Elliot was superb putting my Hypervolt EV charger right. He arrived bang on time and was very courteous, professional and well-organised. Got right to the issue and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Most importantly, the charger was fixed within 1.5hrs and all was neat and tidy. Overall, it was a pleasure dealing with MACHelec. The communication with the office was great. They rescheduled my appointment to an earlier one following a cancellation. Highly recommend MACHelec and will use them again if I need EV charger installation.

Just had an EV charger installed by Matt. Great customer service from start to finish. From looking at my options of chargers, selecting the right one for me and booking in the install. i cannot fault the service from Both Matt and Shona. Matt was also fantastic onsite. Very polite and cleaned up after himself as he went along. He listen to where I wanted the charge to be place and the cable route to ensure it was not offensive on the side of the house. Overall great service from MACHelec. Would 100% recommend thrm for all your Solar and EV needs.

Matt and his team installed a large solar panel and battery system at my home, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I received some outrageous quotes from other companies, but Matt’s pricing was honest, transparent and competitive. Matt and his team were reliable and friendly, and the quality of their workmanship, and attention to detail, were outstanding. He has over 15 years of experience when it comes to solar installations, and it showed. Matt and Shona (also brilliant) continue to provide great support with my technical questions following the installation. I would happily use MACHelec again.

I'm really pleased with the service provided by MACHelec. Matt came round to do an assessment to provide an accurate quote for installing an EV charger. I didn't have to wait long at all before he was back round to install it. I've had no problems with the charger and Matt provides all the paperwork you need to keep for records after installation. Book them early as they are so busy but they are bang on time when it comes to installation day. Very methodical with their work and they explain things very clearly if something needs attention. A pleasure to deal with and very happy with the final outcome. So glad I used them for my first venture into solar.
