Rene’s team had a huge job. From removing old electrics to remapping the new. A complete downstairs refit and a few bits upstairs, his team went through every detail methodically and with patience. Sometimes you don’t realise the gravity of your requirements but there is no hard sell here; only a desire to make things work for me, as the customer. Which sounds harsh, but Rene and his team actually listen, turn up on time, are nice, kind people and do what they say they will do. So the expected confrontations did not appear. I can’t recommend a more honest team. 1000%

Thanks Rene and team for the installation of my EV charger. The route I wanted to run from the consumer unit was not easy. I would say it was difficult in fact. We got several prices and R.P. electrics price was very competitive. The job was booked in and work started on the date and time agreed. The work was done to a high standard and my preferred route was done with no issues. The kit works well and looks good. Rene recommended the EV charger for us and I would have to say it was a good choice! Thanks again for the work undertaken. Professional, tidy and with no fuss. Internally you would not know they had been, externally, you would virtually never know they had been either due to the discreet route taken. We recently had RP Electrics, specifically Rene, out to our office to tackle some electrical issues. From start to finish, they were fantastic! Rene was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. I have recently upgraded the lights in my workshop, Rene came around to take a look and gave me a quote, was very happy with the price quoted so went ahead, they came when they said they would, carried out the replacement of the old units to the new LED units and I must say what a difference it’s made to my working environment. Rene fitted us a zappi car charger. He quoted for various options. The installation was non standard with a 30meter run from the fuse board. Very neat and professional job. Rene set up the charger download the latest software and showed us how to use the app. Excellent job. Been using the charger between 2 electric cars no issues for the last 4 months. Would happily recommend Rene and his team.

Disappointing experience with James and Matt. Rene came out and I gave a full description of the job he provided a quote in a timely manner which Debbie then booked. Sadly he did not do the work himself but I was sent James instead. James did not check the job debrief neither did he have a handover from Rene. He did not ask me what was required either and proceeded to move wall sockets to the incorrect place. When I questioned it he managed to persuade me that the TV bracket was fitted upside down previously therefore when fitted correctly the new position of wall socket would not be in the way of correct placement of TV. We subsequently plastered all the holes and decorated only to discover that the sockets were indeed too far right to the centre of the wall meaning TV could not be centred. I found James arrogant and full of attitude he entered the property without checking what was required, so assumed he was given full details by Rene, when I went up to check on him, he claimed that he knew everything and finally he left just saying he had finished again did not offer for me to check that I was happy with outcome. His colleague Matt arrived 20mins early but he appeared to be more junior and did not want to be give any details. The price was steep, twice what I was quoted by another company, which I did not mind initially as I wanted someone professional respectful and I thought I would pay the higher price for a better more ‘perfect’ service. I’ve had few cheap trades over the years and thought a professional company would provide a better job turns out all the same and Sadly James did not represent any of this .

Rene and his team have always provided a quality service to my business when required. He is polite, helpful and very efficient.
