Having moved after 48 years in a dinosaur house of oil and aga (we did have photovoltaic panels to take the edge off humungous water tanks, put in in 1981 ish); our new home was to be dirty emission free. Luke when not running ultra marathons( he's very quick so rarely away from the office) has sorted out our farm with solar panels, batteries, underfloor heating and all upstairs radiators to a fantastic low rating. What was once an asbestos lined, corrugated plastic insulated homestead is a breathable warm fresh home. Thank you Luke and Team. You have always been there with an answer and smiles and looked after everything with enormous care! Thank you .

Absolutely first class experience using Total Renewable Solutions. From initial contact, to design and installation their service was brilliant from start to finish. It didn’t stop there though, the after sales team were just as brilliant and helped me over the phone fine tune my system to optimise its performance. My 8.79Kw PV system with battery back is currently saving me almost £3000 a year and has knocked my monthly direct debit down by over 40%. My only regret is I didn’t do it sooner! Thank you to all at TRS for your help! Can’t recommend them enough!

A very professional company, that I have recommended countless times.

These guys installed my heat pump about four years ago. Zero issues so far, which is a win deserving five stars right there. But more importantly and more recently, I was randomly auditted by the renewable heat incentive team and they asked for a pile of documents that I had not correctly filed. I reached out to the support team at total renewables and Vicki and Robb sorted out all the documents I needed, even when the DRHI people came back again with shifted goalposts. There is really no requirement for Total Renewables to store and provide this assistance. I should have kept track of all those docs myself. But total renewables had all the info I needed and provided it on a quick timeframe - so a gold star to total renewables - highly recommend.

Was going to have gas system fitted but with the grant was roughly the same as air source heating so had that fitted.Total renewable handled all the paperwork and were very helpful.

Fantastic service.

We had an air source heat pump installed some years ago. At the weekend we had a fault and the heating fused. I sent them a "help" e mail on the Sunday evening. An engineer came out and sorted the problem on Monday. Absolutely outstanding service!

A renewables plan coming together

In two weeks we had our three arrays of integrated solar panels installed, the underfloor heating laid and the liquid screed poured by Total Renewable Solutions and their specialists,Dave Lee and South Coast Liquid Screed. Excellent service throughout from the design phase right through to installation. Total Renewables designed a solar thermal and heat pump UFH system for my house. Very flexible and professional throughout. When we jas some teething issues or needed additional explanation on operation of our system they were always keen to help no matter how trivial the question. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service! Total Renewables have recently designed, supplied and installed our new air source heating system. From the initial meeting with Luke to the final commissioning by Adrian, everything went smoothly and efficiently and we are very pleased with the final results. After-sales service by Rob and the team has also been superb. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic company. After getting loads of quotes for a solar and battery installed, I decided to go with these guys. After the fact they have been around for years and great feedback (when you search for it). They were happy to use products they don't normally use (my request) and work with me on my budget. Great install can't fault. After a few glitches with the system(mainly not there fault, manufacture fault) they were keen and quick to to sort out my issues. For me that is the most important as it really shows how good a company is with aftercare. Specially as you see so many company's going bust and not being supportive with problems. This was my main reason for me choosing this company, being around for so long. I wanted to makesure my £12k-£13k was a safe investment. After having my system for over a year, my electricity has gone from £165 a month to £10 a month year round, while utilising the tarrifs with octopus. With the saving sessions I may be paying nothing year round. Over all I'm really happy with total renewable solutions, and would happily recommend them.

For our new build we needed solar panels, ASHP and underfloor heating. From the initial planning stage through to commissioning we can not fault Total Renewables. Since install Luke and has team have added a storage battery and an EV charger. Luke has always been on hand for his advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble and I would not hesitate in recommending.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others…

I wasnt 100% sold on the prospect of air source heating systems (especially with the fret of increasing electricity prices), however, Luke and his team went through all of the finer details with us and put my mind at ease quite quickly. Incredibly professional team. Nothing too much trouble. Great aftercare! Couldn’t be happier with the system they’ve installed (including the cost of running it) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Total Renewable Solutions were great to use. Right from the start, with help about size and performances of each radiator. Down to the design and where radiators were positioned throughout the house. Friendly customer service. Any questions were answered and lots of details with inputs and outputs. We have found the underfloor heating an absolute game changer. Really feeling the benefits. The air sourced heating sits just to the side of our house and can hardly hear when inside the house. Found that we could work with the team about positioning. Could not have asked for a smoother process. Nothing was too much. Overall would definitely recommend. If you want a great heating system that is reliable then don’t hesitate.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend Luke and the team at TRS have been excellent through the whole process of our ASHP and solar install. They managed the install from design to commission and then the BUS application which made whole process relatively stress free. Friendly and responsive communication throughout and were very understanding when things were put back due to delays with our extension which was happening simultaneously. Since the install, TRS have been very happy to answer any questions and queries we’ve had and have been quick to remedy anything not quite right.

Top Class Company with 5* Service

Right from the start, I was very impressed with all the staff at Total Renewables. Luke, Paul and Josh came across as very knowledgeable and there is nothing Tom in technical couldn’t answer. My bespoke designed 8.79KW Huawei PV system (with battery storage) was installed in late April 2023 has already out performed all the projected generation figures and has more than halved my (large) electric bill from what it was. The installation process was incredibly smooth and completed in just two days. Following the installation all the paperwork and relevant notifications were handled superbly and there was literally nothing for me to do. I can’t rate them high enough. An absolute credit to the renewable industry.
