Company lies to its customers from the offset. Subcontractors carry out the fitting of the solar, not an in house team. If you can’t trust them to be truthful with that, what else will they be lying about

I have had nothing but issues with this company. They sold me solar panels and said it would take 2 weeks, it took them over this and eventually arranged for the scaffolding, who arrived the wrong day and had to return. They then took a long time in removing the scaffolding, plus the dongle didn't work and they then had to arrange to come back and fit it. Although they sold me an offer that British Gas and HIVE were offering as I already used HIVE and BG. I am still trying to get this sorted, and now Infinity say its not up to them to sort. I have checked with Citizen Advice and in fact they are wrong, the contract is within Infinity/HIVE, they sold me the solar panels with the tariff and its up to them to sort, the deposit was paid to Infinity, or I can state they are in BREACH OF CONTRACT and it is up to them to resolve or in fact as they are in breach of contract, I am entitled to cancel the contract. It is now 2 months since this was ordered. Even though I smartly took a 0% loan to ensure this would support me, and paid the deposit by Credit Card. I have supported infinity where I can chasing BG, but this is still not sorted, but as far as I am concerned Infinity sold the solar panels and tariff to me, not HIVE or BG. I have contacted Citizen Advice and Trading Standards will be informed by CA and I will recommend personally not to use this company. As Infinity now say I am wrong for not signing the document to the Loan Company to say all is in order so they would pay Infinity, but as Its not all in working order, I am not getting the tariff I was offered by Infinity, nor can I sell the electricity to the Grid, therefore this is costing me money instead of saving me money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

We asked for help to get onto a better tariff and Georgia could not have been more helpful. We feel very positive about our solar panels and the battery, especially when the sun shines.

My experience with Infinity Renewables has been consistently disappointing. The most serious issue was the original installation, which was carried out to a substandard level and required a complete refit. Tiles were broken, wiring and conduit were left untidy, and the work appeared rushed (the roofer had a party to attend that night). Even after the refit, issues remained: my roof was left with slipped tiles and daylight visible through the loft, the marks you can see on the tiles are where the roofer either wiped his hands to get rid of the glue or was on his shoes, also note the mismatched tiles on my brand new house, the backup system wasn’t commissioned correctly and resulted in an engineer from Bexie attending - Infinity hadn't toggled the switch for the backup to work. I also discovered errors in my contract and EPVS validation paperwork. When I provided feedback through EPVS, I received an inappropriate text message from a member of staff, which I found unprofessional. Another serious issue was the incorrect commissioning documentation submitted to the DNO. For several weeks I was told this could not be changed, and only after escalating through the finance company, MCS, and EPVS and issuing a formal 7-day letter did Infinity Renewables resolve it. To their credit, the company returned to repair my roof on 22/08/2025 and again on 30/09/2025, and they provided two additional solar panels and a half-price battery as compensation. I gave them a draft of this review, I was contacted directly by James at Infinity Renewables who assured me that my experience had been taken seriously, that staff training had been implemented, and that I would have him as my direct escalation route for any future concerns. Unfortunately, since then I have experienced further documentation errors, and the promised escalation contact from James has been unavailable and unresponsive. Despite assurances of improvement, the same issues with accuracy, communication, and accountability continue to recur. My confidence in the company has therefore declined further. While they eventually resolved some of the earlier problems, the repeated mistakes and lack of reliable aftercare demonstrate that the underlying issues have not been properly addressed.

The team did an excellent job installing our panels and batteries, as part of the "Solar Together" scheme. The initial meeting was great, and really helped me understand the technology, and what was involved. They even brought our installation forward a few months when an earlier slot became available which was appreciated. On the install day the various folks were courteous and professional, and did a wonderful job hiding away all the cables, installing the bird netting, and so on. Finally they showed me how to get the most out of the app to see what was going on, and a few safety checks too (turn off solar switch when doing DIY, for example). The necessary certification came through pretty quickly so I was able to setup the export tariff shortly after installation. All in all, highly recommended.

Our experience with Infinity Renewables was overwhelmingly positive from start to finish. Good communication at all stages and efficient, timely completion of our solar system installation. Everyone involved was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, including scaffolders, admin staff, electrical engineers and installation technicians. Wish all projects were this easy! Would highly recommend this company - thank you to all.

Infinity installed the home solar battery neatly in a porch by our kitchen door. The Inverter is installed above it. The team were polity and friendly and didn’t mind our dogs trying to help. There was no mess. They showed us how to use the app (there is nothing we need to do). We now enjoy the electricity storage from or=ur solar panels.

