Amazing results from the Solar panels…

Amazing results from the Solar panels installed on our domestic property. Our home was running on approx £3 per day on electric which has been reduced to as little as 6p per day with the solar panels, whilst also earning money back selling it back to the grid. Great customer service from start to finish and would highly recommend installation from this company on domestic dwellings to slash your electric bills.

I wanted a quality ground based solar array

I wanted a ground based array that could easily withstand stormy weather. Without a doubt the quality of the set up delivered by Treenergy was the best across the companies I talked too. The system was installed quickly and the staff were all super professional. Would highly reconditioned this company for ground based solar installations.

I had a problem with my batteries not…

I had a problem with my batteries not charging. I spoke to John Adams on a Thursday and johnnny arrived down to Newry on the following Monday, charged the batteries and everything has been working perfectly. Thanks for great service

Great company Great customer service

We approached this company for some information guidance and a price they were very informative and quick to respond to any requests made. As our company had to wait for funding applications etc we kept TRE waiting but no matter when I contacted they were straight back to me answering any queries. Once installation had began it was very quick the panels were up in no time. All customer service was very pleasant and very quick at getting back to me if I had anything to ask after. So far everything to do with the panels has been smooth.

TRE fitted our solar system

TRE fitted our solar system and battery storage for a very competitive price for our home. They completed all the paperwork and we have been up and running around 6 months at this stage and it is a great system and has greatly reduced our bills. The work carried out was excellent and very tidy install. The men couldn’t have been any better and they were so tidy and cleaned up and you would not know they had been here. Highly recommended company!!!

I would highly recommend Tre Energy

I had contacted four solar panel installation companies and Tre Energy Ltd response and presentation was streets ahead of the others. I went to see one of their recent installations at a friends house before signing up. I am very fussy that a job is done right and the electricians and panel installers were really great. Panels, battery, eddi and inverter were installed in a day and a half. Electricians excelled and overcame a cable routing challenge better than I expected. I would highly recommend Tre Energy.

Very professional company. Good knowledge of the products and proper advice on what system suited my application. Panel Installers turned up on time & did a really tidy job. Electrician's also did a neat & professional job.

Purchased panels and battery system…

Purchased panels and battery system from Tre energy. All seemed great at the outset at sales stage. Sadly since installation, there have been a few issues and atrocious customer service. On average it takes at least 6 weeks for a response despite repeatedly ringing and emailing. We have been asked if we would recommend this company and sadly we cannot as their after service is extremely poor. Currently we are still awaiting a response despite an 2nd alarm on the system 7 weeks ago asking for the matter to be addressed asap; this is the second time this alarm has raised and no-one has been in contact. There have been other issues with panels not working and this also took many weeks to resolve.

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware.. social media account says it’s a trusted Company. however, they didn’t even finish the paper work for the grant or submit a NC6 form… esb bills are worse then before… and yes they were contacted many many times, even the CEO was emailed…

Efficient and Professional Company

We had solar installed by TRE over 6 months ago. After an initial enquiry they sent out a representative to survey the property, make recommendations and provide a quotation. Of the 3 companies I contacted for a quotation they were the only one to send someone out. At the time I booked the installation there was quite a waiting list so it was a few months before the work was done. Work was completed very efficiently in a few days. All staff were helpful, courteous and professional. I can’t comment on the after sales follow up as everything has worked perfectly since installation. I am delighted by the installation - it has made a big difference to our electricity bill! I also love the Myenergi app which tracks our usage. All told, I can highly recommend this company.

Good response to inquiry, came on day and time of appointment. Very good simple overview of the product and how it worked. Clear plan on installation of panels and inverter equipment. Panels well fitted, men very helpful clean and tidy work. Electrical installation fitted shortly afterwards again very helpful and professionally fitted neat and tidy. Given a good understanding of how it all worked and how to get the best from the product.
