First class installation throughout on 14th July 2025 Well pleased with this battery upgrade to an existing solar installation which has been performing for last the two months months as promised. The team at EW helped me out with an already installed solar PV system. The array had two faulty optimizers and had not been setup correctly when originally installed by a different company. EW got replacement parts under warranty and properly configured the system so I can monitor through the app, and have full generation capability. EW were incredibly helpful on an installation that was not their own. I’ll be using them in the future for any new installations and highly recommend to others.

We have just had our solar system installed by the truly fantastic team at Electrify Wales (panels, battery and Eddi). Their experience, and boundless knowledge of all things Solar helped us arrive at a suitable system for our property. We were delighted by how neat a job Cameron has done, his work is exemplary. A word too about their communication, if for any reason they were going to be delayed then they would let me know, similarly if there was any other issue they would contact us. Electrify Wales provided an excellent service with the installation of my EV charger, Solar maintenance and programming of my Eddie. Unlike most Electrical supplies in Pembrokeshire they arrived on time, kept me informed on what needed to be done and followed up with the technical support and programming of the appliances. Great work and follow up by Chris in the office, always called to confirm dates and times, answered many of technical questions regarding the installation and was always available to take a call or send an email. As a client I felt very well looked after and got a service that exceeded expectations. Credit to Cameron for getting a company together that is professional in delivering its products and services that meet expectations!

Work was carried out to a high standard and there was good communication and recommendations throughout. The guys arrived on time and went through in detail how to use the upgraded solar panel system. Any questions after install were answered quickly. We were very pleased with the whole process from the intial consultation through to the installation. At all time we were kept informed about what would be happening. The installation itself was carried out speedily and cleanly. Information on monitoring of how much electricity was beeing generated and how to register with suppliers was provided in an easy to understand way.

Electrify Wales have really impressed me with their responsiveness and communication. We've used them to bring a rental property up to current regulations, an EICR and provide some additions. They have helpfully liaised directly with the tenant and their work is of an excellent standard. Paperwork has been swift and sent by email which is perfect. They are definitely my go to electricians in Pembrokeshire - highly recommended.

We were given a phone number for Cameron and Dan, whom we were told might be able to help with our failed solar panels. Within 3 hours Cameron had visited, diagnosed, and discussed the reason for the problem and a solution. Within 5 hours we received a fair, detailed quote, and by the following morning we had accepted and agreed a date for the work to be done. They turned up on time, worked efficiently and calmly, and completely upgraded our entire system within the time set out. They also provided promised email links to set up with Solaredge, and all of this on the proposed day of work. We were both very impressed with the professionalism and pleasant manner and service provided. Electrify Wales turned what looked like a major disaster for us into a successful fix and upgrade. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I can't speak highly enough of Dan and Cam at Electrify Wales. Their level of professionalism is one I've not seen in any other tradesman I've used in Pembrokeshire.
