I had evergreen solar UK fitted 14 panels on my property. I have never seen a company like it absolutely amazing. Scaffolding up front and back solar panels fitted and scaffolding straight down on the same day, What a great team of lads. Left property spotlessly clean . Then the electrician arrived called Sam who was second to none connected everything in my loft cleaned up and you would never know he's been in my house. And a massive thank you to piers who called me all the way through installation and explained everything it was a hard route to wire up the panels.So thanks Piers and Sam you are a credit to Evergreen solar UK And 100% I would recommend this company for value for money with no hidden extras.Many Thanks Brian & Tracy Barnes

Overall a positive experience with a happy ending! From negotiation's with price and availability of products and install dates to the products being installed was a very quick process (under 7 days to arrange everything) All the trades on site were courteous and went about their work professionally. All done and dusted within 2 days The hiccup and subsequent delay to having an operational system was the roof cables being connected to the battery’s and inverter due to the availability of the electrician (was required on many jobs throughout the country) … this prolonged the install by a further 7 days … discussions / negotiations with the head office team by phone and email were received and resolved within a timely manner. We now have a fully operational solar system and look forward to the savings.

Guys booked in for installation, a crew of 4 - great bunch of lads Started Early with erecting the scaffolding then second team arrived and explained what they were going to do, and installed the panels for electrician to connect. Just waiting for final connection next week, cant wait to see it all working ....

Everything was just so easy

Everything was just so easy! Initial meeting to talk through needs, then scaffolding/solar panels fitted then electrician to wire it all up. Everything ran smoothly and really great customer service with queries. Can’t fault and would definitely recommend!! Huge thanks

The cost was competitive

The cost was competitive. The surveyor was efficient and knowledgeable. The installation team did the job in less than a day. They were very polite, helpful, efficient and tidy. Everything was done with excellent communication and consideration given to my requirements. I now have a good understanding of how my system operates and how to optimise its use. Well done.

First class service and install

Everone I have dealt with in the office has been very helpful. The team who installed the solar panels plus Gareth who installed the battery and inverter were all excellent and did a first class job.

Started of with a few minor problems but they did bend over backwards to solve and put right and so far the system is a vast improvement on the one it replaced at a 1/3rd of the price.

The Magnificent Five

A team of five, team leader Jamie, arrived punctually and immediately got to work and worked tirelessly. The job of putting ten solar panels on the roof, fitting two batteries and inverter, connecting all and coming online was all done in six and an half hours! I was most impressed. They all worked well as a team, communicated well with myself, were friendly and above all - they were obviously well practiced at what they do. The whole process from sale/contract to completion was efficiently carried out. I have no hesitation in recommending this company on the basis of my own experience.

Competitive, quick but some problems.

We have had a difficult time installing solar panels. Initially everything seemed to go well with Jason the sales guy promptly arriving and providing a competitive quote with a short lead time. The panels were installed however lots of tiles were broken during the install. There was lots of toing and froing in trying to arrange for the roof to be inspected and fixed however after managing to make contact with Lauren from the installation team and Robert the building manager the repairs were completed promptly and completely. When thinking about solar panels, I would really think about the condition of your own roof first. Ours was fine prior to works starting however due to the age of it, damage seems to have been inevitable according to the experts. In short, Jason, Lauren and Robert have been instrumental in not only arranging the install but fixing all the subsequent problems. Unsure if this is an occupational hazard installing panels on non new builds but there are hazards which need to be understood before committing!

I contacted 7 different local and national companies for a quote. Despite a heavily salesy approach Evergreen were the quickest, best value and one of the more helpful companies. It all happened quickly, the install team were fantastic and I’m very happy with the product and install. The panels are working great even in winter and I’m saving already. Special thank you to George the sales guy and Tom the installer.

Full solar system installed in one day. All workers were extremely capable and professional. I would certainly use Evergreen again, if required. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service from start to finish. Panels were fitted in a couple of hours although the electrical work to fit batteries and inverter took a little longer, everything was completed in the one day. System was demonstrated on completion. Very pleased thank you.

The company provided a solid and cost competitive product. Good communication and delivery. There was some accidental damage during installation, not a big deal things happen. Unfortunately this has required constant chasing, emails not replied to, phone calls not returned and now in a situation where I'm out of pocket and have damage to repair.

