I had solar panels and batteries fitted by EdenPower last month. From start to finish Chris and Liam provided a first class, competitively priced, professional service and the system is working as anticipated. They provide a totally ''joined up'' service from the first visit to discuss options, to the final installation and commissioning. Throughout, they provided clear information, there was no hard sell, and they responded very quickly to questions I had later on. The installation happened exactly on time and the whole process was amazingly clean and quick. Following installation Liam provided a comprehensive run through the control system / app. The behind the scenes admin has clearly been handled quickly and efficiently - I already have all the paperwork needed to change tariff with my supplier. I would not hesitate to recommend EdenPower to anyone planning to install solar energy - it is great to be able to recommend and support a local business. Many thanks Chris and Liam.

Very good service. Had Liam out for a quote and they were installed 6 weeks later. Didn’t take long to install despite having a few issues with being sent wrong parts. Now been in 2 weeks and despite having some dark wet days most of the time, quite surprised at how much the panels have produced. Thank you Chris and Liam

Chris and his son Liam fitted my panels around 2 years ago….. to date they have been fabulous, saving money and earning me some back from the grid (£50 in May alone). Everything was on time and completely finished in 2 days, minimal inconvenience. I have 2 x storage batteries which power the house overnight and I’ve had to reduce my dual fuel direct debit to £40 as I’m £500 in credit as I barely buy electricity and my feed in credit pays for the gas over the colder months. I recommended Eden Power to my friend in Telford who is equally chuffed with both the company and the system. There’s no doubt it’s an investment on a property but it’s equally a very sound investment for the future. I’m not a ‘green warrior’ but some things are just sensible.

I have recently had a solar panel and battery installation by Chris and Eden Power. The price was fantastic and the work excellent. It was carried out over two days with minimal impact. To say that I am delighted is an understatement, Chris provided me with the documents to enable me to convert my Octopus tariff to a flex one. The reduction in my monthly electrical cost has been significant £150 to £60. I can't recommend Eden Power highly enough.

Chris was the only installer around who was also prepared to manage the roofing works I required doing at the same time as the installation. The integrated panels look great and are working well. Chris and Liam were super efficient and have sorted all our paperwork too - thank you!

Would recommend Chris and Liam to anyone, I had a 5kw solar system with batteries fitted in April and it is working well, this saves money and I feel I am doing my bit. The mark of a company is the backup, I had a problem with the solar meter and it was sorted the next day. Good advice, friendly people, local to me and reliable equipment. If you have the available money in the bank you will get a better return by installing solar with batteries.

Chris installed solar on two sides of our new extension, east and west, and we're both really pleased with the results. We opted for battery storage and this has produced a massive reduction in our energy bills. Outside looks good and inside is tidy. Would and have recommended.

Service above expectations

Very happy with the service I received from Eden Power. Both Chris & Liam were excellent throughout. From the first point of contract the company was professional, reliable and everything was delivered to and beyond my expectations. Being new to solar power, Chris explained everything in full, and post installation technical support has been fantastic. This company certainly delivered to Time - install as scheduled and punctual when working. Cost - certainly competitive in a market where it’s difficult to navigate trust worthy suppliers. Quality - install quality is A1, happy with the result and look which is so important. Overall a pleasure to commission this work and will certainly look to use them in future should I move on from here.

I already had solar panels when I had a chat with Chris at Edenpower but he mentioned adding batteries to my set up I went ahead with the battery system and have to say that it was a smooth process from start to finish Chris was swift at the installation piece and no mess whatsoever. He’s been on hand if I’ve had any questions since then and I haven’t had any problems since they were installed in 2019 Very happy with the service and would recommend speaking with Chris if you want panels and/or batteries. There was no hard sell plus I prefer to give my money to a family owned company rather than or of those fly-by-night companies

Service from Chris and the team has been superb. When I made an enquiry about the lead time for a third storage battery, it was installed and working the same week. For me, this is one of the best reasons to go for an owner managed local company rather than a massive firm who are only interested in getting the deal done. I know with Chris that if I have an issue I can pick up the phone and he will get it sorted, but fortunately that’s not something I’ve needed to do, as the whole system is working beautifully. A huge thank you to Chris and the team!

