They fitted our solar panels last year on behalf of givenergy. Couldn't fault either of them until last year when our ev charger went offline. Dispite many, many phone calls to givenergy we couldn't do anything. Come 2026 and givenergy installed an ai bot to cut everyone off. We were at our wits end so we're trying everything we could think of and went back to in2gr8ted solutions. They bent over backwards to help and sent us photos of the original installation which (along with YouTube) and , amazingly, it's all working now. Thank you so much couldn't have done anything without your help.

From start to finish my experience with In2gr8ted Solutions has been absolutely spot on. Nick gave me every bit of information I needed, helped me completely understand what I’d be purchasing alongside the numerous benefits that come along with it. Nick was fantastic to work with, he clearly knows what he’s talking about, and explained in layman’s to me, which was extremely helpful. The team were really patient with me, no harassment, complete space to make up my mind, but available if I had any queries. Upon receiving my quote, I was over the moon at the price, it was extremely competitive and I couldn’t believe I’d found such a good deal! By the time it came to receiving my contract, Nick had explained everything so well that I completely understood everything in there which was great. From initiation to complete install it has taken less than 2 months (including the Christmas break)! The guys who came to do the install were all so courteous when coming into my property. Dan, Alex, and Liam were all so polite and personable. They all did a smashing job, answered any questions that I asked with no judgement (I ask silly questions). The guys were also extremely mindful of my cats which was extremely important to me! Julie handled my invoice, which I had a query about, she answered me so promptly and resolved the query in a matter of minutes. I haven’t got a bad thing to say, honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to getting all my paperwork and making some money from my energy! Thank you all so much! Very helpful and knowledgeable sales representative. Nick discussed my options at length in order to get the best possible performance within the limitations of the roof. Having decided to go with in2gr8ted, I was expecting to have to wait for four to eight weeks, but the installation was carried only out a week after signing up. The work was controlled and co - ordinated very well. The job was completed in a day with no major problems and the electrician made a nice neat job of the wiring. I would recommend this company as a an efficient reliable over installer.

Nick the salesman was very helpful, accessible and friendly The surveyor was friendly however, it turned out that the area he identified to house the battery and inverter was not appropriate and the installers could not use it. The scaffolders arrived 2 days late meaning I wasted 2 days waiting around The installers were friendly and helpful and explained what they were doing They worked hard and cleared up the site afterwards. I didn’t really understand the way the app worked but am getting used to it now. I would recommend this company to friends and family

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with In2gr8ted Solutions. From start to finish, the whole process was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for the customer. I had 18 Aiko solar panels installed, each paired with an Enphase microinverter, plus 4 Enphase 5P batteries. The system has been set up perfectly, and I’m delighted with both the performance and the neatness of the installation. The after-sales service has been exceptional — any questions I’ve had have been answered promptly and thoroughly. I contracted this company for my solar panels. After some negotiations with Nick W, I was eventually persuaded to go for 18 panels with a Tesla13Kw battery. My initial trepidations have been somewhat reduced after the system was very efficiently installed by two tireless workers Paul & Scott. They made sure that all the cables etc were aesthetically fixed.The system seems adequate for my energy requirement at present( of course the weather has been quite pleasant so far. I am able to go off the grid. The admin team has been quite efficient and polite.

We had five quotes from various solar providers. In a sea of cowboys I was looking for two things over just cost: competence and integrity. Only one provider stood out - In2gr8ted Solutions. Before taking the plunge, I had numerous conversations with their Client Manager, Nick Walton. We covered panel options, panel efficiency, shading, battery performance, seasonal variation, inverter efficiency and quality, flat vs sloped roof fittings and more, and Nick answered with what was obviously extensive knowledge and honesty. The surveyor was professional and explained how everything would work with our non-trivial setup (covering three roofs). The fitters were exceptional - one fitted all three roofs with no issue and the other fitted all the electrics and battery system with aplomb, as well as setting up and explaining the GivEnergy and Enphase applications. Their office was also very efficient in getting all the DNO red tape sorted, so that when we went to our electricity supplier to start exporting electricity, all the ground work had already been done. We have been using our solar panels and battery for a few weeks now, and it has not disappointed. The Enphase system Nick recommended is not the cheapest, but is proving its worth, especially in eeking out power on gloomier days. And the large 9.5kWh battery has allowed us to power all non-solar times with overnight off-peak energy - it will come into its own as we head into the winter. We had an excellent experience with this solar company, thanks to the salesman, Nick Walton. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy to understand. We purchased our solar system three years ago, and it has been performing flawlessly ever since—saving us money on energy bills and reducing our carbon footprint. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering solar. Great service, quality products, and a smooth installation process.

