We had Totum Renewables install our EV charger, after seeing their workmanship we are now considering having solar & battery storage after discussing our options as Chris made solar seem easy with his in depth knowledge.

I would like to say a big thank you to Totum Renewables and its owner Chris Williams for what has been a fantastic first experience into all things solar and batteries. I started down the Octopus route which limited our installation due to their self imposed rules which didn't work for us. Totum Renewables designed a system for our needs and managed to install the panels where we wanted. Even when we decided we wanted a gateway halfway through the install he sorted this in a few days without issue. Now have 20 Aiko 510 panels fitted along with an Sig Energy gateway (sorry Chris), 4x10kw batteries and an 8kw inverter. They sorted the G99 request in days and ensured a very detailed handover. A professional and very transparent service from Chris throughout, and the fitting was done with a lot of care and attention to detail. We couldn't recommend him highly enough and if you live in the South West he is definitely worth a call. All we need is sun now! Thanks Chris.

Rang for a quote and Chris was incredibly helpful from the start, especially as we were novices and the initial enquiry was the start of us collecting information about solar panels and whether they would work on the roof of our Georgian house. Not pushy at all, answering all questions honestly and explaining everything in easy to understand language. We felt fully informed. For the full site survey a drone was sent up to the roof to take photos, questions asked about energy usage etc. Our bespoke quote came with a full breakdown of costs, when we would be expected to pay back the initial costs and a video explaining the installation process. Having solar is a game changer even on dull days already making such a difference to electricity spend. Chris and team were professional from the outset. From planning to scaffolding to install. All really clean and smooth would not hesitate in recommending them. We also got a power supply from our solar battery in case power failure as have marine fish. Great outcome cannot wait till the sunnier days but also cloudy days the system still generates. I also previously had an EV charger installed by Chris and that’s great too. I drive now for so much less cost. I love solar and EVs thanks Chris and team. Good job ☺️

Chris came to do a full site survey, and out of the 3 solar companies that came out, he was the only one who said he thought I needed a new roof. We have parked the project till next year when the weather is better. But would highly recommend Chris and Totum.

We had the best experience with Totum renewables. From the time Chris Williams came to our house to do the survey to his last visit to set us up on the various Octopus tarriffs we have been so impressed. He kept us up dated daily with when the scaffolding was coming, panels delivered etc. When Chris and his team came on the day of the installation they arrived really early and didn't stop until the installation was done. They were all very polite and insisted on taking their shoes off when inside the house! Cleared up at the end of the day and left our drive cleaner than when they arrived!! We would highly recommend Chris for solar and EV installations.

Chris has done a variety of work on our property. This has included an EV charger and new fuse board. All work is carried out efficiently and at a competitive price. He is reliable and respectful when completing his work, leaving everything tidy once finished. Highly recommended!

Chris from Totum Renewables provided me a fantastic service from designing our solar system to installing it which was carried out to a high standard. Chris was very knowledgeable and provided us with all there information we required which made the whole process easy. Since we've had our system installed a few months ago we've received a better performance than initially expected which has been great.
