From initial enquiry to finish work I found Night And Day to be extremely professional in everything that they did. They also made sure that everything was working correctly and I understood all the processes before they left and even afterwards when I had a query they answered it straight away.

Bit of a long post, but worth sharing. My old boiler had been on its last legs for a while, so I started looking at replacements. Then I spotted the £7,500 government grant for heat pumps and decided to look into it. All I’d seen online was negativity, but after doing my research I thought I’d at least get some quotes. I eventually found Night and Day Renewable Energy, and I’m really glad I did. They installed a Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump, new hot water tank, and four radiators (only needed three, but I wanted a new one in the kitchen). The whole job took just over a day — at one point there were five engineers on site — and they even fitted an induction hob so I could get rid of gas completely (no more standing charge!). I was so impressed with how smooth it all went that I asked them to quote for solar and battery too. They installed that in early August, and it’s run flawlessly ever since. My bills are now a fraction of what they were, and some weeks I’m almost only paying the standing charge. I’ve waited until now to post this because I wanted to see how both systems performed together through the colder months — and I’m genuinely happy. If things keep going like this, I think by next year I’ll be close to net zero, selling enough power back to cover any winter use. I don’t often write reviews, but after being ripped off by contractors twice, it feels important to highlight when you find a company that’s actually genuine and knows what they’re doing. Genuinely one of the best companies I’ve dealt with — thanks again Night and Day Renewable Energy.

We had been looking to have an air pump…

We had been looking to have an air pump fitted and after a lot of debate we decided to go ahead … well what a fantastic company from the start Brad came to talk us through what would happen and explained everything what needed doing, we were lucky to find such a professional company Richard and his son worked solidly for two days fitting the pump, water tank and 8 new radiators in just two days with limited disruption … the house is now cosy and warm all the time just in time for winter !! Well done to all the team and thank you !! Highly recommended !!!

We would just like to thank the whole team for such a wonderful job … from first contact with Night and day heating with Brad who explained everything to us and Robert and son who worked their utmost to finalise all the work in only two days. They were highly efficient and very tidy all throughout fitting 8radiators, heat pump and water tank ! We are impressed with everything and now nice and cosy ready for this cold weather !! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Night & Day Energy installed my Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump and later a 12-panel solar system with EcoFlow battery. Both installations were handled professionally, completed quickly, and look fantastic. The team were tidy, polite, and clearly know their craft. My energy bills have dropped to a fraction of last year’s, and the systems run quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of quality and honesty — highly recommended!

We had three quotes and went with Night and Day. The other companies we had quotes from recommended bigger heat pump units, but we felt that Night and Day were throurough in their assesment of our requirements and were not trying to sell us something extra we didn't need. Bradley was understanding of all our requirements and Richard carried out the install and radiator upgrades really smoothly. We love our new heat pump and are enjoying reliable hot water for showers and improved water pressure. Now we are getting in to autumn we are starting to have the heating on and so glad we did it.

Night and Day installed a heat pump at our short let holiday accommodation. Communication, flexibility and understanding of the job and restrictions around doing work to fit in with guests was impeccable. They were fast and super efficient and kept us informed throughout. From start to finish we have been so impressed with the friendly professionalism shown to us at Youth Matters New Mills CIC. We had the worrying process of finding the right contractor taken off our shoulders, we just had to show them round. Those that were successful were punctual, hardworking and friendly, keeping us up to speed with what they’d done and what else was happening. They cleaned up after themselves each day, something that our neighbours picked up on and commented! I can’t recommend Night and Day highly enough. Night and Day were perfect. They were extremely professional. There communication was equally excellent, talking me through each stage of the process. I am still extremely happy with my Air Source Heat pump and can't recommend them enough. If there was a 6 star option i would give it.

Had several quotes regarding an air source heat pump installation and I went with night and day not because they were the cheapest (though very competitive) but they seemed the most knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Installation was arranged quickly and while there were some teething problems, remedial work was arranged quickly and we are very happy with the final result. Warm house even on the coldest winter days and cheaper bills, with the government grant still at £7,500 now is the time to look into this if you have an old boiler that needs replacing like ours did.

Very professional and hard working team. Our Air Source Heat Pump install was not a straightforward one, but everyone knew their role and they worked hard around each other swiftly and efficiently. After having a very thorough and detailed assessment and design stage, we were amazed that the whole process, feel initial contact with Night and Day Renewable Energy to go-live and commissioning of the system last week, took less than 3 weeks! The system is working brilliantly, but of course the real test will be when winter comes... the service to date has been fantastic from start to finish so I have no doubt that we will be just as happy and toasty come January. Excellent service from start to finish, all the team were professional and always on time. I decided to have the heat pump, solar panels and battery as I was tired of the rising energy costs. The guys were really helpful, educating us on the pros and cons of different types of systems and how they all worked together. We've been really impressed throughout and can't thank them enough. Seeing how much we're now saving daily is a great bonus, and very addictive!

My Air Source Heat Pump installation has just been completed. I researched and discussed the install with many companies prior to choosing Night and Day and now know I really did make the right choice. The whole team have been clear, relatable and professional. From the first meeting to the commissioning of our new heating system, I have been presented with nothing but competence throughout. 10/10 for these guys. They overcame several challenges with my very old boiler system and pipework and have left us with a modern, quiet and efficient heat pump. Can't recommend them enough.
