We had been having problems with our boat electrical system after replacing the batteries and called Fogsons, who were simply superb. Liam came to boat and diagnosed the issues (and reassured me that they were fixable), then ordered parts and arrived just when they said they would to do the work. Nothing but praise for the way he worked, the explanations he offered, and the extra bits of tidying up and labelling he did to make things easier in future. I can thoroughly recommend Fogsons and will certainly use them again if we need any work done.

I've had a fantastic experience with Fogsons Electrical. They were fast, efficient, and just did a brilliant job! From start to finish. I wanted an EV Charger installed. The Service and Support from this company was outstanding from start to finish. Super-fast assessment and then following quote. Installation was days after the agreed quotation. The quality of work was second to none, and Liam explained everything he was doing and couldn’t be more helpful and polite. Liam was excellent swapping out our leisure batteries on our narrowboat and fitting a semi-flexible solar panel. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice when asked about other electrical matters on the boat.

Great company very thorough and experienced, we got them round for an EICR electrical safety certificate for a sale of our house, unfortunately because a lot of the regulations for electrical safety have changed over the years our house wasn’t compliant and they couldn’t issue a EICR but they gave us a quote for all the work required to get it compliant, and came round the next week and worked for 2 days to get the work done, so now the house is electrical compliant and they have issued an EICR certificate to show that’s is satisfactory, would definitely recommend them for any electrical work that needs doing.

I cannot stress enough how great it is to find a contractor that not only meets my requirements but have far exceeded them. My solar system is now providing more than ample power and the visual display lets me know that everything is working as it should. The advise and service has been excellent, and I would not hesitate in recommending Fogsons Electrical.

Very professional service at an affordable price. While installing exterior lights and outlets, a few major discrepancies were annotated and corrections were made by Fogsons Electrical straight away. The repairs to the discrepancies were absolutely necessary and critical to ensure the home's electrical outlets were functioning properly. These discrepancies were previously overlooked by other electrical companies, but thanks to the experience and diligence of Fogsons Electrical, they thoroughly checked the entire home during their installation work. The exterior lights and new outlets installation went smoothly and look amazing. Electrician came on time as promised. He was courteous and very efficient and thorough. He traced my fault and remedied it. Very reasonable price. No hesitation recommending them to anyone

1st Class Out of Hours Emergency Service. I called with no power on my boat and within the hour I had a technician on my boat and diagnosed a melted main isolator. Replaced and I was up and running again within 90 minutes. I can't fault them. Excellent service all round.

Liam replaced our 40 year old fusebox with modern consumer unit. Thankfully he identified a couple of issues and prompted the most cost effective solutions. His comprehensive knowledge of the appropriate regulations and his trade skills contributed to providing us with a top quality job. I have already requested Liam to install all the necessary wiring modifications when our new kitchen is fitted. I have no hesitation in recommending Fogsons Electricals.

I was in need of an ev charger installation and as were new to the area had no tradesman. I put and avert out on one of the sites, and Luam contacted me. He visited to scope out and quote as the cost was reasonable we arranged a date. Luam returned, and the installation was completed with no issues. He took his time, and the instal was very neet and tidy. Thank Liam much appreciated

I had some issues with some poorly wired electric cable. I’ve had 3 people who have come in and seen the issue in the past and not a single one was able to diagnose it. Fogson’s came out and the chap managed to pull out a dodgy electric cable that was worn out so badly and replaced it all in a days work. Great price, great service and I highly recommend anyone who provides a service with a smile and goes the extra mile for the customer. Exactly what Fogson’s done and I cannot fault them at all!
