The service from start to finish was excellent , Clayton turned up on time on the day of surveying my property for battery back up on my existing solar panel system, the quote was as discussed, the three guys turned up on time the day of installation and they were very polite done a excellent job left it clean and tidy when finished and set it all up on my phone. overall 10 out of 10 ps caleb was brilliant.

Fantastic service. Helpful and friendly on the phone, right through to technician turning up when he was supposed to and solving the issue. Our system is quite old now, so when it comes time to renew we will definitely be using Green Flare again, both for installation and follow up service.

Review after 1 full year of use! Had a system installed in dec 2024 at short notice. They started within 2 weeks of order. I had a Fox ESS system installed, 10kwh battery and 5.3kw of solar. It’s been amazing, with octopus agile export integrated into the Fox system it essentially means my utilities costs have been free. I’ve seen peaks of 5.5kw from the solar. Peaks of 35kw+ produced over the course of the day and agile import as low as -8p kw. Yes ‘minus’! As in they pay me to charge the battery at weird times of the day! For the whole year I produced around 5600kwh of energy meaning it was more than enough to cover my elec bills and produce earnings to cover a lot of my gas use too. Only thing I did overlook was the importance of Bird mesh to prevent pigeons. It should be an industry standard requirement I think. But I had render done not long after so had it done when that scaffold was up. As a minimum, not including agile dynamics, At 26p a kWh 5600kw is £1456 savings. Try and get that guaranteed annual return on £9500 elsewhere. I bet you can’t! 😆…… and energy prices are only rising so each year it’s getting better.

Green Flare designed, supplied and installed a ballasted ground mounted solar array with remote hybrid inverter and battery storage. We had approached other companies, but the system that they suggested seemed most suitable for our ground conditions. We’re really happy with the end result and would definitely recommend them and their team. We’ve just ordered some more batteries with them.

Green Flare is a trustworthy team of fabulous people throughout. I have worked over 30 years in the construction industry and Green Flare was recommended by an architect friend who runs a practice. I still felt nervous instructing Green Flare to access my new roof and install solar panels and battery storage. Green Flare were very professional and knowledgeable. They retro-fitted a heat pump in my property and had a team of 3 here for a week. All were hard working, polite and curtious. There was a small accident (caused by a sub-contracted electrician) and Green Flare handled that professionally and helped me resolve it. I will look to use Green Flare again for future work, including underfloor heating and batteries.

Green Flare have installed PV panels, batteries and Heat Pump. Everything installed has worked perfectly and I have had no problems. The installation is saving money and keeping my house warm.

We had our heat pump replaced. Communication was great, and they fitted into our tight time schedule. The two engineers who came were amazing and were extremely tidy and took away all the old system. When they left you would not have known they had been there except the lovely new system. I would highly recommend.

I had both solar panels (+batteries) and a heat pump installed by Green Flare. These people really know their stuff, and will go the extra mile to make sure your installation is a success. The heat pump model they use is amazing, far better than the low-end models you get from energy suppliers (huge COP and extremely quiet). As for solar, the quote from my energy supplier said they could only fit 4 panels on my roof: Green Flare had a proper look and got 11 on there (and fixed my roof while they were at it!). I needed a custom hot water setup (photo attached - pure craftsmanship) which naturally had some teething problems, but they were up to the challenge, tweaking and fixing until it worked perfectly. I absolutely recommend Green Flare and their products, and I'm very glad I didn't go with a generic one-size-fits-all, churn-it-out-and-move-on type of installer.

We recently had GreenFlare install an air source heat pump and underfloor heating in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service and results. The installation was done in phases, and the whole team made sure each stage was seamless. Special thanks to Ash, Callum and Matt, who were fantastic throughout – they guided us through every step, helped us prepare, and made sure everything was perfectly set up. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were incredibly understanding and flexible when we faced construction delays. GreenFlare made what could have been a stressful process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from design to installation. Matt, Ash and the team were great at working with the time and space constraints of the project. As I write this from a cosy living room, we are very happy with our ASHP and SunAmp battery.

Fantastic experience. We had PV and two batteries installed, as well as an EV charger and Myenergi Eddi (for heating water tank). We've not had it long so can't review the items but our experience with the entire Green Flare team from start to finish was great. From the initial quote, to the follow up information, right through to the installation team - all were professional and polite and did a great job.

Excellent and very easy to do business with-an excellent all round good experience from the quotation to the installation (who benefitted from the bacon rolls,tea,coffee and cakes). I was expecting a delayed start due to the very poor weather in the 2 weeks prior to the fitting but they turned up bang on time - brilliant
