Do not use this company if you want any after service. I spent £18,000 for them to install 3 resin patios. In 2023 I reported cracking and gapping in the brick edging. As other reviews report they admitted liability but still in 2025 have done nothing to put things right. They plead poverty saying they don’t want to put jobs at risk. Rubbish. They don’t know when they can rectify the issues. It is just a stalling tactic. I have put in a complaint but they won’t even acknowledge it which is the opposite their website state.

I have recently had windows and doors fitted to our house realy pleased with the work done all done to realy good standard the window fitter treated our home like it was his own taking care putting dust sheets down No radios booming away as he did work Could not have wished for a better window fitter The surveyor was realy good making good suggestions on how to get the best from windows units are well built and engineered When the job was completed there was no mess to clear up Just as it should be I can honestly recommend this company

Another job successfully completed by the dynamic Andy and his fantastic team at Warmer Homes. A very difficult re-roof of a large extension was a challenge but the result is amazing. Andy as a surveyor has an eye for detail and nothing is too much trouble. The team were hard working and friendly, so much so my dog made a fuss each morning they arrived. Michael kept us informed at all times of visits, expected lead time and deliveries. The result has added value to our property. Don't hesitate - just pick up the phone and talk to one of the team. You don't often find an excellent group of people working together but Andy leads the team well. He is thoughtful, thorough and kind. I shall miss the knock on the door followed by coffee and a little something to nibble. Mike

Contact with Warmer Homes was super efficient from start to finish. Surveyor Andy was courteous and informative whilst discussing and measuring up to replace windows and patio door. They have a very high standard of care and a high standard of finish the the project they doing for us as their customer. Clean and very tidy with your home. Would use them again when we have further projects to be done.

We had all windows in our house fitted by Warmer Home Improvements. Everything from quotation to fitting went very well and we are happy that we chose them. Great communication. The fitters were polite, friendly and very tidy. After install was completed, we had a visit from Michael to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Can't fault the products or service and would definitely recommend to anyone.

A pleasant experience from start to finish. No hard sell from Paul the Salesman, lots of good advice and suggestions. I had new windows and doors excellent fitters who left my home clean and tidy. The job was completed in the alloted time frame. Would definitely recommend and use again for future works on my home. I am already considering more work I want them to undertake for me soon.

We had our veranda canopy installed by Warmer Home Improvements and cannot fault either the workmanship or the customer service. Their surveyor came round and designed it all to budget and improved on what we originally thought we could get in the space we had allocated. His attention to detail was excellent and the finished result far exceeded expectations. We could not be happier, thank you 😃

Had a new door and small double glazed window fitted by this company about 2 years ago am very pleased with the work and they call every year to check if their are any problems. Cannot fault them in any way, truly reliable and honest company. Also used their sister company my home solar for solar panels also excellent company. Would gave no problem in recommending either company.

Avoid at all costs. Had a resin drive laid a few years ago - it came with ‘warranty’ which appears to be worthless. They company have admitted it wasnt laid correctly, .promises after promises it was going to redone - fob off with ‘the double glazing arm of the company is more important!’ Hasn’t been done. Zero customer service. Micheal the manager appears to have no management skills whatsoever ever! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

WARNING ⚠️ DON’T USE THIS COMPANY I’ve been in dispute with this company for almost a year to rectify numerous issues regarding a resin driveway they laid. Although they have admitted the installation was done wrongly they have continued to make false promises that it would be resolved. I have raised an official complaint but have yet to receive a response even though they state within their complaints procedure they will respond promptly. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy based on my experience.

'Warmer Home Improvements' came knocking at the door, leaving a card, which offered 20% off home improvements - apparently a very special deal. When I checked this company on Google it showed a special offer: 'Warmer Home Improvements Ltd' Special offer! 33% off. Valid 02/09/2020, 00:00 - 31/10/2020, 23:59 I note that two of their 4 ratings appear to be from the same family. Rather surprisingly they didn't turn up to their appointment. Further work is required researching the background of this company. I researched the ex-directors of this company listed on 'company's house' and was rather intrigued by their backgrounds reported in the 'Daily Echo'. I strongly suggest that you do your own research before making any commitment.