The service was excellent from the initial phone call to the last handover. The outcomes speak for themselves, the installation was tidy, and the communication was clear. a trustworthy business that truly cares about its clients.

Great electrician who made light of a big cabling job and some awkward features of our house. The scaffolding and roofers also did some excellent neat work in aligning the panels and hiding as much of the cable as they could. The installed equipment looks great and the apps to control them were explained- I'm sure there's a lot more to learn but that will be part of the liaison with our power supplier to sort out the correct tariff. In the meantime we can look at the app and the inverter screens to see how much power we are generating and how much we are storing in the batteries. Really glad we did this and happy with our choice of supplier

We contacted Evergreen on the recommendation of friends and they were half the price of another quote we had. We decided to proceed with 12 panels and 2 batteries. The installation was excellent. Completed in 2 days. Unfortunately when I asked the electrician for advice on setting up the system for the best timings etc he suggested asking my friends which in my opinion is unprofessional. Also we felt pressure to make the last payment when we were away from home for a couple of days and don't have mobile banking. Eventually a rep contacted me to find out how we're getting along with the system and he's sent me a link to a YouTube video which should help set up the system. If you need an engineer to correct your mistakes it is £250 so I am reluctant to try! I would definitely recommend Evergreen as the price and workmanship is excellent. Just need to improve after sales service

We decided not to proceed with our solar and battery installation with Evergreen Power UK after a disappointing experience during the initial home visit. The young salesperson was at our property for around an hour and a half. We walked around the house discussing the system they offer, which was fine. We then sat down and he opened his laptop to go through various details, including their accreditations — again, no issue with that. However, things took a negative turn when he began asking about other quotes we had received. He then started Googling those companies in front of us and making negative remarks such as, “Would you really go with a company that’s only been running for two years?” While he may have thought he was helping, I found it unprofessional and uncomfortable. When it came to the quotation, he used their online tool where you draw your roof and select the number of panels and the online tool generated prices for different systems. The initial price seemed high (£10,400), so he phoned his manager. After several calls, the price suddenly dropped by £2,000, and he included a free panel and inverter upgrade. I’m not sure whether this was a sales tactic, but it certainly felt like one — especially considering the advertised price on their website for 10 panels and a 10 kW battery was £7,999. We were quoting for an identical setup but with two additional panels. There is simply no way that two extra panels justify an extra £2,400, even when factoring in scaffolding on two sides of the house rather than just one. I mentioned that I needed time to think before leaving a deposit, which in hindsight was a mistake, because this is when I felt pressured. He questioned why I needed time, emphasised the refundable deposit, and continued pushing for a commitment. Some of the comments made were also questionable. For example, he claimed that if you install a battery inside your home, the fire service would not enter the property in the event of a fire and that we could get in trouble for not informing them. I’m not an expert, but this simply cannot be true — there is no regulation preventing home battery installation indoors (although it is recommended to avoid living spaces). Overall, the visit left us feeling uncomfortable, pressured, and felt others would give into the pressure.

After debating for sometime, my wife and I decided to have solar panels installed at our residence. My wife contacted several companies and we had poor responses until we had a visit from Adrian from Evergreen Power UK. Adrian was very professional and with a vast knowledge of solar panel energy which he shared with us while explaining what equipment would best serve our property, and how and where the components would be installed. We both felt very comfortable with the information he provided and agreed on the sale of panels, batteries, and inverter. Installation was completed 6 days later. On the day of install, the scaffolding guys, Rickey and Jay arrived early morning, introduced themselves then went about their business. I have never seen two individuals so into their job...quick, efficient, and cheerful. The scaffolding was erected in no time, ensuring no damage was done to our property. We'll done! The panel installers, Joe and Dave, arrived a little later and started the installation. Again, both individuals were very polite and cheerful and did an outstanding job, completing the job late afternoon. The next day the electrician Taidgh arrived and installed and connected the inverter and batteries. He was highly knowledgeable of the entire system and kept us informed of what he was doing. He completed the hookup late afternoon and gave us a quick outbrief. All in all, a very good experience. I would highly recommend Evergreen Power UK for your solar panel needs. Adrian in addition to being an excellent salesperson, has assisted us with some of our post installation questions. Definitely a 5 STAR operation.

