Alun and his team came highly recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint. Where other suppliers provided advice that was intended to steer me towards their products, Alun and Stephan were impartial and utterly professional, helping me to work out what the right system was for my situation and budget. Sophie has been fantastically patient in dealing with the DNO process, which was made more complicated by our aging local infrastructure. Finally, the installation team were punctual, polite and meticulous in the way they went about the installation and set up of the system (SolarEdge), doing a very tidy job indeed. In every way, Efficient Energy Centre have been easy to deal with, responsive and professional. No hidden costs, just good service. I have and will continue to recommend them for Solar/Battery installations, as well as air-source heat pumps (which they also sorted out for me, after the previous supplier left me with a poorly configured and inefficient system).

We had three quotes to install our ASHP system with underfloor heating in our new self-build home. We are pleased we chose Efficient Energy Centre Ltd. Very supportive through the whole process including the new government BUS scheme. The quality of the system and parts and standard of installation was excellent - Alun should be proud rightly of his team. We did have one issue but this was quickly rectified. Our thanks to Stefan and Sophie in the office and Chris and Shawn plus Owen who were excellent installers and a pleasure to have on site.

The Efficient Energy Centre was responsible for the installation and commissioning of an ASHP and underfloor heating system as well as all the plumbing in a new build. All went to plan, and their work was skilful and efficient. Alun Mathews and his team have always been available and helpful, and Sophie guided us successfully through the RHI application. Alun and his team advised, designed and installed a comprehensive solar panel and dual Tesla battery storage system to my property recently and made a fantastic job of it , even though they had to remove all of the roof tiles on the swimming pool and then fit the flush panels when complete you would not know they had been there, I was very impressed, all of the control gear and batteries were installed very neatly and symmetrically in the garage, its great to see such professionalism. I would certainly engage the EEC to work on any future project.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They installed a EV point part funded by government grant up to 50% of the cost or £500 max Bill came to £900 so I had to pay 400 when they come to install it took 5 hours to install at £35 per hour but charge me for 8 hours so asked for the difference to be refunded and was told that the extra hours was to cover travel time but that should have been in the £35 per hour cost what a company likes to rip off people and over charge by the hour
