Called electrician out short notice for RCB tripping sockets off, lady on the phone was soo helpful. Had someone out within a couple of hours and he fixed it no problem. Highly recommend using these.

Recently had my roof done in solar. Fantastic effort by all, quick and effective. Getting a quote from the office with the kind staff and fast price. The onsite staff were very good, 3 man team turned up and took just a single day to cover the whole roof and get everything working. 100% would recommend going forward

A BIG, BIG thank you to all the team at JB Electrical. Having had a very bad experience with my previous so called electrician, i was recommended JB Electrical. After asking them to carry out a Electrical Installation Condition Report ,it failed miserably! Chris put together a quote for correcting the faults, they also took time to explain over the phone clearly whats involved and why, which i found very helpful and reassuring. When the time came to carry out the work another problem occurred! will not go into detail, less to say they all handled it very professionally. The work was carried out last week by Chris and in doing so (after correcting the faults) rectified a couple of other jobs that brought the bill down. Needless to say I am very happy JB Electrical and would not hesitate to recommend them. A special thank you to Leighann for all your help, understanding and patience though out.

JB Electrical supplied a good prompt service to my requirements. I required a relevant information in a fast turn around, in which they delivered on the same day and nothing was too much trouble. I will be using JB Electrical in the future and recommend it to all others.

I had a new roof put on prior to having solar panels, (by another company) they made such a mess of my brand new roof it leaked and they broke 52 tiles, so as you can imagine I wouldn't let them come back, I was recommended JB Electrics by the roofer, and I was so glad, they came to my rescue, they were courteous polite and very professional, they came when they said they would, they even photographed the work as they went along to show me the progress and final result. I would highly recommend this company, for all jobs that you need doing, it is nice to know that there are some decent guys out there, thanks John and the guys you are all amazing.

I contacted Jb Electrical over the Christmas period after my electrics were continously tripping. They were extremely helpful and professional. They arrived when they said they would and managed to solve the issue. I was very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend. We will definately be using Jb Electrical again!

When we were looking for solar panels 2 years ago we contacted several companies before finding John. His approach was first class, good sound advice from someone who knew what he was talking about, rather than a commission based salesman. Fitting went very smooth his workforce are a cut above. All working well and pay back in line with Johns predictions. We will continue to use John for any other electrical work required.

Professional from my first contact over the phone, responding to emails, delivered a competitive quote, not the cheapest but certainly the best prepared. John and his team arrived early on Friday morning, polite, professional and nothing was too much hassle and installed a fully functioning 4kw solar system by early afternoon. So impressed have I been with the work carried out by John and his team that I have recommended JB Electrical to all my family and friends. Highly recommended, do not hesitate to give them a call.

Chris & Fraser came to do two simple jobs, or so we thought. After arriving early as promised they explained what else they needed to do to make our house safe, which had been missed by other so called trades people. They then completed the two jobs in a timely manor. They were polite, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. The final cost was very fair for what they had to do. John has come to my rescue a few times when others have let me down. In future I will always contact him and his team first and will recommend them to everyone.

I had an annoying electrical tripping fault and after visits from 2 other electricians a friend of mine recommended JB electrical. They explained to me how they intended to track down the fault logically and then fix it. The other electricians didn't seem to be in the same league and just wandered round the house scratching their heads. These guys actually know what they are doing were reasonably priced and I would highly recommend.

After several weeks of quotes for a 4kW solar system, i couldn't help but do business with JB. From the first call, they was very helpful, polite and explained everything in spectacular detail and they were by far the cheapest quote out of a possible 20!! They managed to fit my whole system in one day and, and was a pleasure to do to business with. JB always answered the phone if i had any questions and would never leave me waiting. Will recommend to friends and family. Thanks JB.

Thanks to John and Chris and the other electrician for your excellent work on installing the 4kw solar panels. Work was completed with professionalism and with minimum of fuss, everything from the scaffolding to installing the panels was done on time and with no delays. The price was the cheapest i could find, and the system was top quality using SMA Sunny Boy and the latest black panel solar panels. Had a quote from another company and they quoted £13200 for a 3kw system and JB Solar installed a 4kw system for less than half the price!! Will recommend you to all my friends and family!!
