We had a battery added to an existing photovoltaic system. Despite issues with connecting to a previously installed system, and delays with sourcing the specific components we were after, Duoserve kept us fully informed in the lead-up to the installation. The work itself was done courteously and professionally, and the electricians went above and beyond in making sure that the system was working perfectly. I'm really happy with the installation and would go back to Duoserve for any further changes to the system in the future,

I'd tried to get solar panels installed on my house a couple of times in the past but was turned away because of access problems. The south-facing side of the house backs on to a railway and erecting scaffolding was considered too difficult. DuoServe was the first company willing to work with me to overcome these problems and the install went quite smoothly in the end. Even though it's a small house, I now have six panels which are generating enough energy for my needs and some surplus.

A superb service provided by the Duserve duo Ali and Dan. From the initial site survey, decent competitive quote, speed of following up on any queries, installation process and efficiency checks of the system, they have been great! Impressed how they both excelled at ensuring the installation of cables was done to a high standard, revisiting to tidy the site and check over the system before signing off. We had solar panels plus battery storage installed by Duoserve. First class service from the initial meeting, survey and quotation through to completion. Ali and Dan provided us with answers over a period of time even before we committed to Duoserve. At no point did we feel pressured into accepting their quote, it was simply left with us. Installation was seamless and everything located exactly where we requested. The whole team were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and curteous. I spent months looking into solar & it's a minefield, but from the moment I made first contact with Ali & Dan I felt at ease with them. There was no hard sell & they provided a reasonably priced & detailed quote, answering my multitude of stupid questions along the way. The end to end process was really easy & they kept me informed at every stage. After 2 months I looked at my generation in more detail & noticed that something wasn't right, so I pinged them a message & they were here within an hour with the team. They quickly found the problem & fixed it there & then. If you're in the North East and looking for solar, definitely give these guys a shout.

Great service from beginning to end from Dan and Ali at duoserve. Whether it was my endless questions or asking for someone to secure the banging scaffolding gate nothing was too hard. Everyone was done within the advised timings and now I'm exporting £200 p/m!

I have recently had a new solar panel + battery system installed from Duoserve and from start to finish the service has been excellent. There are so many companies out there right now and it’s difficult to know who to trust, but Dan and Ali stood out from the very first meeting and helped to explain everything and made sure that the system was right for my needs. I have been meaning to write this review for months. Cannot fault Duoserve at all. From the initial quote, through to all our questions, install and aftercare - they have been faultless. I was quite nervous about choosing the right company for solar after reading many negative reviews about cowboys/other companies, and also having very limited knowledge. The sales team, and in fact everyone we came into contact with, were highly knowledgable, friendly and available at all times of the day. Dan in particular answered all our questions and went above and beyond what was expected of him to make us feel safe in the investment we made. We have had the panels and batteries for over 3 months now and have seen a real difference in our energy bills - even through the winter months. The handover document is perfect and included all the information we needed to start exporting our extra energy - MCS certificate and DNO application. Brilliant! - anyone in the North East and beyond looking to invest in solar, don't waste your time - go straight to Duoserve.

If anyone is thinking of getting Solar and battery storage I would highly recommend contacting duoserve. The company give us a range of quotes suited to our needs and our energy usage. They never tried to oversell or upsell things we didn’t need. Their pricing was competitive and time scale of the installation was realistic. Customer service is 5 star ⭐️- Dan and Ali are extremely friendly, very responsive and have gone above and beyond to make sure we have been happy with everything. Cutting energy bills was our top main priority - A good solar system is a must - at every stage we received nothing but honest information and advice from Dan and Ali that resulted in a great solar system for our property and needs. We are already generating amazing energy even on dull February days.