In2gr8ted Solutions was one of three firms we obtained quotes from for the installation of an N-Phase solar battery. They weren’t the cheapest quote but we’d had friends receive bad service from other, cheaper firms, who didn’t have the 20 year proven track record that this one does. A trouble free installation and consistent after-sales service was important to us. So we took the plunge and , let me tell you, we weren’t disappointed. The two lads, Harry and Brendon, who installed the battery were on time, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing. We negotiated the siting of the battery quickly and they were flexible when working round any obstacles (we needed the battery putting in a cubby hole in my study). Once complete, Brendon explained how the N-phase app worked and demonstrated it working, mentioning that there would be some aspects of the app’s performance that would take a few days to settle down. After five days since installation we can confidently say that everything is working perfectly and it’s kinda exciting to see how the battery is drawing power from the solar panels, connecting with the grid and discharging, all in real-time. Special mention also goes to Mark, the salesman, who negotiated a fair price, communicated promptly by text, phone and email and didn’t come across as ‘pushy’ - which so many sales people sometimes do. All in all, a top rate service and fully recommended.

Fine company. I had Sunpower panels + GivEnergy battery installed from them. Supply chain issues caused significant delays though and as a result my Alpha battery got swapped for GivEnergy system. The surveyor indicated that battery and invertor will be installed in the roof however when the installers came they said they will not do as this was not company policy. I did not force them either as I waited long enough for the system plus the battery was very heavy and I did not want that above in the loft. If I had modular battery like Alpha they could have been installed in the loft. Afterwards I had an EV charger installed as well. I am happy with their installation in general, however their communication should be improved. Will I use them again? Yes I will.

The company did a good job of installing and commissioning our solar panels and batteries however their subsequent service was poor. The panels slipped and whilst they did return once to try (and failed) to resolve the issue they then just ignored our requests for help. This was an expensive installation and I don’t think it should be a lot to ask for the panels to sit correctly on our roof. As an additional comment since posting this review we received a welcome phone call offering to come out and resolve the issue, explaining that a new office and installation team are in place. As we’ve taken the initiative ourselves and fixed the slippage we declined the offer.

Terrible company. As we were having a replacement roof needed work to be done to timescale. We were promised installation within 12 weeks and stating all items needed to install were available. Deposit paid and survey completed. Was informed by surveyor that design of installation would be delivered to me the following day (never arrived) and installation would be within a couple of weeks. 21 weeks later, and my roofer and I unable to get an answer either by phone or email we had to consider that they had broken the contract. Unable to get deposit back as they have done a survey. If you decide to use this company, which I advise against, do not agree to the survey before they give you a definite installation date. If you look at other reviews I am not the only person that they have got money from without providing any products or goods for. The company want to share logs and emails. I can do the same and I have witnesses to the conversation with the surveyor and phone calls.

A very good company to deal with ,no hard sell just all the information you need to make up your mind. I had the install of my solar system done in one day ,everything was shown to me and explained by the two install engineers. I was even shown how to set up the App. From the first email for a quote to the install has been a very easy trouble free experience . Would and have recommended In2gr8ted Solutions well done all and thank you.

After waiting 8 months the solar panels and equipment were delivered and installed onto our garage (40m from the house) roof area over a 2 day period. As there was a ’comms’ issue between the inverter in the garage and the house consumer unit preventing the battery from operating properly, they said they needed to obtain a replacement part. This was done the following week and everything now works perfectly. Whilst we had to wait a very long time, our experience of In2gr8ted Solution installation is a positive one and we have no complaints at all. In fact we are already considering asking them to fit a second 5.2kw battery.

We were recommended In2gr8ted Solutions Ltd by my sister’s partner and we were not disappointed. Steve gave us honest and well informed advice, understanding our needs and our current system and providing the most appropriate specs and communicating very effectively. The contracting was slick and efficient, and the installation and commissioning went well once the scaffolding was sorted. The system has since run extremely well and the Edge App gives us great pleasure and enables us to manage our appliances so as to make best use of the solar power, eg turning on the washing machine and dish washer when the system is generating power.

Nick Walton of In2gr8ted Solutions was a joy to deal with. From the beginning there was no hard sell (like some other solar panel companies I've had the misfortune to speak to). He explained all the products and solutions that In2gr8ted offered and what solutions would work on my property in my location. He came on site to show all the options and calculate the number of panels and even suggested a better location for the battery rather than position it in the loft. He arranged all the documentation and introduced me to Paula to continue the process. She organised the installers and all the paperwork for being an electricity provider. The installation team were courteous and tidy. Cleaning up after themselves and explaining the working of the equipment and setting up the app. We put 4 panels on a south facing roof and 8 on a west facing one. Even though the installation was in January and it has been pretty miserable and cloudy since then, we have generated electricity most days and I get extreme pleasure seeing the power we generate going into the grid. My experience with In2gr8ted has been great. At all times I have felt valued as a customer and any issues (scaffolders) was resolved quickly by both Paula and Paul (in the main office). I highly recommend them and know where to go if I move and want panels in my next property.

We had solar panels fitted to our dental surgery by In2gr8ted Solutions, they were outstanding throughout the process. Steve Harris, Assessor / Surveyor handheld us through the maze of systems available and Paul, with his team carried out the installation with tremendous skill and care.
