Over the last 12 months Lee as carried out a monthly service program on my Herz Biomass Boiler, with a high level of professionalism and dedication with good sound advice on maintenance issues ant tips to achieve smooth running of said boiler. His professionalism and work ethic makes him a excellent ambassador for Myriad Heat and power.

I can’t recommend Lee highly enough

I can’t recommend Lee highly enough. He has been out to help us a few times and really goes above and beyond. He does a fantastic job identifying and explaining any issues, answering questions and giving very practical advice and help. He’s available to talk through any issues and checks back afterwards. Lee genuinely cares about looking after his customers and appreciates how difficult it can be without heating. He does an important job extremely well. Thanks Lee.

I can highly recommend the professional and helpful service provided by Lee L. Arrived on time, polite and with necessary tools. Carried out a full annual service more thoroughly than I’ve seen any other biomass engineer do. Demonstrated a high degree of knowledge on the equipment and worked through troubleshooting and rectifying a problem not seen before. Took the time to explain what he was doing when asked and would not leave site until he was sure system was operating correctly. Hang on to him as he’s a credit to Myriad!

Lee went out of his way to help me with a predicament. He answered the phone on Sunday which I certainly didn't expect. He posted a part which arrived next day, enabling me to continue working I cannot thank / recommended him highly enough. He is a credit to the company. Thank you!

Myriad are quick to help when I need them and efficient at getting things done. Engineers are polite, knowledgeable and leave the site tidy. Steve Brooks is my go to person for help and guidance, he is particularly good at talking me through processes over the phone to ensure small fixes can be done by myself. He knows the machines inside out, invaluable knowledge.

Steve has been brilliant over the last ten years. He is quick to come out when needed or to talk me through what needs doing over the telephone. He is reliable, helpful and always seems to have the solution. He has serviced and maintained our boiler throughout and is always upbeat and nothing is too much trouble.

The first 5 years of owning biomass boilers were painful. And then I met Steve Brookes of Myriad. I have 100% trust in Steve who is a brilliant and practical engineer and I will only deal with him. He always answers my calls and most of the time can find a solution for me over the phone. Most recently, he even helped out whilst on holiday in Egypt!

My 5 star review of Myriad is entirely down to Steve Brookes. He is absolutely fantastic. He is a first class engineer, but more than that he’s a really nice guy, helpful and responsive. He’s taught me so much about my boiler that I can now often deal with problems myself with his advice down the phone. He’s thorough, follows the evidence and is only happy when he knows the problem is solved. Also his services of our boiler are always so good, he keeps the machine in good nick and helps prevent problems from occurring Myriad are very lucky to have such an excellent engineer, and please do everything in your power to keep him. I will certainly remain a Myriad customer for as long as Steve is working there

My experience has not been good. Three visits with the same problem in last few months. Most recent arrived, reconnected a pipe I had removed to clear a blockage switched it back on and said fixed- unable to do any more. Stopped working 2 hours later. A genuine ETA partner fixed it in 2 hours and couldn’t believe the program settings. I’ll not be using again. They were pleasant enough but know little About ETA boilers and are very expensive for the unreliable quality of their work.

Reliable and punctual. Much better attitude this time around. The engineer was more engaged. Been using Myriad for a few years now and they are a reliable partner. Not cheap, but so far worth the money.

Following weekend breakdown of heating system Myriad responded quickly and effectively to telephone contact, possible faults identified with remote telephone call from engineer quickly, spares organized and subsequent site attendance by engineer facilitated repair at a very busy time in the run up to Christmas, thank you

This year compared to last was a lot better, we had an engineer who knew about our boiler this time, so always give a company a second chance to put things right and speak to them about your problems. We only have Biomass as our main heating with no back-up and the company was quick to react in time of crisis.

Kieran and Kevin carried out our regular 6 monthly Biomass boiler service leaving everything looking really clean and tidy in the plant room. As always, I received a full update on the state of the boiler and what to be aware of going forward. Great service apart from cancelling the original date!

speedily responded to a breakdown in the boiler and solved the problem. Spare parts were ordered and arrived on site within 24 hours. good level of expertise from their engineers. they are not cheap but when the service is so good, it justifies the cost.

Very happy with them, turned up early, very knowledgeable, did a very thorough annual service on my Biomass boiler. Also helped me via phone late on a Friday night when I had an issue - thank you.

For some years now we have had excellent engineering service from the same Engineer resulting in impressive efficiency of the biomass boiler justifying using only (expensive) quality wood chip.

They had the right skills and the right spares; on time and at a reasonable price. Will keep using them.

Absolutely brilliant service from this company. Especially Mark Gamble who went well above and beyond the call of duty to locate a part urgently needed for my biomas boiler.

We had to turn our biomass boiler off as it had suffered what looked like heat damage. Myriad responded quickly and Kieran arrived within 48 hours as promised. Kieran checked the system over, corrected it, fired the system up and waited to make sure all was well. Thank you.

Could do better. We have two systems and a 3 year sevice contract. Original sevice date was post-poned, later date required a part so waited 6 weeks for that, when the part came to be fitted, more parts were actually needed so now we are waiting again for those parts. We have no back-up system on that site so = no heating.

We had our 80 kW Angus Orlingo log boiler serviced by Myriad. The service was prompt, professional and friendly.

My 150kW biomass boiler was originally supplied and installed by Myriad, 8 years ago. It has been regularly serviced and maintained by them over this period. The service package has been customised to suit my own requirements, which is very helpful. In addition to the regular engineer service visits, I can receive excellent helpline support to assist me with my day to day boiler management.
