Happy with their services. The website enquiry form was easy to complete and I got a call back the same day. The boiler service was carried out by someone polite and professional and the invoice system was very easy to use.

First time using this company, reasonable price, Engineer arrived promptly, professional, tidy and efficient, friendly attitude. I’ll have no issues using them again.

Used APG for the first time to service my boiler yesterday the young engineer arrived promptly in the time slot allocated and was excellent even showed me have to set my timings something I have been struggling with will definitely see them again and have no hesitation in recommending them .

Thank you to the young man (sorry I didn't get his name) who came to service my boiler yesterday.He was very thorough and asked if I needed any help with anything else when he had finished. I have used APG several times for various problems in the past and they are always helpful, professional, going above and beyond on one occasion and don't cost the earth! They are my first go to and I would always recommend them.

Just want to say a big thanks to APG for sorting me out with a brand new Baxi boiler. I was without hot water for a few weeks, but APG sorted my needs out in a thorough and professional manner. Staff were polite and courteous, advised me through the entire installation and on any future requirements I might need to consider. The cost was also very reasonable too. If you need your boiler replacing then you can't go wrong with APG on the case!

Having had issues with my existing shower in my en suite bathroom, I used APG to initially identify the source of the issue (that was causing a leak into the living room below) and subsequently remove the existing shower enclosure and install a new one. The initial inspection to identify the source of the issue was thorough, and various potential options to rectify the issue were all clearly explained/presented. Ultimately, I decided to have the existing shower enclosure, tray and tiles all replaced with new Perform panels fitted. From the outset, the installers were very diligent and careful - in particular, they needed to manoeuvre the large panels through various tight gaps in the house and took exceptional care. Similarly, whilst the job spanned a few days, the installers ensured the work area was spotless at the end of each day (contrast to other firms that I have used previously that only seemed to make an attempt to tidy at the end of the job). The workmanship on the install is first class and very much ‘night and day’ compared to what was previously installed (in my new build). See video for finished job. Whilst I have had no issues whatsoever with the install, based on interactions to date I have every confidence that in the event of needing after sales assistance, it would be dealt with promptly and professionally. Since my experience with the bathroom install, I have also used APG to repair a leak on my boiler/subsequently service it, and also a couple of electrical jobs, including fitting some new lighting (see image). This work again was completed to the same professional standard, with the engineers/installers being friendly and amiable. Overall, I have found APG’s service and workmanship to be first class, and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Had someone come round at 8am this morning and he’s just finished replacing my full boiler at 1pm, can’t fault the service at all. The engineer was fantastic, cleaned up after himself, kept the area clean and tidy. Left and it looks like no one has been round which is fantastic. Thankyou SO much! I’ve waited 6 weeks for my boiler to be replaced and they have been amazing with us. Can’t thankyou enough

Called on APG for the first time to fix a boiler fault. The first company I've dealt with who turned a drama into a pleasurable experience !! A fabulous, well run business who can be trusted to carry iut work to the highest Standards.

Fantastic company, very professional. I needed a new boiler in my home and from the initial quotation to the complete installation, the whole process was simple. APG are very friendly and easy to deal with and I can’t recommend them enough. Great Service.

We had a visit from two men today (19th August) to install a new shower, unfortunately we didn't ask their names but both men were extremely efficient and did a really good job, they were really polite, helpful and tidy, I can't praise them enough, I would highly recommend this company.

Have been dealing with this company for over 16 years and highly recommend. We returned from holiday to a boiler problem last weekend, have home emergency cover so got in touch and was grateful that Chris rang back promptly. Reece was brilliant and got the boiler working perfectly the following day. Friendly and professional service again - many thanks.

Had an EV charger installed today by APG. The two electricians did a fantastic job, they were friendly, professional and left the site as clean as they found it. Would definitely recommend APG, they were very good on price and I felt I was getting a top rate service.

We have used APG a few times. Recently our boiler stopped working. APG were the obvious call. When they said it wasn't "fixable" we trusted them 100% based on our experience of them. They arranged and fitted a replacement combi boiler really quickly. The work was carried out so efficiently. All the staff are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. The prices are fair. We have recommended APG to friends and family and will remain our "go to". Thank you APG.

Had a replacement combi boiler fitted by APG today and I am very impressed by the company. The two lads that came today (Harry and George) were a brilliant team they were both hard working and did a first class job they removed all debris cleaned up after themselves. Great lads. Definitely be using APG again.

Dealing with APG was a pleasure from start to finish. Booking the appointments and queries were dealt with very efficiently over the phone. Calls were immediately answered too which was a nice change these days! The engineer actually arrived early but waited patiently and then easily and accurately diagnosed the issue with our faulty boiler. He also gave me a workaround to keep things working whilst parts were ordered. A few days later a second engineer came well within the arranged time window to fit the new part and was equally pleasant and efficient as the first. Quote and Invoice were dealt with by email and payment via bank transfer (although credit card was also an option).

We recently had the bath taken out and replaced with a shower cubicle. From start to finish the job was 1st class. From the initial contact with Howard, the phone calls to the office staff and especially Calum who did the work.
