Excellent service. I had 2 light fittings replaced.Convenient to be able to choose and book a date and time online. They were very helpful when I had to phone and change the date I'd booked.

The electrician Mike was very good and it was good to see a tradesman who knew what he was doing. I would recommend your firm to all the people I know.

Excellent service! Had a tripping RCD. Called mid morning, came same day to Much Marcle! Transparent costs including parts. Team polite, knowledgeable, willing to listen and professional. Also very patient with dogs and children. Great service!

Used ElectricsFixed to carry out an EICR on my property before letting it to tenants. Although the report came back unsatisfactory, ElectricsFixed were prompt in providing the findings and recommended remedial actions, and they worked with me to identify a solution within my budget. The BEST! I was let down by 3 other electricians and beginning to give up hope, then a card came through my door - Electricsfixed . Gave them a call not expecting much but - wow! what a difference - they came out, told me what was required - not an easy job ! We had new lights put in our kitchen ceiling. We were given a quotation following an inspection that explained all that was to be done and, following acceptance, the work was undertaken well. We were then given guidance on maintenance, such as replacement of bulbs. We have been most pleased with the work and fully endorse the five star award.

I employed Electricsfixed to have a look at my car charger as it tripped out after about 30 minutes charging. They turned up on time, were polite and respectful and got on with the job after listening carefully to the problem. They serviced the system and explained what they had done. Had the absolute pleasure of having 2 young men troy and Harry to do my electrics in my kitchen new switch board they arrived on Monday morning to do all the prep for the new kitchen i have never experienced electrians to be so professional as Harry and troy when they came Friday to finish up they left not a trace of mess cleaned everything up was lovely to talk to I asked if they could put my big items back in my kitchen as im disabled and there was no hesitation they even plumbed my washing machine in you should be very proud of having to young men so professional who went above and beyond to help me troy and Harry thank you so so much everything tou did you don't realise how appreciative I am its the small things that count thank lads

Really impressed with ElectricsFixed - came out to us the next day as an emergency. One of our sockets blew, so we were without power, getting worried as we had medication in the fridge. The person that came ( can’t remember his name sorry ) was really helpful and gave us some good advice about NOT using an extension lead = too many things plugged into one socket. Would definitely recommend them.

completed a couple of pieces of work for us in June, everything was completed satisfactorily and they were clean and tidy, full paperwork provided. Would recommend, you can find cheaper but I felt the value was good compared to the work completed

We have a solar panel and battery system. It wasn't working properly. The installer had gone bust. You came and helped us with it. Pragmatic, knowledgeable, and very competent. Two new batteries have been installed. Fair price, tidy work.We're very pleased.

I was let down by another electrician so I dropped this company an email. John came out and talked me through the work required and what would be required for the job. A few days later I was provided with a quote which seemed reasonable and realistic. The two electricians who came out and completed the job were professional and polite, they completed the work to a high standard and cleaned up any mess. I'm glad I used this company and I would recommend and use again when required.

Highly recommend this company. They have carried out a variety of works for me from EICR, to minor repairs. Works are quoted for and confirmed via the software, which works extremely well. If during works the unexpected is found and likely to increase the quote. This is discussed, allowing you to make informed choices on a way forward. Staff members are always polite and courteous and respectful of you and your belongings. Communication is key to successful relationships, this is fulfilled by all members of the company. Really good experience with ElectricsFixed. The work I wanted done I had two independent electricians come look at it before and never returned due to the wall being awkward for installing a plug socket into the wall meaning a lot of damage could be done. Don’t think they were interested in the amount of work for a small job. So I Called ElectricsFixed, they set up a quote quickly and soon had Rob round. We discussed the wall and he mentioned trunking because of the wall type and the damage it could do if the wires were chased in. I agreed to this expecting at full this point to see some of the trunking and was really happy that someone was finally doing the work. What surprised me most though was Rob managed to chase some of the cable into the wall with no damage and then had trunking all across the top underneath my cabinet so the only way I’d see it is if I looked down under the cabinet. I am over the moon with the end results, completely blew my expectations away, he did the work quickly and used such initiative on the job. Now I’ve got a lovely corner for my coffee station. Any electrical jobs in future will come straight to ElectricsFixed.
