Another insulation compny to avoid. Liars the same as 99% of them. Do not use or Trust Deva or Sue.

Eco24/7 started work at my property on December 1st and, as of January 13th, the work is still not fully completed. I was told the heating installation would take 3 days, however the first heating team took over 7 days, leaving me without heating for a prolonged period. As a result, my usual monthly utility bill of around £70 increased to £243.51 for December — more than three times my normal usage. During the pipework installation for the heat pump, plumbers ripped up my carpet and disposed of a large amount of my underlay without permission. This was reported, yet no one has shown any concern or offered a resolution. The insulation work started off fine but again took longer than necessary, leaving shabby workmanship in several areas and no clean-up once completed. The plastering and solar panel installation were the final stages. While the solar panel team themselves were fine, my daily energy usage has now increased to £9+ per day, compared to £3 per day previously, despite being told these upgrades would reduce my costs. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor. It is rare to receive any replies at all, and when I do, there is no meaningful support or accountability. To make matters worse, I was promised financial help towards my increased energy bill, which never materialised. This left me struggling financially over Christmas, something that could have been avoided with proper follow-through. Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience due to delays, damage to my home, lack of communication, and broken promises. I would not recommend Eco24/7 based on my experience.

After work stopped beginning of November 2025 I was left with a draft coming in my home over Christmas and New year, Failed to box off a 150L pre plumbed slimline water tank in bathroom which was installed, Very poor service from both cowboy workers and office team

Heating, Insulation & Solar

The Teams installing the plumbing/heating, insulation and solar panels were all professional, good communicators and cleaned up everything after the works were finished. Just waiting for scaffolding and waste to be collected in a timely manner now.

ECO247 Installation

We found the various ECO247 installation teams to be extremely professional, and helpful throughout a tight schedule. They managed to cope with adverse weather and the fitting of a new roof by a independent contractor. A special thank you to Kyle who seamlessly coordinated all aspects of the installation.

I had the air pump system, solar panels and insulation on my walls. All work was very professional, very impressive. Happy with all the work thats been done. Workers are very tidy, very friendly and polite. Looked after my little bungalow whilst I was in work. Very happy with the final results. So much warmer . Thank you eco247, you've a very good team .

ECO 24-7 recently completed the…

ECO 24-7 recently completed the retrofit installations at my 150 year old stone cottage, which included air source heating system, loft and internal wall insulation, extraction vents and fans, and solar panels on the roof. The work was carried out efficiently over 4-5 weeks and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Thanks to Adeel, Kyle, Brandon, Matt, and Nikhl who managed the teams of workmen involved in the project, as they were informative, professional, and unfailingly responsive to any requests or issues I raised. The workmen involved, too many to mention by name, were competent, helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly which made any inconvenience to me during the work all the more bearable. If anyone is planning a similar project I would highly recommend ECO 24-7.

We are very pleased with the work that…

We are very pleased with the work that has been completed by Eco 247. We had an air source heat pump, solar panels, new radiators and insulation. We now have a lovely warm house and not a draughty cold one. All the team were polite and friendly and we were informed beforehand about when the varios teams would be working. There were a few glitches along the way but nothing major and these were sorted out very quickly by Matt. I cannot thank Matt enough , he was always there to answer any queries and check the work was being done to his very high standards and that everything ran to time. He has also ensured that any small problems were quickly resolved following the installation and always responded to you quickly......thank you! We are very pleased with the friendly service from all the team at Eco 247.

Emailed this morning and by 2pm everything was sorted. The work/ workers has been straight forward with no complaints. Very polite and only took just under a month for it all to be completed would definitely recommend this firm

Excellent team of different trades

Excellent team of different trades, to many to name individually but all very professional, respectful of my home and could not fault any one of them. Would highly recommend. All very friendly, will miss listening to them singing whilst on the job and Adam and Toms banter is better than any stand up comedy act. Think I will actually miss them all now they have completed the job. Even cleaned up all the dust and hoovered as if they had never been, fab job, thanks for everything.

We are very pleased & highly recommend Eco247 for solar panel & air source system recently installed in our home. Installation was completed within correct time frame. All workers involved were professional and friendly. I was worried the house would be upside down during and after installation but I was impressed how tidy they worked. Matty who supervised all of the room installations, was very helpful & always available for any queries we had during and after. Brilliant team, many thanks too all involved 👍

I had solar panels installed at my home by eco24/7, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the first visit right through to the final handover, everything was handled professionally and with real care. The team turned up when they said they would, worked neatly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They finished the job on time and left everything tidy, which I really appreciated. The system’s been running perfectly since installation, and I’m already noticing a big drop in my electricity bills. It feels great knowing I’m generating my own power and doing my bit for the environment. Huge thanks to the eco24/7 team — they made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

The works of installing  of  solar panels, air source heat pump, and radiators  was completed satisfactorily and within the time scale. All the various workers were great, they protected all the surfaces and cleaned up after themselves which pleased the misses no end! With the size and complexity of such an undertaking there were bound to be some minor issues, those that arose were promptly handled by Brandon in a very professional manner We were pleased with the efficient way the job was handled, highly recommended

A warmer, greener home - Thank you Eco247.

Started with an ageing inefficient gas boiler, a cold, uninsulated house and a hefty energy bill for electricity and gas. We now have an efficient air source heat pump, an insulated loft, insulated cavity walls, ventilation fans and a solar panel installation involving both apex rooves and a flat roof - carried out by Eco247 under the Eco4 scheme. Gas bill is now mainly s/c and will be capped shortly. We have to learn how to manage our new system to achieve it's potential but a very big THANK YOU to Eco247 for designing, planning and carrying out the project, which has left us with a warmer, greener home with projected lower energy bills. The project was planned to run over 3 wks but Eco247 were flexible to extend that to 4 wks, so that I could have a new flat roof installed prior to solar installation. The installation mostly went smoothly but this is real life and a timely intervention by Kyle got us hot water earlier than was planned following a miscommunication. The heating system, ventilation fans, loft and cavity wall insulation went well after that. The solar installation started well with the apex roof panels installed, connected and generating. However, there were issues with the flat roof solar install. Due to communication, equipment and logistical issues, the installation was delayed for some 3 weeks. A massive thank you to Brandon for intervening and refocusing the team on completing the install. The installation was completed, connected and generating. Real life allows character to show through - how do people respond when things divert from plan? Well Eco247, with strong interventions by Kyle and Brandon certainly came through the test! I would recommend Eco247. Thank you and the teams for your hard work!

Eco247 fantastic job

So pleased we had Eco247 fit our installations. Mat who supervised our in room installations was very helpful and always available for any queries. Workmen all worked to a very high standard. Floor protection was laid in all areas where they worked and when completed ensured they left it clean and tidy. Very satisfied and a massive thank you to all the tradesmen and office staff who helped to complete the job. Looking forward to lower heating bills.

Recently contacted Eco247 as I needed some work carried out under an Eco4 grant and from the first call I made to the company to the installers coming out and carrying out the service and works has been first class, all works were carried out professionally and to a standard I wasn't expecting without it costing a penny. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Many so called Eco firms out there, but this one is up the with the best. From start to finish the process and communication was brilliant. From the office staff, surveyors to the installation team a very well done. And special shout out to the install coordinator who overseen the job and quality of my install.
