⸻ Josh visited this morning to adjust the boxing around my heating system and the pipes installed by Clairglow. He took the time to carefully listen to my concerns about the board that had been fitted and made every effort to understand what I was unhappy with. Josh explained that the panel needed to remain accessible for removal and maintenance, and he worked thoughtfully to achieve the best possible finish while keeping this requirement in mind. He was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout. I truly appreciate the effort he put in to ensure I was satisfied with the result. Thank you, Josh — you did an excellent job and went above and beyond rather than leaving it as it was.

I have had a really good experience with Clairglow. I’ve got fitted with new radiators yesterday. But this morning. I woke up and I didn’t have any cold water and hot water is very scarce. I called The company and spoke to Nicola who is extremely helpful and sent somebody round immediately this morning to get the problem resolved. I really can’t fault them. The whole process has been so smooth and I’m really grateful Say thank you to Nicola and the whole team for the amazing work that they’ve done thank you Christine

They installed a new boiler for me on behalf of Southern Housing. The work was carried out swiftly without complication, the boiler is very nice and modern, the workman were all respectful of the property. I think they still have to finalise the job with a few things but overall I'm really happy with their work. Thank you ✌️

Workmen damaged my vehicle parked outside while bringing materials in. The supervisor was very rude and won’t acknowledge the damage their workmen caused and I’m going to small claims to recover my costs. Wish I never heard of clairglow and I won’t be using or recommending them to anyone. Even people I don’t like. If I could give less than one star I would. Only use these guys if you want your no claims bonus ruined.

All work completed on time,left home tidy after work completed and all safty checks done,5 star service.

Our local council contracted this company to carry out work in my mothers house when they had finished my mum noticed that a clock of sentimental value was gone from her hallway we bought this to the supervisors attention he said he will look into it Iv just had a phone call from theyre office (because apparentley they don’t have my mothers number which is a lie as others from the office have contacted my mum )saying that there’s nothing more they can do about the stolen item but it’s in they’re contract to give my mum a £10 pound voucher I find this an absolute insult considering one of theyre employers felt they could help themselves to something that didn’t belong to them

I would like to thoroughly recommend Clairglow after the great service I have just received when they replaced my boiler. After my boiler broke down they sent a surveyor who came the next day. The following day the Engineer arrived on time to fit the new boiler. Very pleased with the work that was carried out. The Engineer showed me how to operate the new boiler and left everything very tidy. Very happy to have a nice warm office again. Thank you Clairglow!

Absolutely appalling service from this company. Have had a boiler installed in February and ever since the water pressure has been an issue. I have had them out numerous times only to be told its not their fault. They have installed 15mm pipe when it clearly says to install 22mm. The supervisor booked an appointment with me and takes the day off so doesn't turn up and the plumber they sent me didn't even know what he was there for. He switches the water off and then proceeds to test it.... They take no responsibility with the issues they have caused their 'trained' plumbers haven't got a clue. Avoid at all costs. Should not even be 1 star, disgusting company and service.

Had a new boiler installed last week and was very impressed with the two very polite guys that carried out the installation and with the quality of the work. Very neat and tidy work, arrived on time and did a great job. Would highly recommend Clairglow.

Shocking treatment. Had new boiler installed,no problem with installation. As a disabled pensioner, just had hands surgery trying to empty cupboards and clear kitchen etc with great difficulty. They moved heavy furniture to check radiators. I have white floors,they arrived with no dust sheets which I then provided which they didn,t return. The furniture was not moved back. There was a mess left in every room, stains,screws, littery all 3 bedrooms, bathroom etc left in a mess with my house proud home. I had no choice in using this company as it was the council. I live on my own with no one to help me. I would never ever use this company.

I would highly recommend clairglow so efficient, professional and friendly they put my central heating system in. Dan the surveyor informed me every step of the way 6 out of 5 brilliant. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. You don’t get many firms like this nowadays. Thank you very much, keep up the good work

Absolutely disgusting treatment and service from Clairglow Heating. The incompetence from their staff and engineers is on a different level. They have left a pregnant woman with a young child with no heating AND no hot water for 14 days since first reporting the issue. To top it all off, an engineer saying they have met an appointment, been in the property and states it cant be fixed, yet as the property has been occupied ALL day and no one has turned up for the appointment this suggests they have some serious compulsive liars among their ranks. Even a formal complaint has been submitted but as per usual, it has been ignored and yet to receive a response. PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE PROPERLY AND EFFICIENTLY!!!
