Excellent service from PES. My install went smoothly from first visit to final commissioning. Every aspect was courteously and professionally completed, including scaffolding and installation. Cannot recommend Ben and his team highly enough.

We have nothing but praise for Ben and his team Elliot and Bobby, in the way they quoted, installed and supported us with our solar and battery installation. It’s a brilliant solar system and tailored individually to our specific requirements. They are terrific guys, totally professional, highly knowledgable and skilled, efficient and trustworthy. Their workmanship was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben and the team, and any questions were always responded to quickly and efficiently. It was such a pleasure doing business with them. We have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending PES Renewables and should the need arise, will definitely commission them again for any of our future solar or battery needs. They are a wonderful local business who are a cut above the rest and a credit to their profession.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of PES Renewables Ltd. I first found them through a flyer and gave them a call — Ben got back to me straight away, came round the next day, and was friendly, knowledgeable and refreshingly no-nonsense. There was absolutely no hard sell; he just explained what would work best for our home, gave me a clear quote, and told me to shop around if I wanted to. I did — and PES were both local and extremely competitive, with a two-year workmanship guarantee and quality products with long warranties. Throughout the process Ben was unbelievably responsive — I must have sent him forty emails, and every single one was answered within half an hour (sometimes late at night!). He made me feel like I was their only customer. On installation day, Elliot and Bobby were superb — polite, professional, and very tidy. They took real care over how the wiring would look, even running it through discreet casing that matched the drainpipes. The whole job was completed efficiently and to a really high standard. Since the install, Ben has followed up several times to check everything’s running smoothly. In less than two weeks, even in October, our panels have already produced a surplus of over 100kWh — and we haven’t paid a penny in energy costs yet! What really sets PES apart is their honesty, craftsmanship, and genuine customer care. The quote I was given was exactly what I paid — no hidden extras or surprises. If you’re thinking about going solar, don’t waste time with the big online firms — go with PES Renewables. Great people, great service, and a brilliant end result. Used P E S Renewables after being recommended to them by a friend and after getting 3 quotes from 3 different companies and being totally confused by them 3 quotes! Ben came to see the property and nothing was a problem, gave us a quote very quickly which all made sense! We proceeded with the installation around 2 weeks later and again the chaps that came to install where great...no issues, very friendly and super professional. We have had a few questions since installation and Ben has dealt with them quickly, always on the other end of the phone and offering more help if needed! Would highly recommend!

Having just installed 39 solar panels on our Village Hall, I can thoroughly recommend PES Renewables for many reasons. During a process that took over a year, due to requiring a structural roof survey and roof repairs, our plans changed several times and Ben worked with our committee in helping us to achieve the best result for our community space. Ben and his team are very professional, reliable, flexible, helpful and amenable. From Ben’s first visit through to the installation, it has been a pleasure to work with him and we appreciate all his advice. A truly professional & extremely experienced company. Having carried out a lot of, often complicated, research into solar roof panels and its associated operating system when Ben arrived he explained everything clearly and laid out our options in a quote which arrived the same evening! Any remaining questions were also answered promptly. Ben's approach left us in no doubt that P.E.S was the company for us. Bobby & Elliot our installers were tidy, efficient, and very informative. The neatness of their finished installation is a work of art. The technology is really state of the art, and the app makes it very easy to understand how the system is functioning in near real-time. We could not recommend them highly enough.

AMAZING!!! After having done a lot of research and having gone through the ordeal of extremely pushy salesmen it was such a relief to have Ben round. He was extremely polite, measured up and went through things and said he would send us a quote and our projection that night which he did. No pushy calls chasing up like the other companies we had approached for quotes. Ben's workmen were absolutely lovely, polite, tidy workers who did a fabulous job. Nothing was too much trouble. They explained the app and the system and took all the time it needed for us to understand it. The system has been in just over a week now and even with the cloudy days we've had and rain we have still sold back £52 to the grid and run our house and electric car for free! We've only spent £3.84 this week on electric! An extremely professional job from start to finish. We would highly recommend.

What a fantastic company, Ben & his team of skilled fitters were brilliant right from the speed the quotation was sent through to the completion of the job. Ben listened to my generation requirements and specified a system to match these. They turned up on time. Took great care on our aging slate roof while fitting the panels. We’re polite and courteous to us and our surroundings. The system works perfectly 18 panels and 23kw of battery storage. It’s seems to be somewhat difficult to get trades to work in Norfolk so I can highly recommend Ben and his team at P.E.S Renewables Ltd

Increased electricity costs caused us to think seriously about solar panels. PES Renewables were recommended to us. Ben Stocker came round to undertake a site assessment and provide a quote. We were immediately struck by his professionalism and expert knowledge. He was extremely helpful and there was no hard sell. It was facts and figures. We were very impressed. Because PES offer a price match guarantee we did not shop around because we liked what we saw. The installation started earlier this week (18/04/23) and was completed by the team yesterday afternoon (20/04/23). We had 26 panels installed over three roof aspects, which also involved some complex scaffolding. Everything went very smoothly thanks to the expertise and efficiency of the team. We are very pleased with a job well done.