Infinity Renewables fitted my solar panels in March 2024. Have to say the company were extremely professional on how they made contact, organised and fitted both the panels and the storage battery. Even when I had issues they turned up within 24 hours and replaced parts. I had to contact them again later with a tile that had dislodged. Again they attended and fixed the issue without delay. Would highly recommend this company to anybody considering having solar panels fitted. Also, my strong advise would be to have a storage battery fitted too - saving us lots of money as we speak!

Infinity installed our solar panels through the Solar Together scheme and they were excellent. Great comms. Great kit. Nice people. Will defo come back to them when I want to add a few more or a battery!

System was installed about 2 years ago. The installers did a neat and professional job and were friendly and helpful. The system appeared to work fine, but after a few months we noticed that the water heating was coming on even though the battery was not charged. Your support line suggested a fix, which I was able to do without need for an engineer to visit and this solved the issue. We recently noticed that one of the two inverters was not coming on anymore. An engineer has just come out and found that there was not enough voltage being delivered to start the inverter, which was a result of a poor connection on one of the solar panels. He has just fixed this and it all appears to be OK now. Thank you

A representative visited to discuss arrangements and produced a specification to meet my requirements. Scaffolding was erected prior to installation and on the day the installation went smoothly. The panels and storage battery are working well to the extent that my utilities supplier has reduced my monthly payments by 60%+. I heartily recommend this company

From ordering to survey to installation the whole process was quick and easy. The installation team were brilliant and did a faultless job. Since we had solar installed in June 2023 we have saved hundreds of £s off our electricity bill!

Efficient fitting of 12 solar panels and battery equipment in the day. Excellent performance resulting in export of excess electricity to our provider throughout spring summer and autumn - making significant savings on overall usage.

Had an excellent experience with Infinity. First 6 panels and battery were installed in Sep 23 and further 6 in Nov (when we had to have the roof at the front of the house retired!). Infinity were happy to leave the scaffolding in place, which was a great help. We've been very happy with the performance and output. The water gets heated from late spring to early autumn, so we're off gas from April to Sep, which is great. Would definitely recommend

Was really pleased with the service received from Infinity at our install and now just over 2 years on the solar is still working great and not had any issues bar figuring out that I needed to replace the smoke detector battery that was beeping. The growatt and shine app all work well and really help me keep a track and we’re running above the estimated self consumption with the battery. Overall very pleased thanks for the great install.

On 20/09/2023 we had a 13 Solar Panel System with Battery, and Solar Boost (for hot water) installed. We are very pleased with our Solar Panel System, one of the best improvements we've made to our home. The installation went smoothly, and the engineers were excellent, even overcoming an issue that was missed on the Survey. From start to finish the engineers explained what they were doing, and discussed any issues with us as they progressed. It can only be a "5 Star", well done Infinity Renewables, and thank you 👏🏻👏🏻

I purchased my solar panels and battery via the local councils group purchase scheme who chose Infinity Renewables I have had good communication throughout this process and have only marked them down due to an installation issue causing them to come back on a second day to finish the installation and the failure of one battery after installation which has been replaced under guarantee. Overall I am very happy with my installation which is working well.

The end result I am very happy with, the system is working well and is hassle free. The install itself is 5/5 the guys got it done in a day and did a solid job. The value is a 5/5, it was the best bang for buck at the time of install. The initial design phase is a 3/5. I don’t think I was given the options to do two sides that I should have been and the wrong inverter was initially offered. Very happy with the one I finally got, but if I hadn’t been on the ball, I would have been given a massively underpowered inverter. There was good flexibility on letting me have one extra battery module. Overall very happy. System is delivering good production. Winter months aren’t great but then the battery comes into its own with cheaper overnight charging.

Infinity Renewables Group have provided an exemplary installation service. They won the contract let by our local council as part of the Solar Together in the belief that together we can achieve more. The team that installed our solar system were friendly, flexible, co-operative and very skillful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone that is considering taking that step into the world of solar electrical generation. The two leads people on my project were Josh, the roofer and Alex, the electrician. Both took their time to explain the work that they were to undertake, asking for our preferences, then advised on the best way to achieve them. Their finished work was neat and professional. I feel able to comment with authority on this aspect as I am a retired electrical and electronics engineer of nearly fifty years experience in the industry.
