After my enquiry, my appointment was arranged right away and I was told the technician would arrive at 8am. He arrived precisely at 8am. He completed his testing within 30 minutes and we agreed what should be done next. Mark Keenan called before 9am, we discussed my options, and the technician returned the same morning to fit the suitable thermostats. By 11am the work was completed. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, quality work, and outstanding customer service.

October 2025 - I needed an external security light installing and some strip lighting with a loose connection fixing. Both done efficiently and well by Ali, who also gave me some helpful tips on electrical safety

I tend to never write any public reviews, but in the case of "Keenan Solar" I really must make an exception, as Mark Keenan and his team have done such a superb job! 5* for design, 5* for execution and 5* for being nice guys too. I am totally happy with the solar installation they built for me; Mark carefully listened to my hopes and aspirations and he and his team have built precisely what I was hoping to get. Yes, it took a few days longer than initially planned, but the heavy heatwave hardly helped, nor did my flat roof and the complications it threw up. "Keenan Solar" have truly mastered the job wonderfully - and cleanly - plus they were always very quick to react to any questions I had along the way. What more can I ask for? I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Five stars here because Mark and his team were quick, efficient and got the job done when they said that they would. The installation was on a house with some awkward architectural features - the walls are as hard as they come. Admittedly in a sunny period, the majority of my generation, 60% in fact, goes back to the grid, although the paperwork for payment is taking a while. A black mark for the scaffolders though - sub-contractors I believe. I have learned that scaffolders will treat your property as their storage yard, erecting and breaking down to suit themselves. The system that I have here appears to be pretty good. On a good day, I can iron, use the washing machine and oven (not all at once) seemingly drawing power directly from the sky. My morning cuppa, made before the sun is up properly, comes from what remains stored in the battery from the previous day. To be fair, this installation was done in late March in a nice spell. Writing this in late April. Roll on summer.

Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish. I previously contacted a local company which failed to call back. But Keenan electricals was swift, punctual and knowledgeable in installing my EV charger. Mark explained the whole process , did site visit(so I knew what to expect) placed the order and the team completed installation all within a week! I’m a happy customer and I definitely recommend them 100%

Very helpful and professional service. We had some LED lights fitted. Mark responded quickly and carried out the job really well. On a separate occasion, we called him as our fuse box kept tripping. Mark gave helpful advice over the phone which worked. No call out charge and no fee! Would definitely recommend!

Mark did an amazing job for fitting an emergency light for us in our commercial property. I asked for something flush to meet our clinic room decor and he did exactly that. No damage, cleaned up and had no idea he was there. Thank you soo much.

Mark came and fixed my lighting problem with no fuss and very quickly. Another electrician had come and said there was nothing he could do and the flat would need to be rewired, so I was very pleased when Keenan electrics solved the problem so easily

Mark called me back as soon as I contacted the company . He tried to resolve my problem on the phone to save time and money . Mark came out very quickly to our place sorted our RCD problem. We had a complicated issue with sub meters and multiple consumer units in our house that our Energy Supplier technicians couldn't work on and which Mark from Keenan understood and has simplified. He is very agreeable and was able to work with the day and time booking from the Scottish Power technician who was actually unqualified to do the work we required. Knowledgeable, reliable, excellent communicator and a good person. Very strongly recommend.

Mark and his team responded quickly and professionally to our emergency problem. Diagnosed the problem and rectified it swiftly after being let down by our previous electrician who had not managed to diagnose the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Totally saved us in the middle of the night! We must have called a hundred so-called emergency electricians but kept getting ignored or hung up on. Keenan was so lovely and got our power back up and running in under 10 minutes. highly highly recommend !!!

I would strongly recommend using Keenan Electrical. We needed the fire alarm system tested on a commercial property and Mark was very responsive and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the level of service was second to none. They are also reasonably priced in comparison to other companies out there. We would definitely use them again!
