With excellent customer service from start to finish, we would definitely recommend Solar4Good – they have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. My husband and I had wanted solar panels for a long time, but we had a bad experience with another company who were very pushy and didn’t give us any time to properly think things through. Because of that first experience, we were quite sceptical about trusting another solar company. Solar4Good completely changed that for us. Ethan gave us excellent advice and never made us feel pressured. He even gave us a full week to think about our decision while still allowing us to keep the promotional offer, and we didn’t need to pay a deposit to hold the promotion offer, which really helped us feel comfortable. Once we made our decision, Rahi called me the very next day to thank us for choosing them, which was a really nice personal touch. He even sourced the specific solar panels we preferred. I’ve asked a lot of questions along the way, and the communication has been excellent from start to finish. As Rahi said, we’re like family now for the next 25 years, and that’s exactly how they’ve made us feel. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. Our solar panels are now installed and the installation team were very polite, professional, and left our home clean and tidy afterwards. Good support from a specific engineer called Rommel…

Specifically an engineer called Rommel made a lot of effort to help get my system back on line recently and he was extremely helpful and practical. He has asked me twice to put a review for him on here. However Solar4Good's main organisation leaves a lot to improve in its responsiveness.

Great service and product

Solar4Good were very competitively priced and had a great product. Manan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and Jamie and his team did a great job maximising my roof space for the panels.

After being told by Octopus that they were unable to install our solar we contacted Solar4Good. Manan has been brilliant from the start and has followed up on all questions/queries. Expert Solar Upgrade – Professional, Knowledgeable, and Efficient!

"I recently had my 2010 solar system upgraded by Josh Taylor and Scott Queen from Solar4Good, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Upgrading an older system while trying to protect a Feed-in Tariff (FIT) can be complex, but their technical expertise was evident from the start. They replaced my 16 aging 250w Sungrid SG panels with 14 modern, sleek 475w high-efficiency panels, significantly increasing my generation capacity within a smaller footprint. What impressed me most was their clever configuration to maximise my financial returns. They retained my original SMA 3800 inverter to keep my existing FIT system fully compliant and intact. To handle the additional power, they installed a secondary split Fox ESS inverter for the remaining system, allowing me to benefit from the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) on the new capacity. Josh Taylor and Scott Queen were professional, tidy, and took the time to explain how the dual-inverter setup works. If you are looking to modernise an old solar array without losing your original tariff benefits, I highly recommend this team for their brilliant service and technical "know-how."

Sigsystem reusable to connect to new wireless

We changed our wireless so the sigenergy system was unable to connect. The app did not give any usefull guidance. Rommel at solar 4 good helped sourcing several videos and finally we were able to reconnect.

They gave us a competitive quote, and fitted the panels etc on time. The only problem was the surveyor underestimated the number of panels we could fit, but that was resolved effectively.

Honesty with customers looking to take the leap to solar or battery is a rare thing with many other providers but S4G were there from the get go Unlike other qutations from other companies who are happy to give you plenty of BS, sell you stuff you dont need and distort the facts S4G helped me to overcome false claims and untruths which are abundant in this sector S4G are a breath of fresh air and I would recommend to my best friends without hesitation

I spent a great deal of time trying to find the right people for this home upgrade. And I'm couldn't have been more happier with Rahi and his team. Very approachable and extremely profetional. Solar4Good - quality system and installation

Solar4Good might not major on slick websites and sales marketing material, but excel on what matters - a reasonably priced and quality solar system (panels, inverter, battery) and professional survey and installation. And unlike a number of other companies they clearly have a lot of experience installing a custom set up on flat dormer roofs. They were happy to answer questions and took care of all the paperwork and application. They set up the App and I was able to see the system working and generating power immediately on completion of the installation. I’d highly recommend them.

My overall experience is good so far, other than few bits like the wait time. no issues on the system so far and getting responses when there is a need. Also, i need to mention the friendly service recently i had experience with one of their engineer Frederick. Who identified the core issue very quickly and fixed it in minutes. I felt he itself deserve 5*.

From meeting Rahi, and receiving the Fitters, the conversations were very productive. Being listened to made us feel confident and all of them were well informed and very professional how they proceeded with the work from start to finish. Solar4Good installed 12 panels across a sloped roof and a flat dormer roof, along with an inverter and battery. Manan responded quickly and clearly to initial queries about the system, pricing and timelines. Faisal, Ranga and the roofing team were punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. The installation was completed in a single day, and they made sure everything was fully working and correctly synced to the app, happily answering questions throughout the process. And Cassidy and Edward were really helpful in response to technical questions and post installation queries. I thought that Solar4Good were great throughout. Their sales person (Ross) was prompt, knowledgeable and did what he said he was going to do, plus he was able to provide the best price from 3 or 4 companies. All the follow up with Cassidy and others was very clear and I appreciated them working to my timeline. They were also honest and clear when they had to delay this slightly and were really responsive when there was a small issue post-install, with a van turning up to remove the rubbish a few hours later (my front drive site was not left particularly clean by the installers, with empty boxes left to be collected by other team members). The install itself went very smoothly, with the whole job, including scaffolding going up and down taking one week (including the weekend). The installers were very friendly and also helped me with another small job on the roof. Overall, I'd definitely recommend them.

I had my solar panel installation done today. For last 2/3 weeks, I was in touch with Mr. Rahi to design the solution and generate a quote. What a guy to deal with. He will try every possible way to deliver the design that you want and suits best for you. Will take time to explain the system so that you can make a batter decision. He has a fantastic team who does the installation. They work like computers. From the very first moment, they will show you that they know what they are doing. The team is efficient, knows their business, works with fun, and will always answer your questions with a smile. What an amazing experience! Rahi and the team were amazing all the way through. We had 16 good looking panels with bird protection, a Tesla Powerwall & ev charger put in very fast and neatly. I’d 100% recommend Solar4Good to anybody looking to upgrade their homes!

We had our solar panels installed by Solar4Good, and they’re working beautifully. Overall, it was a good experience – the team was polite, efficient and clearly skilled. With several people involved, the WhatsApp threads sometimes got a bit confusing, but everything came together well in the end. The only minor issue was the scaffolding crew, who arrived late without warning and were a bit too robust in their approach. Everyone else was excellent – especially the roofer, who was first on site, last to leave and kept things running smoothly. We’re very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Solar4Good to anyone considering solar.

Manan was really helpful and honest in helping me select the most appropriate battery system and quickly providing quotes for different options. The quotes were all very competitive and transparent, deposit was required for survey and installation with final payment due after installation. They had good availability for installing in Cambridge and were able to schedule survey and install within 5 working days. The installers, Frederick and Ajay were brilliant. Incredibly efficient hand hard working, I was amazed how quickly they completed the battery and inverter install, within 5 hrs! They kept the work very neat and tidied up after themselves. The system was commissioned and charging the same day. Very happy customer!

We had 17 panels and a 9.5 kWh battery installed. The process was smooth from start to finish. Rahi and his team were excellent and thorough. In a world of solar cowboy installers, Solar4Good were excellent + 10yr workmanship warranty! We got a proposal showing how many panels and generation we'd get. Then paid a small fee for the surveyor to come out and see the roof. When we weren't happy with battery location they discussed various options we had instead. Not pushy to sell. Answered all our questions whenever they came up. Day of install was smooth and tidy. Would highly recommend! Update 18/2/25 - We have now had an EV charger installed by them after I got an electric car. Smooth process and very reliable electrician did the work. Would highly recommend.
