I recently had Voltco install my EV charger, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I reached out for a quote, Andy and Chris were incredibly helpful and supportive. They took the time to provide all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I initially thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but after carrying out a thorough site check, they recommended a better alternative. There were absolutely no pushy sales tactics, in fact, they suggested a more cost-effective option that would suit my needs even better. That level of honesty really stood out. They arranged a prompt appointment, kept me fully updated throughout the process, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. On installation day, Charlie came out to fit the charger. I genuinely couldn’t fault the professionalism, workmanship, or communication. The whole team at Voltco delivered a first-class service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Voltco to anyone considering an EV charger installation.

Great company to deal with excellent communication from start to finish Had the ohme epod fitted very neat and tidy job the two lads who came to do job were a credit to the company and after fitting explained the workings and even set it up on phone highly recommend this company

Cannot recommend Chris and Andy highly enough. After having a nightmare with another installer Chris and Andy stepped in to save the day. They made the process so much easier from start to finish. They gave great advice on which charger to go for and managed to squeeze a last minute install in when I was really questioning whether going to an EV car was the right thing to do. Having contacted many installers before speaking with Andy and Chris, they were by far the easiest to communicate with and offer really competitive prices for EV chargers and installs.

Anderson A 3 installed. Advice was first class. Great service from Andy and Chris, Helpful from the start, offering advice, recommendation and practical advice. Very pleased with the outcome. Chris is a knowledgeable chap and is one of those chaps that spends time and goes the extra mile. If you are in need of a quality job at a good price look no further than these two.

Despite contacting Voltco in between Christmas and new year there was no delay in their response to my enquiry and I was so pleased that this level of customer service was maintained from first enquiry to the day of fitting my ev charger. Chris and Andy went out of their way to offer their advice on the best fit of charger for my needs and were able to hide the cable under a concrete walkway between my house and the driveway so it looks discreet. I cannot praise them enough both as a company and as individuals, they are even sending me quotes for a new consumer unit and outside light and I will be glad to engage them again for this additional work soon.

Absolutely excellent service from the team at Voltco. Moving my home charger to a new location on the property was undertaken, speedily, professionally and efficiently. From quote to final invoice was slick and very simple. Everyone was very courteous throughout the process. Would highly recommend the Company.

I’ve just had my home EV charger installed by Voltco and the whole experience was fantastic. From the initial order, the process was easy with all the pre-installation information provided clearly. The installer, Chris, was brilliant, friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. The installation was quick and surprisingly easy, with minimal disruption. Best of all, Chris gave me a thorough, patient demonstration on how to use all the features of the charger and the app. A truly professional and hassle-free service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Quick and clean install, great experience.

Having been told there was a long wait for a charger from my supplier and the possibility of additional expensive extras, I looked round and found Voltco. The process of booking in the job was simple and an initial requirement that we thought might be needed on the initial quote wasn't so a new lower quote came through really quickly. Rather than the 2 months wait I had been told by my supplier, the charger was installed within a couple of days as the team were already in my area a couple of days after I accepted the quote. The install took very little time and the team managed to route the cabling from the meter to the outside of the house without it being visible. A really great job, great service and a quick turnaround. All the paperwork for the service modification with Northern Powergrid was sorted as part of the package.

Communication was quick from start to finish. Competitive pricing with quick installation date agreed. Lads turned up to do the work as scheduled and very polite, neat and efficient, explaining and going through what was going to happen and confirming I was ok with it. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt use again if required.

From start to finish Chris & Andy were incredibly helpful, efficient & knowledgeable. No question I had was left unanswered & on the day of installation their team were quick, police & respectful. As a woman living on her own, they made what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasure- thanks again lads! Would 100% recommend!

Very helpful and positive approach to the requested installation of an EV charger. Great cooperation against ongoing incompetance of Northern Power Grid who seeemed determined to make life as difficult as possible for everbody. And at prices somewhat below Octopus.

I was unsure which company to use never having this kind of work done before; but was I glad I chose Voltco! Great company service from start to finish. Where the cable was to be fixed to the front of my house was worrying me, but Chris immediately pointed out a route I would never of thought of which was out of sight and it was done very neatly and professionally as was the whole job. Fantastic experience from initial…

Fantastic experience from initial enquiry to end of project. Andy and Chris arranged to fit an EV charger to our property promptly and guided us through the process to ensure all prep work needed by Northern Power Grid was completed in advance. Living in a period property we were concerned that the install would be a challenge however Chris had no problems and completed everything including giving us a run through of the app process in a timely manner. Great company and will certainly recommend and use again for further electrical work. Thanks.

Had the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro EV charger fitted and our consumer unit updated to a more modern one. Communication prior to the work was really clear and transparent. When it came to the install Charlie and Chris did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend Voltco.

Voltco have just completed a new install for my EV charger, Chris and Andy were an absolute pleasure to work with. I contacted multiple companies for quotes, but these guys we're next level ,communication was on point. A very clear plan was set and I was given a quote with no hidden charges. Charlie, the engineer arrived on time was very professional and the top guy. He explained what he was going to do. He completed the job to a top spec and did everything I asked for. Great service Arrived on time , very polite engineer. Fitted the charger just where I wanted it and made a very tidy job. Got a quick tutorial and helped set my phone up. Cant recommend these guys enough .

Excellent service! Cannot rate high enough!

I cannot thank these folks enough, their service was five gold stars from my initial contact with them right up and through until the work was done (completed 18 Jan 2024 in Strensall) They were on time, polite, highly professional and very knowledgable. My fitting was more complex as I needed a new consumer unit, there was also a slight issue with my house wiring, the guys didn't short cut, they just kept investigating, researching and keeping me updated until they had fixed the issue (one that was caused by a previous electrician) They arrived on time, were working in the freezing cold and left my house immaculate. The EV charger is brilliant and they talked me through how to work it and didn;t leave my house until I was completely satisfied. I would definitely advise anyone to use Voltco for any electrical works, especially EV charger. Thanks Andy, Chris and Charlie, I'd give you ten stars if I could!

Great purchase & experience

Andy and Chris great all the way through - excellent comms via Whatsapp and email. Fitting was swift and non-disruptive. Good explanation on how to use the charger & app afterwards. End result looks excellent and works a treat. Highly recommended.

Fantastic EV charger installation

Andy and Chris are great. Answered all my questions and made everything simple. They were really flexible and provided reasonable and sensible options to make sure I was happy. Communication was fantastic, by phone, email and WhatsApp. The installation was professionally carried out. I am really happy with the work and would definitely recommend Voltco to anyone looking for an EV charging point installation. Would give 10 stars if I could.
