Excellent service from start to finish. The communication was great from my initial message, right through to making the final payment. The electrician who installed my EV charger (Ohme Home Pro) Robert was really professional and clearly skilled at what he does, the charger looks great and he left the area really tidy. I’d absolutely recommend Qwinteq Solutions.

We are so pleased with this Company Qwinteq Solutions Ltd. They responded very quickly to our enquiry to remove a large pigeon nest under our solar panels on our roof. Robert installed a Fox Emergency Power System (EPS) gateway for us last week. He did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working and configured correctly, and that I was happy with the installation before he finished up. Lovely chap, organised, treated our house with respect and left the site tidy… and happy to deal with my (many) questions as the installation proceeded! Livia was also very responsive on the admin side, handling all the paperwork very promptly and juggling dates. Great family business 🙂

I’ve now had Robert from Qwinteq complete two installations for me — first a GivEnergy battery, and most recently a GivEnergy EV charger. On both occasions they’ve been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Robert gave great advice in selecting the best charger for my setup, the installations were neat and tidy, and everything worked perfectly from day one. The pricing has been very reasonable, arranging the work was straightforward, and they’ve always arrived on time. Both Robert and James were perfect gentlemen. They explained everything fully before work commenced and kept us fully up dated as the work progressed. They were very efficient and completed the work on schedule leaving every thing clean and tidy afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone seeking solar panel installation. We are pleased with the work and it all operates just as we expected.

I can't recommend Qwinteq highly enough. We had solar panels and battery fitted by Robert, ably assisted by James, following a positive referral from family. The whole process was successfully completed in 4 days. Robert visited initially to go through the process, answering all of our (sometimes very basic) questions patiently and in detail. He advised us on the range of options and gave good advice for our particular needs. He went through the contract in detail and assured us of all the legal and financial protections enclosed. Installation was done by Robert and James, both worked to a high standard and with attention to detail throughout. It was a slightly complicated job due to the meter being situated in the middle of the bungalow and with no roof space. However, a route was found with little upset to either inside or outdoors thanks to their experience. After the work was finished, Robert walked us through the system, pointing out things we need to know/be aware of. He talked us through uploading and using the app and what we have to do to re energy suppliers and exporting to the grid. 100% recommend.

I contacted Qwinteq after a disaster with another Solar company and cannot fault Robert and James from start to finnish. Their expertise and professionalism is top draw. They truly have a passion for what they do and pride themselves on making sure their workmanship looks right as well as keeping the customer happy at all times. Fair play even after the install was complete and the system commissioned Robert worked in the evenings to get all the relevant paperwork,warranties and certificates into a electronic handover file which is great 👍. We contacted Qwinteq Solutions in December 2024 with a view of obtaining a ballpark quote for a solar system. Very promptly, Robert made contact with us and spent a great deal of time talking through the positives and negatives for each manufacturer of solar equipment, alongside what was the maximum amount of panels that were achievable on our roof space, but also the minimum amount we’d need to off set our current energy usage. During this time, Robert also analysed our roof space and factored in partial shading and how this could effect our solar production, along with how this could be mitigated with optimisers or micro inverters. After giving us six different quotes, so we could compare prices between each of the systems. We settled on 18 panels and a 10kw battery system from SolarEdge. I was pleased that Robert was more than happy to handle the G99 paperwork for the export agreement and was able to deal with National Grid on our behalf. At the time of accepting the quote, it was very refreshing to be given a detailed contract, laying out the structure of payments from deposit to completion, along with proof of insurance and professional accreditations held. While the contract in my view was largely redundant as the working relationship between ourselves and Robert was very collaborative, it was nice to know where we both stood should any problems arise. It’s something I wish more tradesman did when agreeing to undertake work. Leading up to installation, Robert liaised with the scaffolding contractors and arranged all of the delivery of the equipment. On delivery day, Robert made sure he was available to inspect the equipment to ensure it was correct ahead of installation. The installation took around five days which was largely due to the complex cable run between our electrical meter and the location of the equipment in our garage. Both Robert and James were very polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they always took the time to clear up and let us know what they’d achieved that day, but also their plans for the following day. As we both work from home, naturally we were concerned about the power being turned off while they completed the work. Robert was happy to work around this and first got all of the cabling in place and agreed a suitable day and time for the power to be turned off for the final connections. The power was off for less than an hour as Robert had prepared everything before hand. The pride Robert and James have in their workmanship is something of a rarity these days. Following installation, Robert took the time to talk us through the system, explaining how to use the app and manage the battery etc. Two days post installation, Robert came back to check we were happy and check if we needed any further help with using the system/app. Within two weeks we were in receipt of all paperwork, certificates and commissioning documents. All of which were meticulously labelled up and packaged into a neat folder. We have also had an EV charger fitted by Robert, with the expirence being equally as positive as our solar journey. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better installer who took the time to achieve the best set up and installation for us. Roberts price was very competitive and actually cheaper than some of the large national firms who I strongly doubt would have achieved such a tidy installation. If you’re looking to start your solar journey, I would highly recommend Qwinteq Solutions. You’re in safe hands.

Just had a Solar and battery system installed by Qwinteq. A local company, very professional and an excellent service from Robert and the team. Came to see me to go through my requirements and current usage. Explained everything, designed and specified the system he considered would meet my requirements. Very competitive prices and cheaper than the big boys and I think they provided a more personalised service. Installation went as planned, very clean and tidy, fully guaranteed and paperwork completed. I highly recommend Qwinteq if you’re looking to have solar installed.
