absolutely shocking promised arrival at 1530 by 1618 after calling got told to stop blowing his phone up after 3 calls and told to find someone else. and hung up on. terrible service

I was recommended Bright Spark Electrical to fit an electric vehicle home wall charger. They talked me through the options and helped me select the type of charger. They supplied & installed the ev charger far faster than applying through octopus or other utility providers. No long wait times, which was excellent. The install was fast & they did an excellent job, very tidy. I would highly recommend.

Helpful advice and no pressure, arrangements for installation was flexible and work carried out in a professional way and everywhere was left clean and tidy, and time spent after installation to make sure I was happy and understood how to use my new charger. Had an EV charger installed via Bumblebee. Cannot fault the company / electrician. He was having a nightmare day which was running late through no fault of his own. Kept me posted throughout the day. Worked well into the evening to get the job completed, and completed it to an excellent standard. Even cleaning up despite being told not to worry about it. 10/10 on every aspect. A credit to your company.

bright sparks completed a new fuse box when I had some bad service from a trades person on another website . They were very professional and completed the work. I am preparing to sell and require the certificate for works completed. I have sent 6 text messages and they have failed to respond. Why after they were paid in full?

Power to my boiler knocked off after I wired in a new fridge. Bright Spark did a great job of fault finding, and in the end was an easy fix but the troubleshooting was great. Would recommend.

Overall good and professional service. Reasonable price and fast. However, had to re-schedule the appointment due to delivery issue and could not offer flexibility with the appointment timetable, which can be improved. Installed Tesla wall connector.

Brilliant service. Called with a problem concerning my circuit board on the Wednesday evening and they apologised for not being able to visit my property until tomorrow morning. A brilliant electrician with excellent customer interaction turned up at 7.55am next day and got to work straight away to identify the fault. Service beyond reproach and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you very much. Mitch responded immediately to an emergency request about a faulty fuse board, which left us without power to our boiler and hot water. He managed to adjust his schedule and fit us in a couple of days earlier, and he kept us informed on his arrival time. The boards were replaced very quickly with a new consumer unit, and everything was tested and cleaned up before he left. Very satisfied customer

Such a great company. They were really responsive from initial enquiry. Installation booked in and they were really flexible when I needed to pay. Sent through invoice promptly and I was able to pay the deposit through a number of channels. Turned up on the day agreed, after having messaged to remind me the day before and in the morning. Really helpful for me who is forgetful and reassuring to know they are still coming. On the day. Really friendly, speedy and tidy work. He showed me how to work the app with the charger and the other features. Overall a really positive experience. I highly recommend 😊

I found this company to be well priced in the market place and very responsive to quote requests. They fitted my charger 4 days before the initially proposed date and were professional throughout.
