Brilliant work from these guys, a real pleasure to have them working in my house.

I've just had my old combi boiler replaced through LD Eco , with a brand new Ideal COMBI condensa c30 which now heats up the rad. at the furthest part of my kitchen ,which my old combi failed to do. Also replaced thermostats with modern ones ,that have boost buttons on them. Press the button and more heat will be sent to that rad. Without heating up the whole bungalow. The team that carried out the work were polite and efficient, plus cleaned up after them. I would recommend this company.

I have recently had an Eco 4 grant at my property installing wall insulation, heating, insulation and ventilation and also solar panels fitted through LD Eco ltd. I had an initial visit from each contractor to do a survey and let me know what would be done in my home. Everything was explained from start to finish. First came Griff’s plastering to do the wall insulation and plastering . What a fab bunch of workers they got on with their work as soon as they arrived and gave amazing work to a very high standard. All very polite, friendly, ever so clean and tidy workers. They all made sure I was happy with everything throughout. Thankyou boys!! Next came Adrian’s plumbers to install the heat pump, they had a tough job getting through old stone walls to get pipes through but never gave up! Nothing was too much for them and again everyone made sure I was happy with the installation throughout the fit. Matthew’s electricians came in and got on with their job with no fuss, explained where all wires were going and the best way to run cables. Ffion was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of info and advice on how the Solar, inverter and battery would work. Again a fab team. Thankyou to Roy and boys for doing the insulation and cleaning up after fab!! Last but not least need to thank Tina, Scott and Nathan in the office for all their phone calls and hard work behind the scenes. Scott for getting everything moving and done quickly once started and for all their advice over the phone. Great team. Overall I would highly recommend LD Eco I am more than satisfied with the company and all the contractors that came into my home. All fantastic workers . Thankyou.

Outstanding work by Jesse Dan and the Team. System working well. Cold draughty house difficult to heat now warm and cosy. All the information about how to control and adjust settings to run economically and efficiently provided electronically and hard copies. I would recommend this company unreservedly. Nice guys, hard working and professional. High standard of work and all flooring was well protected and no marks or stains left. Work was done in record time in atrocious weather. Thank you all.

The work that was carried out at my property exceeded my expectations of what was originally planned. The workforce that attended throughout the week were very professional. On first arriving at my home I was introduced to Dan and I explained about my dogs I have in my home. Dan and his two work colleagues embraced my furry companions and didn’t appear fazed by them. They spoke through the planned work for the next two days, so I was aware of timescales and what time they would be finishing. Dan and his colleagues were respectful of my home and laid down protective floor covering throughout the home. A very nice touch as we only recently had the carpets laid. I personally do not like workmen in the home as it disrupts things and especially my dogs. The whole workforce made me feel so at ease and my dogs appeared to enjoy their company. I am a firm believer that if a dog doesn’t like a person then you are to be wary of that person. My dogs followed the workmen around and waited outside of room doors to see them, this is a testament to their calming nature. The work they completed on the outside pipes was so professional and aesthetically pleasing, as this was my main concern. As I have seen homes where the pipes look absolutely atrocious and there has been no care or pride in the workmanship. This is definitely not the case with this company. I thoroughly checked the work when everything was completed and the workers were happy to make a little change, nothing was too much for them. Simon visited the property to turn the gas back on and he is also a lovely man; I complimented him on his choice of workers for his team. We also had an assessor turn up to observe one of the college youngsters. He introduced himself and thanked us for letting him in our home to conduct his assessment. The assessor also took the time to say goodbye, which is a nice touch. If I required more work completed in the home, I would want this work team. They made me feel safe in my own home and that is a huge bonus for anybody having work completed. Respectful, courteous, thorough and a pleasure to have these gentlemen in my home.

What can I say about LD ECO

I recently received an ECO 4 grant with LD ECO Being a builder & site manager of almost 40 years I knew what I wanted from the outset and hearing so many horror stories about other installing companies I was on guard It’s a very big project being a former detached 3 storey pub I can’t sing the praises of the company enough especially the trades The plumbers ( Solair solutions )especially had an almost impossible task as the property is a 200 year old former pub , nothing was to much Trouble for them To add the electricians , carpenters & scaffolders the same absolutely awesome Guys all round

The team have just done our internal wall insulation and they've done a brilliant job! They worked very hard and to a very high standard and left everywhere clean and tidy too, we are very pleased and can't recommend them highly enough, thank you! We've now had our solar panels and heat pump and new central heating installed. We had a couple of leaks but these were dealt with very quickly and over a bank holiday weekend which was much appreciated! All seems fine now and we're very happy overall with finished job and looking forward to a warm house next winter. Thank you.

Ldeco Insulation team

LDEco have just installed insulation boards on the inner aspect of the outer thick stone walls of our house.When they arrived to do the job they started work immediately,with no wasted time.They covered all the floors to protect them and wrapped and sealed all the furniture in plastic sheeting. They were extremely efficient and proficient.All the work was explained beforehand and the whole job carried out with no time wasted.No one could fault the standard of the work- each one of the team knew what they were doing and helped each other out as appropriate . When the building work was done,they cleaned up all debris a washed and hoovered floors and window sills.The electrician followed immediately and re fixed all switches and sockets. I can’t recommend them highly enough for the quality or their work and the pleasant and communicative way they conducted themselves.

