Initially Jason is a nice guy we got on well he sorted things quite easy and experience was a good one they were tidy and installed the solar system how we wanted neat and tidy with hidden cables, but while we were going through the process I expressed to him a few times I wanted off grid capabilities after the install everything was going well but when a power cut happened the whole system was down I was abit confused mentioned it to Jason took a while to get back to me he said it should of switched over automatically and was a glitch then another happened and still everything went down even at fully charged 15kw battery, I asked him again but got ignored Until lately I investigated more and turns out we’re only on grid dependant that’s not what I wanted after spending £15,000+ on the system I contacted customer service, only to be told it’s another £2-£4k and they advice customer to check their paperwork, and what I paid for I got… but that was NOT what I wanted and was TOLD I was having, last message after expressing how annoyed I am “Hi Ben, we are sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase, if you want a back up/ islanding system, we would have charged you the extra money at the time and this would have been reflected on the order form, as it stands you got what you paid for. Thanks Paige” They’re good as gold if they’re taking your money but when you have a problem to resolve that service is none existent so I’m now having to go elsewhere to have this extra function installed reason for a 1 star they take your money yet no customer service after and that’s more important at the end of the day

Efficient and friendly. Good support 18 months after installation

Jason and his team provided a very supportive and friendly service, fitting the system in a day and leaving no mess. They sorted out a couple of minor issues and helped me to learn how to get the best out of the panels, inverter and batteries. After nearly two years, I am very pleased with my solar system and happy to be able to sell the surplus to the grid.

I had very specific requirements and a house with flat roofs that most solar installers wouldn't touch. Res+ plus listened, advised, and while they weren't able to install a system exactly as I'd imagined, they were able to do a great job. Undoubtedly the easiest and most willing tradespeople I have ever worked with. Any issue I had was immedialtely addressed and they went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. Great experience and I highly recommend.

Very happy with whole experience from initial enquiry to installation. Stephen , who came out to do the initial assessment and quote, was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions clearly and there was no pressure at all. The information provided was clear and easy to understand and we were happy to go ahead. The installation took place just a few weeks later and Reece and Charlie were also excellent. Very friendly , took great care and cleaned everything up after they had finished. They even moved the furniture back in place for us. They also made a fuss of my dog and didn’t mind him trying to “help” ! I would highly recommend this company and we are delighted with our solar panals

Fantastic experience. Installed quickly and nothing but polite and professional. It was lovely to see how friendly and swift the installers, salespeople and admin people are to get back to any queries. Extremely satisfied with the product and would recommend. Completely transparent from the offset about stock delays from Outside the UK which were outside of anyones control and really kept me in the loop about availability and install dates. This really did make it feel like they went above and beyond.

Very unprofessional company to deal with. The installers are great, the back office, customer service and aftersales are appalling. They do not deliver what they promise and then lie to get out of honouring their commitments. Do not waste your money on this company, go to a bigger company which shows reviews. You wont be let down like I was.

We were more than pleased with our installation. Paul and Courtney handled all our queries very promptly and efficiently, the scaffolders took great care of our new decking as requested, and the installers Matt and Matt did a superb job with the installation. The whole process took less than 3 weeks from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. 5 stars well deserved.
