Never turn up reschedule at last minute then don’t don’t turn up for that appointment. Horrendous company and customer service appalling. DO NOT USE if you value your blood pressure
Keep coming out, they can't find fault or they fix something that goes wrong again the next day. Found bits missing in the boiler and the engineer didn't know where they went. Three years running they have forgotten! To reset clock and system stops working after the service. Convinced there must be a competition in the company to get in and out of houses as quickly as possible.
Was told someone would be round between the hours of 1pm and 5pm. Decides to turn up at 12pm when we was not in as we work. So another day without heating
Was meant to come between 12-5 and got home this morning and said they have missed me and tried at 9:40 why???? People arrange their days around these people and now have to call them to re arrange for their mistake!
Unfortunately there is not a zero rating, thetefore i hsve to give this excuse for a company one star. Had sn afternoon Boiler inspection. Anytime between 1300-1700. AT 1600 they were called to see if the engineerwad on his way. Was told yes he had 2 more jobs then would be with yoi. He never arrived
Worst company ever, landlords use them and every single time the make an appointment to come out and then cancel the appointment the day before 2 or 3 times before actually attending. Not great when you got to book time off work to be there when they're meant to be there avoid at all costs.
Disgusting customer Service left me A week with no hot water or Gas freezing Asked to ring my phone number when due to come as at back of house in one room with one electric heater to try warm children when come to appointment they didn’t Follow instructions considering they have left me a week already this is not The first time they have done this no consideration for family or Children I have fibromyalgia and lupus too so hot water and heating Is important in this weather absolutely disgusting!!!!
Called this morning about my boiler 8am saying no hot water or heating told them wife is disabled and just getting over chest infection told me they would be out today kept calling they said that the engineer would call when on his way now 840 pm still not arrived
Wouldn't rate this company if my life depended on it ..left me without heat all over Christmas claiming damaged flue ..Nothing of the sort but still need a new boiler..Boiler was working fine
Aaron services are a joke !!! The work is terrible 3 times they have been out to correct work they should have done correctly in the first place ? And I’ve now waited over 4 months for them to finish the job and 4 times they have failed to turn up !!! Absolute joke !!!
Absolutely do not use this company I what been waiting four months for my boiler to be fixed and they still haven't fixed it what a joke
Do not use this company , absolutely unreliable, never turn up , false promises , let down many many times , wasted days off work , can’t find the problem so changes parts that don’t need changing .
I would not advise anyone to join this company as they sent a worker around to my property he broke a 32 inch television this company only wants to offer 50 towards me replacing my television I have had to call 9 times with no response from them awful company awful and rude service Natalie Clarke
