Excellent service, and to be recommended. Dion and Kyle (sorry if I have misspelt their names) worked quickly and really efficiently to recondition our heating system. Very pleasant guys, and pleased with the end result; we now a system working so much better than before.

Rang them this morning after a sleepless night as the boiler had stopped working. Fantastic response from Sue and Brian who got us back up and running over the phone. What a service!! Thank you so much.

Cameron and Dion (sorry if names are spelt wrong) couldn't have been more helpful. They came quickly - on the Friday afternoon before Christmas-- identified the fault in minutes, repaired it and didn't even stop for a cup of tea. Great job and many thanks

I have dealt with this company for many years. They have installed a central heating system, gas fire and provide regular servicing. They have also responded very quickly and effectively to problems that occasionally occur. Without exception, the engineers and staff are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

We recently had a leak in our boiler upstairs, which then poured water out into the floor and down into the living room... Nightmare!! Luckily I was home at the time and called Heating and Plumbing who were straight on the case. The engineer called me to reassure me he was en-route and provided advice on stemming the leak which worked. A short while later he was at our door and got straight to work. I can honestly say with hand on heart, Heating and Plumbing were amazing and reassured me that help was at hand. They were prompt, professional and kept me abreast as to what the issue was and how to resolve it. I cannot fault them as a business and their prompt speedy actions limited what could have been potential water damage. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else and cannot thank Sue/Dion enough for their tremendous assistance in fixing the issue. Brilliant company, Excellent service and Wonderful team.

We have recently had a new boiler fitted (different location to existing boiler) and a new oil tank and are very happy with the standard of work. The quote was competitive and Brian came up with some useful suggestions. We didn't have to wait too long for the work to start and once they did start, they really cracked on with it. The team were polite, friendly, professional and easy to have around the house. The quality of the work was excellent, the new system was fully explained to us, they took away all the rubbish (including the old boiler, old tank and a radiator that had been replaced) and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend.

Heating and Boilers fitted our solar panels several years ago, and after some great advice from Brian at Heating and Boilers, we decided to go with a battery set up. This works seamlessly with our feed in tariff, it has a great app, which really helps you monitor and understand your energy use. I was very impressed, the installation didn't take very long and they have left our house, just as it was before.Great service, a quality product, at a very competitive price.

Dan, Iestyn, Dion and Jake were very professional. Exceptional standard of work. Very tidy and kept us up to date with how the full heating installation was going. This is the second time I have used Heating and Boilers (Dyfed) for a boiler installation. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Happy to use them again in the future.

Very professional..Ricky and dion come out on the first and second day and the rest of the gang on the third day to fit from new a fully central heating system for our bungalow.the workmanship is second to none and I can't thank them or praise them enough for what they have done.i would definitely recommend heating and boilers (dyfed) Ltd to anyone. First class company. Replaced our condemned log burner and made it safe in our very old stone fireplace, with no sign that they had been there. Very professional service and would highly recommend.

Having recently moved to the area and not knowing who to contact, we asked someone local who we knew and he advised we use this firm. They were busy and couldnt even come to look at the property for about 3 weeks which was a good sign. If anyone could appear quickly there has to be a reason. We were quoted for a complete system as we had the useless and expensive night storage heaters fitted on house purchase and knew it wouldnt be of any use. Quote given and a date to start a few weeks ahead as expected. Started precisely as stated, and a great job done by a team of very polite, amiable staff. Everyone from the business owner, the office staff and engineers were top class. All done in les than a week. First class. Thanks to all.

We Had no heating or hot water late on Friday, and the usual person who answers the phone wasn't in so lady who answered wasn't too sure who to speak to regarding sending someone out but was very kind and was able to get in touch letting us know that they would be able to have someone look at the boiler for us. The lad Dion that arrived about 30 minutes later was very kind but couldn't get it fixed in time as it required a lot more than originally thought he, offered us some heaters for the weekend but didn't have any on him at the time and had to go back to depot to get some. We really appreciate this fantastic service provided to us going above and beyond! Thankyou very much for your kindness 😊

We definitely recommend Heating and Boilers Ltd to everybody, they installed a top quality heating system for us with complete professionalism and quality workmanship. The team were very helpful and friendly, and the work was booked and accomplished exactly as they said it would be. We are also happy with their aftercare, all was explained to us thoroughly as they genuinely care about their work, and so we feel well supported by them. We were originally recommended this firm a few years ago, and having found them then to be excellent, of course went back to them for this latest works, and have not regretted it. They have a strong team, all polite and tidy and considerate (eg always removing shoes and covering carpets) and we are very happy to give them 5 stars. Thankyou Brian, Ricky and you all. Recently had a boiler breakdown, phoned Heating and Boilers my local company and they responded really quickly. Very professional staff, lovely clean and tidy engineers who were very knowledgeable and explained in an understandable way what the problem was. He fixed the problem and have had no problems since. Wouldn’t hesitate to ring them again, will be using them for future services.

Unfortunately, my experience with Heating and Boilers was not good. As a new resident to the area they were recommended to me by the store from which I purchased a new gas fire. I encountered many delays for all sorts of reasons (excuses) from lost correspondence details to the person who organises the work rota has been away. After several visits to my property to install the fire the job was finally completed. I waited 12 months for my Gas safe Certificate to arrive, which it didn’t, when I contacted Heating and Boilers to enquire, I was told that the certificate must have got lost and they would arrange a duplicate (a fib) I checked with the Gas safe Register to find that no documentation had been received from Heating and Boilers for my fire. With this information I contacted Heating and Boilers again and was then told that the person who should have completed the document had left the company (probably a fib) After a further two weeks I received my Gas Safe Certificate. All in all, I found their administration and management very hard to deal with and unreliable though the lads who actually did the work were good. Sorry I would be unable to recommend Heating and Boilers to anybody requiring similar work to what I required.

Very unreliable and unprofessional, so it is better not to waste your time using their services. I had to chase them for appointments, I was promised to be called back to arrange engineer's visit but nobody did. Their engineer was not knowledgeable at all, as the result ,he left us with boiler not working in the middle of the winter so we used different company to repair our boiler .It was sorted within 5 minutes.