We had our batteries and a new solar inverter fitted to our existing solar panels by Chris from eden solar power. All the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Our batteries now allow us to store and use 100% of the power our solar panels produce. Would highly recommend eden power. N/B Recently had a problem with the inverter display screen. Chris acted promptly and ordered and fitted a brand new inverter under the warranty aggreement, It's reassuring to know that if there is a problem, a company will get it resolved quickly. Chris and Liam did a great job with my solar and battery design and installation. The panels are in a tray so I did not need roof tiles and they look great. The battery and inverter works well and it all integrates with an app. Overall I was very impressed with Eden Power Ltd and their prompt helpful service.

Thank you Eden Power Ltd for your recent help, survey and quote for a job contracted, signed and paid for with a firm subsequently no longer trading. The job involved extra roof panels, batteries, an invertor and EPS switch which had never been fitted. After advice from Chris and his son I was able to claim a substantial refund from my bank. I have no reservations in recommending Eden Power Ltd.

Eden Power were fantastic. They are local firm, and both Liam and Chris were both amazingly friendly and reliable. They gave us really good advice. They gave us very clear and accurate information about installing the PVs and how long the installation would take. They were always on time and finished the job in the time they specified. They were very tidy and respectful of our house. On the first day of being installed, even though it is January, we were already getting power from the PVs If you are thinking of installing solar panels, I would definitely recommend Eden Power.

I would highly recommend Eden Power We had solar panels, a battery and an iBoost fitted and all were up and running within a month of our initial enquiry. Chris and Liam were great – they always picked up emails or phone calls and responded quickly to any questions we had. They were kind and considerate when working. I feel reassured that they are just a phone call away and will be there if needed. It was really nice to work with a reliable local family company.

Eden Power Solar

I would recommend Chris and Liam of Eden Power. The system is up and running within a month of the first enquiry. There were two shortish visits to do internal work and then on a single day, the scaffolding went up, the panels arrived and the system was working by tea time. It is all easy to monitor through an app and needs no involvement by me! Glad to be working with a local firm and assured that support if needed is only a phone call away.

Excellent Company would highly recommend. Very prompt service, Chris came out the day after I enquired about solar panels and battery storage, I have an east west facing roof so wasn't sure if there would be any point installing. Chris was very helpful and no-nonsense he clearly explained what would be possible in my situation and how the system would work. No hard sell whatsoever which was very refreshing. I did get very lucky as they had a cancellation, so within a day of signing the contract Chris and Liam were installing the framework on my roof for the panels and the inverter and cabling in the loft, I did had to wait for the panels to be delivered but that was only a couple of days. All in all the work was completed in 2 half days. Chris and Liam were a pleasure to have working at my home and were efficient, tidy and respectful. And thank you to Liam for setting up the Solarman App on my phone .. now officially my favourite app, I cant stop checking it. I am amazed at the savings I am seeing even after just 1 week (and a week with pretty poor weather) excluding the electricity standing charge and without changing my usage habits I am spending just 1p to 3p per day on electricity from the grid and once my supplier has switched on my feed in tarriff that should mean that i pay nothing as the amount of electricity being generated from the panels that would feed back to the grid will cover the standing charge (at the moment)

Batteries fitted

Eden power fitted batteries to our existing panels last summer, a quick and efficient installation. We did have a problem in January which was quickly rectified at Eden Powers expense. We felt very lucky to have found Eden Power on several counts! With other companies needing 6 months for even a survey, Chris was fitting ours just 6 weeks from our initial enquiry! He is reliable and responsive, responds quickly to messages and kept us in the loop about any delays or hitches. He is personable and good to have on site, the work was completed to a high standard, with clear explanations and great after sales support. Prices are competitive and he appears to be able to access stock easily enough. Very happy with the money we have already saved on energy with our installation! Highly recommended!
