Great to deal with a company who runs things so smoothly, highly recommend.

The team provided an excellent service. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable throughout. The y supplied three new high heat retention night storage heaters, three panel radiators, two fan heaters and three extractor fans along with 14 x Solar PV panels. This should lift the property from EPC Rating E to B and save the occupant a few £££s along the way. All done under the ECO4 grant system.

The company is very good at communication and carried out the work of cavity insulation solar panel fitting in good time and explained the whole process both to my tenants and myself

The work I had done was 14 solo panels, loft insulation and heating throughout my 3 bedroom house. All the work was done just over a week and all the workmen were very polite and on time and they even hoovered and cleared up after themselves. Can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done

Joel and the team provided a better quote than all the other companies we had asked. The communication from start to finish was really efficient and the install was perfect. The system is providing even better outcomes than we anticipated and we are so happy we used net zero. They also provide brilliant after care to help you get the most out of your solar system - we have recommended to a few of our neighbours too!

The 80s called and they want their door to door salesmen back. Honestly, knocking without an appointment at 7:30pm as the kids are starting to settle is just unacceptable.

We were really impressed with their work. They worked very efficiently and finished the job well, and cleaned up too! They were very polite and apologised when making a noise. When we had to contact the office, the people there were always so kind and helpful.

Can not fault this company, within 2 weeks I had a lovely warm home! My new glow worm boiler and new radiators have made such a difference, I have to peal my cat away from them 🤣 The 3 lads who came to install were absolutely amazing 👏 I'm having alot of surgery at the moment, so they were so patient with me and left my property looking as it was.They had full respect for my new carpets and decorating 🙌 not one area was damaged. 10/10 All in all this is the best thing to happen this year. Great company, thank you to all the staff who assisted and supported us through the process of a new heating system in two properties and solar panels. The lads were Clean and tidy, absolutely fantastic service.

Can not recommend these guys enough they went above and beyond for me put me up in an airbnb when the work was getting done had solar panels and storage heaters put in I have to give Joel the most credit here when a little bit off work was still to be done and I had no where to go he even gave me some money so me and the dog could go for lunch as I say I can't recommend them any higher great job guys keep up the good work and I now you will go far

I was expecting this to be a painful process to get my insulation sorted but this company made it so easy from the bloke at the door to the people in office and the builders, didn’t have to even think about it because it was so quickly and professionally done

Amazing Service and done amazing job of the insulation of the new storage heaters and solo panels. The electricians who were supplied by this company were very professional and very clean workers. I also want to like to say a big thanks to Megan, who helped me all the way through from the start to the finish. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who looking to save some money on their electric bills :)

From initially contacting Net Zero, Joel, his colleague and the rest of the team were completely supportive. They took no time in getting me sorted and fitted the Solar Panels and all the electrics to go with them. I am so chuffed that I have a little passive income coming from my roof now! Such a bonus. Scott, Scott and their colleagues worked really well to get the job done to a high standard. Chris did a grand job on the electrics and made sure they were safe. I feel so lucky to have received this system. It has always been a dream of mine and finally, it has become a reality. Thank you!

I have no complaints about this company. From start to finish I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Installation was on time, tidy and cleared everything away. Would highly recommend Net Zero Renewables.

They gave a prompt response to my inquiry. Unfortunately they have yet to forward a formal proposal. High marks for staying engaged but the follow through did not produce a proposal that I can compare to the others.

First, some backstory... We decided to get solar panels and a battery and went with a company called Marshall & McCourt. This company did a full survey, noted we had spray foam insulation in the loft (from previous owner), said it would be fine then later erected scaffolding and started the job, only to say they couldn't do the installation due to the spray foam insulation, and then disappeared, leaving the scaffolding around the house. Attempts to get a refund on our deposit (£2300) were fruitless, until we mentioned getting their governing body involved, at which point they agreed to repay us, minus £1000 for the scaffolding. Of course, this was all very stressful, and losing £1000 for no reason was an awful situation to be in. We contacted several other solar energy companies, looking for someone who could help us, and that's where Net Zero Renewables, which is a fairly new company, comes in. Joel, the company director, visited us and I was instantly impressed with his positive attitude and knowledge of solar panel engineering. He agreed to meet the cost of Marshall & McCourts set-up (despite including an extra solar panel), devised a panel lay-out that was much more effective than Marshall & McCourts, and - to top it off - agreed to use the scaffolding that Marshall & McCourt had just abandoned at our house, knocking £1000 off the total bill. The job itself took two days, and although electrician Trevor admitted it was slightly more difficult than usual due to the spray foam insulation, the end result was fantastic. The panels look great, bird-proofing was added, at our request, for a small extra cost, and the wiring in the loft and around the house was done very tidily and discreetly. An issue with one of the panels arose, but as soon as a new panel was delivered, Trevor was back within a few days to connect it. Once the work was completed, Trevor showed us how to use the Sunsynk app, which shows the effectiveness of the panels and how much energy is coming from them to power the house and/or battery, and a week later all of our documents, guarantees were sent to us. There wasn't a single hitch as soon as Net Zero Renewables started the job, until the end. And Joel and co. didn't just finish the job and then move on. It has been nearly two weeks since the panels went up, and they are currently trying to get the scaffolding removed by the company who erected it. This, of course, is not something they are obliged to do, but they're doing it anyway, and it's very much appreciated. Additionally, Joel has been in touch to enquire how things are going with the panels etc. Overall, I am impressed with Net Zero Renewables in every way. When Marshall & McCourt backed out and abandoned the job, I never thought for one second I would one day look back and be glad they backed out. Net Zero Renewables were professional, polite, friendly, tidy and, most importantly, they made me feel valued - Trevor and his team took their time to do the best job they could, and Joel was always just a phone-call away and would always ring back if I couldn't get hold of him. Any query was always sorted ASAP and I found Joel and the company as a whole to be completely dependable - a rare trait, especially in the trade industry, sad to say. I have every confidence that, one day, both Joel and Net Zero Renewables will be big noises in the world of renewable energy, and I hope they never lose that personal touch as, out of all the positives I could say about them, that was the thing that stood out the most. Had a rep called Lucas come to our house to give us a free quote. He was punctual, polite and proffesional and the whole experience was a pleasant one. When we do decide to have solar panels fitted we will definitely be contacting Lucas again.
