They answer the telephone in person and quite rapidly...no waiting and listening to terrible music! They are local to me ( big plus) and gave good technical advice. The installation of batteries was done on time and efficiently with good communication about how best to use them. Connor the team leader was especially helpful.

Great service every step of the way along our Solar Power journey. No pressure to buy from the sales team compared to the numerous other companies we got quotes from. We would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for solar panels and batteries.

Highly recommended! We chose Atlantic Renewables to install our solar PV system because of their professionalism, great reviews, and competitive pricing. A local firm that beat quotes from the big national energy companies — even the one that comes from the sea! 🐙 The team’s communication was excellent from start to finish, and installation day was impressive — three vans and a whole army of engineers installing the system. Our 4.7 kW system (10 Aiko 470 W Neostar 2S panels with a Solis 5 kW S6 inverter) has been running perfectly since September 25, generating 807 kWh as of February 26 despite a really gloomy Manchester winter! We also had a Hypervolt charger installed, which looks great — can’t wait to put it to use once we get an EV very soon! Big thanks to Jack, Billy, Natalie, Darly, Connor and everyone at Atlantic. Having started our enquiries about solar panels a couple of years ago, we decided to give it another go! We had quotes from 3 companies a well known corporate delving into solar, an established local company and Atlantic Renewables. At first we didn’t think we’d use Atlantic but then I received the follow up call. Compared to others they were reassuring, confident and professional. They discussed with us the project, no hard sell, no cheap as chips sales. Told us what they would do and how they would do it and what it would cost. A professional, efficient and great company to deal with. We are really pleased in with the fitting of our solar panels, they look great on our old Victorian terraced house. Highly recommended

First used Atlantic Renewables a year ago to install solar panels. All the larger companies I approached weren’t interested as my roof was complex. Atlantic installed 12 panels on various elevations. The company certainly took care with the installation and kept me informed throughout the process. I returned to Atlantic for a battery which was installed with the same attention to detail as the panels. I highly recommend the company 😀

Atlantic exceed expectations

Atlantic were strongly recommended by a neighbour and I'm delighted to say that they exceeded my expectations. The team provided advice and support every step of the way from designing a system which incorporates some of best equipment available on the market, to the installation of 12 Aiko panels and a 13.5kw GivEnergy battery. The Atlantic approach was a breath of fresh air compared to the pushy sales tactics employed by other companies we asked to quote, and their price was competitive. Jack provided detailed factual information to support the financial calculations in the tailored information pack and was happy to provide further iterations of the numbers based on alternative assumptions. Communication with Atlantic was exemplary throughout, with same day responses to emails and phone calls. The installation team arrived on time and could not have been more considerate, professional and helpful. All of our requests for siting equipment were accommodated and the work was completed to a very high standard. One major concern I had when going ahead with the installation was whether our 150 year old slate roof would need attention. Atlantic replaced slipped tiles located under the panels as part of the installation and took extensive photographs to identify where maintenance was needed elsewhere. Atlantic was originally a roofing company before they specialised in solar and undertook this work after the installation was done whilst the property was scaffolded. Drone footage taken on completion of the work confirms that the roof now looks in great condition to meet the winter storms. In short, if you are looking to have a solar and battery system installed in the Manchester area make sure that you ask Atlantic Renewables to quote. They are a knowledgeable and professional company who are a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had a 3x powerwall 3 system and 21 Aiko…

Had a 3x powerwall 3 system and 21 Aiko panels installed recently and the process was smooth all the way through. I made a few requests and all were accommodated with no fuss, reports sent / modified each time I wanted to alter the project. Left them pretty much to it and it all went well. A few roof tiles were damaged by the scaffolding (I was pre-warned this may happen,) but were quickly fixed when the scaffolding was out of the way. I would absolutely recommend Atlantic renewables. Handover documents received promptly on completion of the install. Just got onto the octopus export tariff (15p per kwh) and combined with the overnight charging (40.5kw at 7p per kw), I have eliminated my electricity bill & with the Model Y, no longer have to go to the petrol station! Exported 19kwh yesterday on my fist full day. (Solar & unused battery), It was raining for at least 50% of the day.

