PNG came to my rescue when I was let down by the installer of my Solar panels. They promptly repaired the system and assisted me with getting reimbursed by the supplier. These guy’s supported me when I needed it and provided an excellent service. I shall certainly use them again in the future.

Have a tenant in a granny annex attached to my home. Last week they started blowing the mains fuse every time they turned on a bedroom light. They had a rat in the ceiling space last month that we put poison down for, figure rat chewed through insulation of wires to overhead light. No access except through light. Called PNG Electrical asking if someone could come soon. Told following day (Thursday) at 14:15. At 14:15 Thursday, we were telephoned by PNG to say electrician held up in traffic, should be there by 15:15, at 16:20 he arrived. He spent 10-15 minutes in the annex and reported to me “short in the wires to overhead light in bedroom, probably chewed through by rat. Can’t access from crawl space, will need to go through ceiling in room (same story I told PNG when I booked an electrician to fix it). I asked can you fix it then? He replied, not here to fix it, only to assess the situation. Someone will telephone you tomorrow to book the repair. Friday came and went without a call from PNG. I called Saturday and they were closed. I waited till mid-morning Monday, still no call, so telephoned them. They said sorry about not calling you Friday, oversight. Or this morning either, I said. Very unprofessional. I then told her I’ve arranged for someone else to do the job, I won’t be wanting anything more to do with them. Then asked if I was still going to be charged for the service (what there was of it). She said she would call me back. I received a call back a short while latter. She said the electrician said they’d have to take down the light, fix the short and suggests replacing our perfectly good lamp with a new LED lamp (from them of course). I said no thanks, I didn’t want them for anything else. I just received an invoice for £100.20 from PNG for services rendered!

Started with a thorough survey of the property and a discussion about the best way to install the panels. After we accepted the quote, the installation was started in about 5 weeks and completed in 3 days very well. We were given a "driving lesson" and also told that PNG were happy to help if there were things that we could not sort out (just as well because I managed to turn off the complete system while trying to set import times!). Communication was superb throughout and continues to be so. We are happy with our decision to use PNG and also with the installation

Solar Power system in East anglia

Started with a thorough survey and a discussion about what we wanted and how it could be done with some suggestions that nobody else made . We accepted the quotation and the installation was carried out about 5 weeks later over three days. The installation crew were exceptional; clearly knew what they were doing and did it well! The installation has been commissioned but we have not been left without access to help and advice. Communication throughout the process was exceptionally good and remains so after PNG have completed their part of the contract. They have provided advice and answered all our questions and, I believe, will do so as long as we need support. If you are looking to install a solar power system in East Anglia then PNG should be on your list of companies to approach

We asked this company to replace an extractor fan. Their customer service and standard of work was exceptionable and we are very satisfied overall. Would recommend this company for all electrical work.

I called PNG to come in to convert my single plug sockets, double plug sockets after I moved house. They were quick, efficient and very clean. I’m sorting out what other work I’d like them to do as I was very happy with their service.

Car Charging Solution

The guys at PNG Electrical supplied and fitted an outdoor socket for charging my car, I initially requested a car charger however, having a hybrid car it was recommended that an outdoor socket would suffice which I was more than happy with, saving me a few £’s also! Great advice and will suggest the best solution for the customer not the one which will make them more money! Happy to recommend again and again.

Just had PNG install an extractor fan in the bathroom. From the first call to arrange a site visit through to the actual installation I've been really impressed with this company. Staff at the office very helpful & Dan, who did the initial survey & installed the fan with Caspar was excellent, very knowledgeable & professional in suggesting what we needed. The installation was carried out with no disruption or mess & we wouldn't have known they'd had been, apart from now having an extractor fan. Nice professional guys to have working in the house. Highly recommended.

PNG Electrical have just completed refurbishing my domestic 12 year old, forty panel array, this involved complete removal, replacement of cables and connections, removal of previous years' Jackdaw nests and fitting bird deterent mesh around relaid panels PNG did an excellent job under extreme weather conditions with great cheerfulness and cleaned up the whole site before their departure. I’ve just recently had my solar panels and electrical draft extractors installed by this company contracted through CMC and I have to say what an exceptionally helpful, efficient, professional and polite team they all are. The Director Paul does all he can to ensure everything gets thoroughly checked at survey. Greg who was the main electrician carrying out the work was a pleasure to have in and around my home along with his friendly colleagues. Sam, in the office also ensured work could be carried out as swiftly as possible after the adverse weather set back period. Needless to say I would highly recommend this company for all the reasons stated including how much care they take in your home wearing shoe coverings and keeping tools neatly stacked hoovering any bits of debris afterwards. PNG installed our Solar panels, inverter and battery. We were recommended them by a neighbour who is himself a heating engineer who had them install his solar panels. We are really happy with the entire process from the quote to completion. Punctual, neat, friendly, proficient and professional. Aftercare service is very good and unreservedly recommend them.
