Don’t really think it’s worth the one star! Totally avoid if possible very unreliable, they just turn up whenever they feel like do couple of hours work then off they go again lots of excuses. Awful company.

Very good had plumber Tony round explained everything he done very professional would refer to others.

Wouldn’t give one star. Absolutely appalling company. Was supposed to come in August to lay a portion of patio. One guy turned up said it was a two man two day job and would need to come back. Fast forward to today. (Jan 15th). Waited all morning so phoned them whoever we spoke to was next to useless. Apparently the person that was supposed to do it was off sick so was going to send a new person to check to see what needs doing. Which someone has done multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely appalling business

Shocking service. They turn up when they want to. They take an unacceptable amount of time to complete a job. They will leave it half finished and come back a month later. The labourers will shout at you and refuse to speak to you if you ask why they don't show up. Utter cowboys.

After this weeks stress and leaving my toilet and sink insecure after already telling them I would save your selves the hassle.

With all these bad reviews you would think they would make a change? I’ve had scaffolding up since January for this shambles of a company to do 1 days work. They will turn up to tell us they are coming the next day and not turn up and then say they did. Spoke to a guy called Ben who said he’s been 5 times and no one was there. Never mind we got a ring doorbell that he has never rung 😂 left my back gate open so many times for this company that I may as well take it off. Crazy. Update The “Roofers came today then went due to weather but left us loads of nice nails on the floor. Lucky I went out there before my 3 year old. Clowns.

DO NOT USE FIND A PROFESSIONAL! Didn't turn up, after sending a txt to say would be here the next morning (cost our family a days wage waiting in). Then turned up another day with I believe mickey mouses tool chest, argued the rollers and runner that are shot were fine and said it won't slide as the doors warped u till I got on my knees and pointed at the fact there's no runner left in the middle. Then started trying to get me to use his tools to do the job while he stood there holding the door,I walked off in disbelief. He removed said roller door and left it broken further to the point the door won't even reach the slam panel anymore! Its been a week now since we have been able to secure the property. They left saying they'd call us to book in fixing the door but we didn't get that call! Incompetent doesn't come close. Avoid!

Everytime I book a repair with caredig then gets passed on to asw they will never give you a specific day and time. They will just choose to randomly turn up at your property whenever it suits them always when I'm out and then I'll get a text saying we called to carry out repair and I'm thinking well if I was a mind reader I would have known

Execllent, Fantastic cant praise the Boys Steve and Jenson (sorry if I gor names wrong guy) Proffesional, Methodical proper old school Plumber came to rectify the bodge job ( N U Look Builders Llanelli done on My Batheoom. Cpwbody Builders no not get sucked in the this Company avoid if you value your sanity) The diffrent in the quality of the work and craftmanship is like chalk and Cheese ASW Repair highly recommend. fast working and precice, polite respectful know how to use a dust pan and brush, no damage to property. I would highly recommend both Steve and Jenson good team Work. They dont now how much this will help me and now IFinally have the Bathroom I should have had from the start. I will add Pictures again, Thanks Guys You done a Proper Bang Tidy job im over the moon and can finally relax in a nice quality finished bathroom Bless You Both.

Shambles of a firm can't believe v2c use them, but they won't do any work o my home

We had our fence erected by Martin and what a great job he done. Even down to the office staff so helpful and happy to answer any questions. Very professional company. I'd highly recommend them Thank you again.

ASW stands for absolutely shocking work. I have been in several properties where asw have carried out all aspect of work and the standard all round is terrible.

I’ll keep it short as I can. Absolute shambles of a company in all fairness. Firstly the guy who was suppose to come to measure up for an afternoon appointment came in the morning while we were out, stinking attitude when we called him back. Then he went to the next job so couldn’t come back until the following week. Some of the staffs attitudes are disgusting. Seems like no one knows what they are doing. Only had 1 piece of glass had to wait weeks. Then on the day of fitting the fitter broke it. Didn’t tell us until we had to constantly ring towards the end of the day to find out. Suppose to of had the first appointment of the day for fitting, now it’s a lunch time appointment, had to ring twice to find out what’s happening. First time he was on his way and now he’s going to be another twenty minutes. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for running such a shambolic company. I think the reviews speak for themselves here. We had 1 piece of glass. I couldn’t imagine trusting these clowns with any serious projects.look else where

FANTASTIC Had new kitchen flooring done because my old one was damaged they came out in less than a week. looks amazing Nicky did a really good job couldn't be happier. Done professionally and left it clean. Worked so hard didint stop Thanks again . 👍👍

What fantastic group if workers . The plasterer came and worked till gone 5pm until the job was completed... left it spotless.. then on same day electrician waited for him to finish an refitted light unit and switch.. restored my faith in humanity... well done Wellingtons. Your staff are a credit to you. Thank you.

Great service, replaced a radiator today can't thank them enough talked me through everything and cleaned up after himself. Also the girls on the phones are lovely quick at answering and getting back to you.

Absolutely poor service,they have ruined my bathroom and kitchen instead of being renewated.I had much better kitchen and bathroom. cheap and poor quality materials they used.no experienced staff.they have left unfinished jobs.they took my front door keys and never returned it.the customer service is absolutely ignorance.

Never ever deal with them.!!! They leave unfinished job, no experience workers, make a ditry everything, plus damage yours furniture!!!

I was let down by asw on 4 occasions to repair my front door, they had actually turned up this morning, they give me attitude when I opened the door, if it weren't the housing association paying them, I'd sack them, bloody useless, arrogant, if u want repairs done get someone else