Best tradesmen we have ever had on our property. A very professional operation. The fitters were friendly and professional thought out the two days. Even the scaffolders (another company) were great. The installation of inverter & battery in the garage were neat and tidy, as were the panels on the roof. Quick support from the team via email when we had questions or issues. Otherwise we have been enjoying running the house and cars on sunshine. Recommended. Update 1. Atlantic returned to install a second battery which now means we can run our electric under floor heating in winter during the day on the night time tariff. Update 2. Had Atlantic back to install a new charger, Hypervolt Pro 3, and to ensure the charger does not pull from the batteries. As usual, a perfect, efficient and very tidy job carried out by Connor. Brilliant.

Atlantic Renewables installed solar and battery storage for me a few months ago. In summary, they were brilliant: the design and survey process was clear and friendly - Billy and Jack took the time to explain options to customise the system, and work through all my questions. The install team, led by Conor, did and incredibly neat and professional job - the system looks and works great, and is a credit to their work. The logistics of the install was managed very effectively by Daryl. After installation, I had a few aftersales support queries and Atlantic have always been very happy to help. This is a late entry on Trustpilot but it is totally genuine. Atlantic renewables installed my Solar inverter and battery system in 2022 replacing an incompatible inverter EE had installed. The lads from Atlantic renewables were very professional and installed the equipment in a day. The system worked brilliantly until my broadband went down and the inverter would not re connect to the internet. The office team Jason and his team were brilliant in getting a replacement data longer from Fox ess ensuring it reconnected to the internet for monitoring the system on my phone app. It is important when choosing a company to fit equipment that not only are they good at fitting it but provide excellent after sales service. I can say without hesitation Atlantic renewables are one of these companies and I recommend.

Having had our solar installed by another company, who not long after "disappeared", I contacted Atlantic to request a review of our installation as we didn't feel we were getting the benefits we should. One of Atlantic's guys came round, exactly when they said, and spent a few hours looking our system over. He found something that wasn't right, fixed it with no fuss at all and now we're seeing much more benefit! Easily worth the fee, wish we'd gone with Atlantic in the first place. Atlantic Renewables really know their stuff. We have had a solar system, a battery and EV charge point installed. From our first enquiry to the site survey, proposal, planning, installation and commissioning, all the staff were excellent. The communication was excellent throughout, always taking the time to advise and explain. The lads on site worked really hard and efficiently, and they were always cheerful. I think that says a lot about a company, especially when staff are not working under the direct eye of their big bosses. The wiring is all very neat and they were tidy workers. There were no pushy salesmen, no upselling, just enthusiastic staff who know and believe in their products. Atlantic Renewables were recommended to us by a friend, and I am very glad they did.

From initial phone through to final installation, they have been nothing less than exemplary in their service. We are delighted with our solar and battery installation. Superb staff, as always, make this probably one of the best companies we’ve ever had to deal with. Superb communication with us and our builder, flexible and responsive.

From start to finish every step of my solar panel purchase was easy and pleasant. The initial phone call set into motion a professional and well documented process. The site survey was informative, the process was explained in detail and all the options explained in a clear and understandable manner. All products were shown to me and explained. The quotation arrived quickly and was comprehensive and informative. Everything from the scaffolding required to completion was documented. The team arrived when agreed and were friendly, polite and extremely professional in their approach (even a neighbour commented to me on their friendly attitude). The scaffolding team were quick and efficient. The installation was painless, the lads were careful and respectful of our property and took time and trouble to clear up after themselves. The handover was informative and left me with a full understanding of what had been done and how to install and understand the app used to monitor my savings. All in all I can sum up my experience as completely satisfied with every aspect of the service received from Atlantic Renewables and would be very confident in recommending them to anyone looking to save money on their energy bills.

The right partner to go solar...

I first looked at a solar power installation via my energy supplier but their processes were very generic meaning they were not able to provide a reliable quotation tailored to my requirements. They were also reluctant to commit to a site visit to provide a studied quotation. Frustrated at this I did some research and came across Atlantic Renewables which were a real pleasure to work with from start to finish. An initial quotation was provided which was then refined post site survey at no cost and without obligation. The pre-sale experience was excellent as was the installation and I'm confident the same will be the case for the after sale care. Wonderful Service. Solar, Battery and Charger.

