Jake from Aaron Nobbs, Brandeston, came for three days to update all the electrical work for our house having done a survey of what was needed last year. Jake was respectful of both of us living in the house, very experienced and and highly competent. We can recommend this firm and its employees very highly.

Aaron and his team have carried out a lot of work at my house and rental cottage. Without fail they have been friendly and professional, their work is neat and tidy, carried out quickly and efficiently. All in all, a pleasure to deal with. I will be using Aaron for all my future work and I recommend his team without hesitation.

I asked these guys to come out and install an outside powerpoint and ended up with an £850 bill. Although they justified the expense by saying they had to install grounding works that were required for them to work on the property, they didn't clear it with me first or tell me how much it would cost. When I queried the cost and expressed my consternation, I just got agressive man-splaining about why it was my problem, not theirs. The work was done on a grade-II listed building, was not sympathatic to the house (wires tacked everywhere), and will have to be re-done in order to be more in keeping with the property. I feel almost sorry for the apprentice that was sent, as he was a good kid, but has obviously been trained to be a bit of a computer-says-no robot, who doesn't understand that 800-year old period properties cannot be treated this way.

I made an appointment for 2 extractor fans attached to light switches and a smoke alarm to be inspected and repaired or extractor fans to be replaced. Two electricians turned up who were very punctual and considerate of my property and took their shoes off inside. Within an hour they had replaced the extractor fans, which were also quieter and fixed the smoke alarm. They swept up after themselves and were very professional. I would have no hesitation in using again for future eletrical repairs/alterations and would recommend.

Aaron provides excellent service and has a great team working with him . Recently Jake has sorted issues with underfloor heating,a new element in a heating towel rail & outside sensor. Hollie is also a very friendly and helpful on the admin side. They also completed full electrical survey we need for thatched property and did a very thorough job. I can thoroughly recommend them.
