I bought house where they had installed a solar thermal system. The system is not working, so I want to call them. Trying for almost two weeks. The call is not going through, their website is down. So, emails don't go through as well. There is no way to contact them. I am now calling the the certifiation and governing bodies.

Really good, knowledgable and friendly. Will use again.

Poor service in terms of communication. Doesn't respond to text messages or phone calls. Charged £120 call out fee and couldn't fix it and was going to send videos off to Arikazan biomass boilers to get advice. This was 4 weeks ago and heard nothing since despite phone calls and messages.