I searched and hunted for a company to fit my solar, Tesla Powerwall and Hypervault Charger for weeks speaking to different companies over and over. It’s a big investment and it has to be right. I stumbled across Atlantic Renewables and from the outset they were professional and answered every question I had expertly. I had my system fitted a few days ago and all this work only took them two days. They obviously take pride in their work, ensuring that all cabling is meticulously placed in a certain way for neatness. They put dust sheets down through my house, swept up after themselves and hosed down the driveway of the dust from drilling. When done, I was given a full run down of how everything works and information on how I can ask further questions if I don’t understand something later. Highly recommended. If you’re thinking of solar, batteries, chargers or a combination of all three, you’d do well to find a more suitable company to deal with.

From my very first contact with Atlantic Renewables, the company proved to be a very competent and professional company. I was given good advice from the company and decided to go with a 4kW solar system with a 7.4kWh battery set-up. Their communications were excellent and I was given regular updates and an eventual installation date. A few days prior to the installation, I was contacted by telephone to confirm the appointment and was advised that the team would arrive by 8:00am on the day of the installation. True to their word, the team, four in all, turned up promptly at 8:00am as arranged. All of the guys were very courteous and all very professional, the type of guys that you are comfortable to have in your house. Each of the team got to work on with their allotted tasks and the whole job was competed by 3:30pm! I was then given an overview of the work carried out along with the locations of the various pieces of equipment that had been installed, all of which had been done to a very high standard. During the installation, the team had worked in three areas of my house; the roof, the garage and inside the loft, all of which were left in a clean and tidy condition. With the monitoring application now installed on my mobile phone (can also be viewed on a PC) all I had to do now was wait for some sunshine to start generating some power to run the house and charge the batteries. However, living in Manchester in October, I guess I may have to wait some time! That said, the system does generate power and charge the batteries even when the sun is not out, it just becomes much more efficient in the sunshine. A couple of days after the installation, I checked the app on my phone to check the system and was delighted to see that we were drawing zero power from the grid, this was at a time when we had the washing machine on and the sun wasn’t out – the result speaks for itself. Very professional and decent people to deal with, excellent communication throughout. 4KW system installed at the end of June with black bird barrier to give a sleek finish. Absolutely first rate company! Excellent communication before and after sale, and fantastic quality of installation. I did have to wait a couple of months due to high demand and supply issues, but ahead of schedule a bunch of very polite guys arrived and had the whole thing done in a day. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from planning through installation and then after install support as we got to grips with the apps and managing the solar system. Offered a high quality integrated solar, battery and EV charging solution with great online monitoring to get the most out of the solar energy. During installation the fitters worked with our builder and roofer to ensure the system integrated with the roof well. Overall install was really neat and well done. Really happy and would recommend this company to anyone looking at solar systems.

Great outfit, completed an 80KW install on workshop roof in two phases with no fuss and job was really tidy. All work completed at height was well controlled and thoughtfully planned out. Our Solar Panels were installed absolutely plumb and square despite it being unlikely anybody was going to go up and check and the two Engineers made sure the whole install was fully checked and commissioned before handover. Good sensible advice and reasonable price on aftercare and options for ongoing Inverter Support. Cleaned up, picked up and left place as they found it. Would recommend highly for industrial or domestic install on that basis.....TMcD.

I would highly recommend Atlantic renewables for the installation of Solar PV system on your residence. Right from the start i noticed how excellent both Dean and his business partner Jason, were at communication. It is clear they are experts in their field, but they took the time on numerous occasions to talk me through the various options and tweak to match my needs or requests. All of this was done in language and terminology that I could understand. Once I was happy for the order to go ahead, the Atlantic renewables team delivered on promised date for setup of scaffolding and installation of panels. Due to minor complications with my property, the install took 2 days, though in these days the site was left tidy throughout and the finished job is very neat and tidy. Jason who installed the system himself took the time to talk me through the installation, safety measures, diagrams and features. One thing to point out was that within a few days of the installation I noticed a small issue with the system. I called Atlantic renewables who were straight onto the Inverter manufacturer for a resolution, keeping me informed. Within 24 hours it was all sorted. I must say that it was great to still get that level of service even though installation was completed. Again I would highly recommend Dean and Jason at Atlantic Renewables. I certainly will be going back to them when I upgrade the system with a battery storage.
