Several years after fitting panels I needed some help with a minor problem. Flex eco sent an engineer to fix it. He was very helpful and sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently. Well done Flex Eco!

The Flexeco guys installed a Tesla Powerwall 3, a Gateway unit and four P V panels into our small cottage over two days. They were unfailingly polite, cheerful and totally professional, a pleasure to watch at work. Matt, who came to survey the property was helpful and efficient with a prompt quotation. We were given about a month's notice of the installation and all went to plan. The scaffolders were a grand team too. As I write the system has been running for just one day, the battery charged overnight at the reduced rate, and has run the house all day with 50% still in charge. It's great to see the grid import meter showing no current coming in all day! We were recommended Flexeco by a friend who had a similar system installed. He is very pleased and so am I. Further to the above post we were so pleased with the primary install that we decided to double the system with and additional battery and four more panels on a west facing roof. Flexeco once again provided the equipment and the install. The three electricians all were extremely competent, friendly and polite even though the day was very hot and the loft of our cottage is very cramped. All was accomplished in one day and we are delighted with the result. Mention should also go to William James scaffolding who provided the access. Their two lads were again highly competent and pleasant. The site was not easy for space or access but all was done cheerfully and with apparent ease.

From first contact to the completion of the project to install solar panels at our clubhouse we have been impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, friendliness and attention to detail of the team at FlexECO. All of which confirms we made a wise choice in selecting them to undertake the work. I run a local cleaning company covering holiday lets. I had a property with a security alarm that wouldn't turn off! Flexeco answered the phone quickly. The work involved several problems which made the job quite difficult however the young man who did the job overcame all the problems was tidy efficient, and very pleasnat. He explained what he was doing and got on with it. I am a chartered building surveyor and have been in the construction sector for 65 years and with my recent experience of Flex Eco would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Matt and his Flex Eco team were willing to take on our solar energy repair, when other firms did not want to know. They were personable, very responsive, expert, punctual and did what they said they would. Excellent in every way.

These guys did the electrics for our extension, re-wired our existing house and installed our solar panels and battery. Communication and timeliness was on point. Not to mention they're just nice guys to have around your house. Will definitely use again.

Very pleased with the planning process and the installation. The work was carried out efficiently despite poor weather conditions Time was spent checking everything thoroughly as well as explaining how every thing worked. The Fox app was then installed on my phone. we have the reassurance that Flexeco can constantly monitor the system and are on hand should any problems arise.

Highly recommend Matt and his team. They carried out a total rewire in my property. Aaron and his team were very professional. I am very happy with the work carried out. They made good where they had to cut channels in the walls, even down to repainting those areas.

Previous owners of our house added a battery system to the solar panels but left no documentation and this year the batteries stopped charging. Matt visited and rapidly identified the problem and discussed options. We chose to replace the batteries with a Tesla Powerwall system that gives us whole house backup in the event of a power cut. The installation was carried out in one day by friendly competent engineers, we were kept informed and I was impressed they worked into the evening to get it finished. Flex Eco were recommended to us by our solicitor and I am very happy to repeat the recommendation.

We considered it important to use a local company to install our battery system, and Flex Eco Services were fantastic - friendly and professional throughout, taking great care to address any concerns we had. The final result looks great and works perfectly. We thoroughly recommend them!

I have bombarded Flex Eco Services (especially Lee) with about 40 to 50 questions , some of which they have never heard of before . All answered , even if it took time to find the correct reply. All the lads that did the the installation were cheerful ,hard working and didn`t stop , although they all seemed to have a fetish for my bacon rolls! Utterly delighted. I couldn’t be more happy. Very much recommend. I invited a number of companies to quote for my PV and battery install. Matt visited to discuss my requirements, listening patiently to my needs and then explained in clear and concise terms what that meant in terms of equipment and install. We agreed with PV panels on both aspects of my roof, plus a battery and the accompanying ‘other bits’. He listened to my questions, which were many and answered clearly. I live on a new build, and google maps had not updated yet. The quote came with an actual picture of my house! Meaning they pay for an updated map view amongst other things. It was elements like this amongst the many elements that I decided to go with Flex Eco. The attention to detail shows professionalism and care. Being a new build, the paperwork took some time to progress with the DNO etc, all outside of Flex Eco’s hands. Matt and his team kept me informed along each step. Finally install time came, both the scaffold team and the installer’s were tidy, efficient, experienced, respectful and kept me aware of each step of the install. It took two days to install. The install very much meets my requirements. I understand what I need to and know they are just down the road if I don’t. The app is brilliant. The system 'just works'. All is wonderful. If you are looking for a professional local company who listen to your needs, design and install the appropriate system and follow though during the entire process and after, then Matt and his team at Flex Eco are without a doubt the only and correct choice!

