I own a large Victorian property in Ross on Wye, Darren and his team at New Dawn have been amazing. If anyone wants to come and look at our installation, please come and have a look at the 10k system, batteries, invertor, integrated roof system and charger.

Darren and the guys are all very knowledgeable. I contacted New Dawn Energy to fit an EV Charger for me, I received a prompt response from Darren arranging a site survey. Darren arrived on time and conducted the survey, advising of what would work best for my property. The price quoted by New Dawn Energy was very competitive and after agreeing to the price, the work had been completed by Darren and Rhys within a week. After having three quotes for solar + battery, we found Darren was the one who listened to what we were expecting from our proposed system and gave us good advice on what would be suitable and what would not be. The quote was with us the following day, and everything was well laid out within it. After a few days we phoned Darren, and an installation date was set over the phone. Scaffolding was installed the day before installation (the scaffolding team was very respectful to our property and garden). On installation day, Charlie and Rhys arrived and got straight onto the job. The whole installation took three days, with 14 Solar Panels on two elevations of roof and a battery with inverter situated in our electrical cupboard. All wiring was installed very tidily, and the team left the place neat and tidy at the end of each day. Once the system was commissioned, Charlie took the time to explain what everything was and how it worked, plus he made sure that the apps was loaded onto our smartphones and that we knew how to read it. The whole process front start to finish was wonderful, as you hear so many horror stories on TV etc. But Darren and his team are 100% and highly recommended.
