one company was completely turned around by the amazing and thoughtful personnel at Conscious Energy. I cannot begin to thank Jack, Ian, Courteney and the rest of the Conscious Energy team enough for their kindness, help and support to make this winter a little less bleak.