Flex-Eco have been absolutely excellent at all stages of our solar installation. After being recommended by a friend we contacted Flex-Eco for a quote and advice on a solar PV system. From the outset they were completely professional, provided very straightforward advice and made it very clear why they were recommending the Solar Edge system they ultimately installed. The installation team were excellent, sometimes working in less than ideal conditions to get panels installed in time for roofing works to continue. The original system has been tweaked along the way and at all times Flex-Eco have been open and happy to talk through our options whilst providing realistic advice and not being afraid to tell us if the ideas will not work for us. It is this kind of honesty that is invaluable when you are working with a new supplier. Overall, if you are looking to have a Solar PV system installed you could not do any better than to use Flex-Eco. Flex Eco installed 18KW solar capacity at the Royal British Legion in West Hill. The work included a structural roof survey and strengthening work. Matt gave us a quote and a time scale for the job and the work was done just before Christmas, on time and with no extras. His team , including the scaffolders were polite, professional and hard working. We are delighted with the finished product which is already making large savings to our electric bills, generating at least 30% of our power even in the winter months. I would highly recommend Flex Eco for anyone thinking of Solar Installations. Ten out of ten!!!

We have now fully embraced the era of Solar, Battery and EV car with the help and guidance of Flex Eco. Matt came and did a site survey and during our conversations we over sized our Solar panels from 12 to 19. We went with a Tesla Powerwall 3 with an Anderson A3 wall charger with the power feed cable with a rear entry so no cables can be seen externally, Fab. The whole install was completed within two days and the team installers from Flex Eco were absolutely first class, everyone worked to produce a high end finish. Everyone worked to delivery a high end finish, really happy with our investment so much so my parents have also gone for a full install at the same time.

Matts team of fantastic electricians rewired my house recently. They did a fantastic job and I am incredibly pleased of the result. They also put bollard lighting along the drive which has made a world of difference. I would recommend Flexeco, Matt and his electricians Aaron, Luke and Finn every day of the week.

With so many special offers for solar installations all over the socials, I went to Which? to help narrow down my choices. There were three companies I invited to quote, and chose Flex Eco because they had the best combination of price performance and experience installing my chosen Solar Edge equipment. The entire experience was positive with an initial home visit to gauge the scale of the project, good listening and problem-solving to tailor my configuration to my personal needs and really helpful suggestions and advice about the whole process, including the export to grid complexities - more of which later. Matt organised his team of 4 (2 electrical, 2 roofers) to arrive a day after the scaffolders had been. All 3 sets of trades people were polite, professional, courteous and conscientious. In addition, the team of 4 from Flex Eco were really creative in coming up with solutions about optimal equipment siting as well as re-purposing existing materials on site to save time & money. My configuration includes 18x panels, inverter, 10kW battery, home backup, hot water controller. All of this is controlled from a simple app and I can choose from multiple usage profiles to maximise my solar consumption - especially impressive during the summer. Aside from a fault with the Solar Edge home battery which Flex Eco replaced (took a week from reporting the fault to having a fully working system), the system has been working brilliantly and is hugely impressive in generating energy. I have lots of fun watching how little energy I have to consume from the grid and enjoy fine-tuning my consumption based on the amount of sunshine available. On good days I am able to fully charge my car and the home battery to be self-sufficient over night. The paperwork process for securing approvals from National Grid to install the system and then be able to export excess energy has taken longer than I expected - although I've done very little of it since Matt and Shaun do all the work there for me. Now I am in the process of switching electricity providers (waiting for them to install a smart meter) before getting onto a new set of tariffs: day time, night time (charge the battery more cheaply) and export (they buy back my excess solar). Looking forward to really making the system pay for itself once that's all in place. Great job Flex Eco, highly recommended.

After asking locals who they had used for their installations, I found Flex Eco Services were the clear winner. Matt has been extremely helpful throughout. We already had solar at one location but no storage. Another location was without anything. Matt was able to quickly work out what was best for each site and estimate for the works. He is such a decent chap that there was no reason at all to look for an alternative supplier/installer. The work was booked in and the installers were excellent and stayed until all the WiFi connections were established and working correctly. If you are looking for a professional installation at a decent price on time, I think you’ll find Matt and Flex Eco Services hard to beat. Some photos are from each location. Hope it’s not confusing.
