Jez, Jack, Riv (Luke), Jontie & Rylan were amazing on my Solar & Tesla PW3 install. Nothing was an issue for them and explained everything to me. Lots of hard work and friendly banter at the same time, made the days fly by.

Absolutely thrilled with the installation! The team was efficient, professional, and incredibly respectful. They placed the battery exactly where I wanted it, and it looks amazing—clean, tidy, and perfectly integrated. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

Recently brought a Hypervolt charger and Jess was our local installer working in partnership with Heatable. Jess was friendly, knowledgeable, and his work ethic was professional, and very tidy. I would highly recommend him.

I think they sent a couple of their best lads out, very pleased with the job. Soon as they arrived they cracked on and left me with a very neat and tidy install of my Powerwall. Would definitely recommend them.

First Class, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful when explaining our new Solar, Battery and EV charger installation. It rained on and off throughout all but the last half day of the installation and the team just got on with it with a good spirit and no complaints, Jack explained and was patient with our questions about the system and any thing in general we asked about to do with the install. Throughly recommended them (J.Cook) and we are now saving up to expand our already large domestic system to fill the last of our roofs. Couldn’t be more happy about the whole installation process. 😎

House call booked for 13/12 between 9 and 10 Didn't show up, no phone call to apologise. Message left on their answerphone no reply. Down right rude. Tried to contact on the Monday sat on phone for an hour lost the will to live. Have now booked with another firm Wouldn't bother with these again.

We’ve recently had a second Tesla powerwall fitted by J Cook LTD via Heatables. What a brilliant set of lads they sent, the couldn’t do enough to make my new powerwall match my existing set up 👌🏻 looks perfect, then went above and beyond to get it all fitted and commissioned within the day regardless of the 150+ mile journey each way. Mark communicated well in advance of his visit. I had tried to fit the fan myself, and failed miserably! Mark was friendly and sorted everything out for me. Really pleased with the job, and have booked him in for some kitchen rewiring later in the year. Highly recommended!

Worked with Mark and his team at J Cook to help me with rewiring my new house, my kitchen was a mess with old wiring showing over the walls and electrical cabling not sealed off correctly, they came out when i was free a few days after our conversation and helped me out straight away and now i have fantastic lighting in the house and it looks amazing. Fast and effective 5/5 would recommend.

I used the guys at J cook to fit some outside lights plus all our new light fittings throughout our new family home. I made an appointment for them to quote and instantly said yes as I felt the ideas they gave myself and my wife were exactly what we wanted. This was also under the budget we had set for the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