I had 12 solar panels, Inverter and 2 batteries fitted by Evergreen Power on 21st July 2025 and experienced excellent service from the whole team. I think the electrician was called Matty. Very Scottish. I ordered a further 6 panels and they were fitted by Jazz, Chris and Kane last Saturday. Gales were blowing on the due date but they came back the next day and completed the work. They were polite, pleasant and helpful. Thank you lads. Being a retired Training Manager, I find the colleagues across the Evergreen Company extremely well trained.

Jas and Mick who carried out the installation were super friendly and explained everything about how my solar panels would be installed. There were a couple of issues, which were quickly resolved and they were finished in good time and tidied up after themselves. André the electrician cracked on with installing the hybrid inverter and had no trouble climbing about in the rafters of the barn where I now have my batteries, and inverter installed. A really great experience with the installation team. Thank you again; Jas, Mick and André. When the time comes to expand my system I will call Evergreen again.

Highly recommended. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient from the initial enquiry and installation. The installation was very smooth and efficient. The scaffolding arrived by 8.15am the panel installers by 9.00am and it was completed by 12.00 noon. The electrician is coming tomorrow to wire everything up. So quick and efficient lovely guys very helpful.

Evergreen Power UK were brilliant from start to finish. They came out to check the property, gave me a fair quote, and explained everything clearly. The installers turned up on time, worked neatly, and made sure I understood how the battery and app worked. It’s been just over a month since the install and I’ve already seen a big drop in my bills. The panels look tidy on the roof too. Would happily recommend them to anyone thinking about solar.

I had system for 1 year and all works fine and now only minimal amount of electricity I get from grid. Delighted with a decision to install solar panels, as I have drastically reduced my energy bill. It feels liberating to create your own energy. Went with Evergreen following their FB advert. Despite a bit pushy sales technique they seemed genuine, and especially reassuring is that they have been around for several years. Original installation date slipped (and thus 4 stars instead of 5), but installation went smoothly and I was up and running after 1.5 days. Aftercare response could be better.

We had Evergreen sales rep come over Adrian he knows everything about his job and makes you feel right at ease. The team come altogether and they do the job with ease and work well as a team and they where very professional and friendly bunch of workers and the scaffolding was up and down in no time at all I was surprised how quick they got the panels up !! Very impressed and savings started straight away ! Would recommend to everyone

I had an absolutely fantastic experience getting my solar panels installed by Evergreen Power. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The process began with Adrian, the surveyor, who was incredibly knowledgeable. He patiently spent nearly four hours discussing all my options and answering every single one of my questions in detail. His expertise made me feel very confident in my decision. On installation day, Robert and Terry arrived promptly and worked with remarkable efficiency. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for them, as they explained each step of the installation process thoroughly. The panels were installed smoothly and the work was completed right on schedule. A special thank you to Robert, who patiently addressed all my numerous questions during the installation – his detailed explanations were much appreciated! The electrical work was carried out on a separate day by Rees, who was equally impressive. He was spot on, completing the wiring and getting the solar panel system up and running within just three hours. His efficiency and skill were excellent. Overall, I received flawless service from this wonderful team. I highly recommend Evergreen Power for anyone considering solar panel installation!

I had Henry installing panels and Ricky & Alex putting up the scaffolding. Then they both helped Henry. Great team of guys worked with us on location on panels/cables etc. Very quick and cleaned up after themselves, neat work too. Chris the Sparky is still hard at it as the Ohme car charged didn’t turn up. So he had a two hour drive to get that, putting him behind today. Additional: System has been running for 2 days now. Access to the Solis Inverter app is full of information. Next step is to get selling some of my surplus energy. More to follow

They took care of everything efficiently, left no mess behind, and did an excellent job installing our solar panels. The whole process was smooth, and their attention to detail was top-notch. Mickie and Roland turned up on time and despite a very wet start were cheerful and happy throughout the install. They were so polite all day and took great care during the install with my roofing, even pointing out an already damaged tile and relocating it for an easy fix. Panels were perfectly centred on the roof to give a good look. They cleared the site up and left it as clean as when they arrived. A great team to have had to do the install, and would recommend Evergreen along with Mickie and Roland.
