A fantastic company, Who helped us every step of the way through the process of having a heat pump installed.

These guys put in my heat pump in and they were brilliant and professional, also attentive to myself and my dog, I can't thank them enough for the little jobs they also done for me. When they finished they left my home clean and everything put back to how it was, I can truly put my hand on my heart and recommend these guys. Thankyou Arron and Tom. 100% Brilliant.

We had 22 solar panels and a 10kw battery installed 6 months ago. It's been a very smooth process, and the follow up service is great. We have all the power we need to run everything in the house regardless of the weather, but we will need to use our storage heaters on night rate electricity during the winter as we have no other fuel supply in our small coastal village. Fully recommend this company.

Really impressed with the service provided by Eco Energy. Within a few days of meeting the team at the Yealmpton Show, I was provided with a survey at which the various options available were explained, quickly followed by a professional report detailing the solution along with a full cost breakdown. I decided to opt for a 5 kW array on the south facing garage roof and, as the roof needed replacing anyway, I went for in roof panels. The battery allows stored power to be utilised when the panels are shaded, a diverter allows excess generation to support our domestic hot water, and the gateway allows supplies to be maintained during power cuts. I am really pleased with the end result, and the advice and support provided both by the Eco Energy team and the installers was first class.

From start to finish everything has been faultless. These guys know what they are talking about without overcharging. We were able to amend our order slightly and upgrade. Installation was great with 2 great installers. Over the noon with the system, and haven't touched the grid since!

SWEE installed a full solar solution including battery storage, the planning was easy and stress free and the install team are friendly and knowledgeable. This is my first experience of solar, so I had plenty of questions! But I was left confident in how it works and so far I’m making real savings. Thanks to Andy and the team at SWEE.

Recently had an Air Source Heatpump installed and I cannot recommend Andy and his team at South West Eco Energy enough they were very professional throughout the process, especially after I had been let down by another company. As I live in a converted barn they did everything they could to make it as sympathetic as possible, making sure all the new pipe work was hidden and so far it is working like a dream providing hot water and heating through our existing underfloor heating system. Thank you Andy. Since the install we have now had a cold snap and I have been really impressed with the Samsung heat pump install by Andy and his team and it has performed better than expected.

I've had a battery installed as I have no sun in the winter. The installation was done in a day. I'm very happy with the savings as I charge the battery at night when its cheapest and discharge the battery in the day so I mainly use cheap rate electricity. Knowledgeable guys to work with. I trusted them with what they were saying, after a bit of research obviously. I can also sell energy back to the grid at more than I bought it for, result! I waited a month or so before leaving a review as I wanted to be sure of what I was saying. I am very happy with the product and the service I have received.

I asked SWEE to come and see me for an estimate in fitting solar panels and a storage battery after finding an advert on Facebook. Jason came to see me and talked me through the system and then passed this to Andrew to design. I went with them for a few reasons, they are a local business, the team were so friendly and professional, and the cost was perfect for what I had in mind. The whole process was quick, efficient and professional all the way through. The fitter and roofer they assigned me were brilliant and no extras were loaded on at a later date, apart from one thing which I forgot to ask for (will I have power from my batteries if the power fails?) . This is not standard I have learned, and I know why now, and it makes sense. However, Andy quickly looked into a way of getting around this problem for me, during installation, which I thought wouldn't be possible, and he sorted this for very little extra, as they had to ground the system in case someone was working on the main lines during an outage, this could kill someone. I am so pleased I went with them, as they made the whole ordeal such an easy ride for me. I would recommend Southwest Eco Energy to any friend or family member. Great service, no fuss! I've been nervous about having my system installed, and now I don't know why? Pick the right installer, and it's made very easy for you. Thanks Andy, Jason and installer James. Andy and his team designed a system for me that was to my requirements that I wanted which was able to store on-site to stay off the grid as much as possible in Summer and a system that will be able to charge the batteries overnight in Winter. The documentation and presentation of the system were of good quality, and the price was one of the best I had seen for what I was asking for. Andy explained the process in detail covering any questions I had about the system. Then when it came to delivery we had to delay it twice due to other trades working on site, again this was no problem and was communicated when the driver was going to turn up including tracking information. The day of the installation the team turned up at 8am sharp and ready to go, the electrician asked where I wanted the equipment and then cracked on with the installation. They noticed a few cracked titles on my roof, got one of the team to nip off, got replacements, and swapped them out while they were up there. At the end of the day, the team showed me the app and all the information, explained how to shut down the system if needed, and even checked in again the next day to ensure I was still happy with everything. I can't rate them highly enough this is how business should be, reasonably priced, good customer care and no fuss. 5*

Andy’s company completed my solar panels and battery in the time agreed with no issues ,his two fitters were polite on time and cleaned up after every shift all together a top class job and would recommend the company to anyone. Thanks Andy