A massive thanks goes to everyone who was involved in the installation of my new boiler. From the start all the workers were extremely helpful, polite and very professional in their work. They all were very cooperative and courteous to me and my family and explained everything about the installation and always informed me about how long they would be attending and was meticulously in cleaning up after they finished work. I have no reservation in recommending this brilliant company to anyone. Thank you for a job well done.

Fantastic Work by Leigh, Griff, Paul and the Team

Very pleased with the service provided by this company. Leigh, Griff, Paul and the team came to do the internal insulation over a 5-day period and they can’t be praised highly enough. The whole team were so friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. The work was done quickly and very professionally, and the end result was absolutely fantastic. I was also extremely impressed with the tidiness and cleanliness, which the team managed to maintain throughout the whole process and after all the work had been finished too. I can’t praise this team highly enough and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Plumbing team including Ben and Kyle were outstanding. Considerate, polite, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. Electrical team were also very good - reliable and helpful. Heat pump works well. Happy with our installation.

LD Eco were the best choice. We had looked at reviews for other companies for comparison but weren't impressed. The team were professional, sensitive to our needs as well as answering all our questions and concerns. They informed us at every stage of the process, were tidy clearing away as they went and we can honestly say there was no damage to our property. Impressive Performance

The installation crew were excellent and took care to minimise the disruption to our home. They were polite, considerate and obliging and always happy to explain the process and its outcomes. The builders were very professional and friendly nice chatting with them and did a great job, the plastering was fantastic... Would highly recommend them.

It is now 6 months since the company installed the ECO4 package on our property - long enough for me to comment on the process from application, to planning, installing and working. In all areas I am happy to award the 5 star rating. The planning was pretty seamless and things moved at a sound rate. The office staff led by Tina, handled any queries in a friendly and professional manner. The installation was carried out by teams of highly competent and hard working tradesmen. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they worked around our daily needs living in the house. As for the system up and running, I have found nothing to cause me any concerns. Everything is as it should be and I am a very contented customer of LD Eco Ltd

LD Eco recently installed a heat pump and solar panels for me. The application process was smooth and the team were helpful in getting that side sorted. The time between submission of application and the installation was a few months, but I was made aware of that from the start. A special mention to Tina, Scott and Jonah who have been very professional and helpful throughout. The installation team were courteous and tidy. We had one problem, but it was fixed and rectified in less than 24 hours! Thank you!

Great customer service.

Great customer service from this team. Every aspect of the boiler installation was explained and checked with us. The team were happy to use bricks I supplied (to match the existing brickwork) around the new flue. They were considerate and always seeking approval as the scope of the job became clear. The guys were clean, tidy and appreciative of tea and coffee, which we were only too pleased to supply. Highly recommended. Than you 🙂

Team effort

Heat pump installed by Simon's team lead by Jess. Big job carried out by a hard working team. Jess talked us through each stage as I was anxious having the work done. Ben from solar company very helpful with good communication. Ennis and team had a really tough job in terrible weather. Pleased with loft installation team (another Simon). Electricians helpful and explained installment clearly. Our home was not a straightforward job but solutions were found for everything.

Jesse, Simon and the team from LD Eco were great from start to finish. They installed an air source heat pump, water tank and new radiators throughout our house. They were professional, efficient and very respectful of our home and family. They worked hard and completed the job in four days and made a point of communicating progress and expectations to us at all times. I would highly recommend this company.

We have just had LD Eco Ltd carrying out grant works on our house in Cardigan. From the start the service has been brilliant, great communication from the start, from the guys who came to do the loft insulation and other ventilation parts, to Ben who carried out the solar panels works and Adrain and his gang installing the new air source heating system along with all new radiators throughout the house, which wasnt an easy job! The guys were all polite, clean and most of all involved us in what they were doing at all times, making sure radiators were in the correct positions so that we were happy. I cannot recommend this company enough, very good service.

Although some issues nearly a year after putting application in work has finished, especially big thanks to Tina who works in the office, very polite and got everything sorted! work that was done I couldn't fault and the workmen were all lovley and professional, very quick and left no mess! From the start i have been delighted with the service provided by tina in the office, connor the surveyor, the lads that came to fit more loft insulation, a new bathroom electric fan, new upvc window vents. The inspector that came to over see there lads work was as happy as i am with there work. The boiler plumbing team were outstanding as the place was full of storage boxes and furniture they had to move so much to get the job done, and what a job it is a new boiler top of the shopping list to be replaced as my old boiler wasnt maintained by previous owner and was broken. The new worster is quiet stunning and doing an awesome job. Im over the moon and very very grateful to all at ld for this grant. Thanks guys. Id highly recommend any one using this company. If in doubt ask if you qualify.
