Hi all First of all Anita from kvb is fantastic the boys got on with their work without any mess, but Anita is the one that is the helpful one because she even came to my home to explain everything to me and my wife how it all works, and most importantly she gave me a little more confidence that if anything was to go wrong with the solar panels they would know about it, she also said to us they she would be willing to come to the house again if we needed her, ps my apologies I forgot to mention Linda Anita's colleague I wasn't thinking, overall my experience with kvb was all a ok. She walked me through the whole process, made appointments that worked for me and kept me fully informed of what was going to happen at all times. All the workmen who did the installation of the solar panels under Ian, were friendly, punctual and experts at their jobs. KVB Renewables installed solar panels on my house and also carried out all the electrical work associated with the installation. The work was carried out very professionally and the neatest electrical installation without having to have cabling inside the house.

Had the panels installed for a couple of months now, system works exactly as Ian said it would (in regards to output). Overall we found KVB helpful, true to their word and extremely professional and we wouldn't hesitate to get them involved again should we ever move and require new solar panels.

KVB installed 16 panels and an iBoost (to heat the hot water) and associated technology in a day. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness on an extremely hot day. The system has been up and running for a week now and has generated 147 KwH in total so far. I am really pleased with their service.

Great company, worked very hard in boiling hot weather, From start to finish cant praise them enough, for price, work done, cleaning panels, fitting solar edge to each one, getting scaffold up, down, and did not push for final payment, if fact I had to remind them, customer service all way through and after is exceptional. From the initial contact, through to after sales service, Ian, Anitia and the team have been excellent. At the initial survey it was agreed that I would carry out some of the preparatory work, as it was going to be very awkward and very time demanding. The post comissioning service was excellent as UK Power Networks had 'misplaced' my meter number meaning that I could not export surplus electricity to the grid. Anita contacted both UK Power Networks and my supplier to resolve. Have recommended them to a number of friends who are interested in solar.
