Apartment flat roof replacement

We selected RMG to replace our flat roof through a tendering process. From Day 1 (site visit / survey) RMG were thoroughly professional and exhibited a high level of expertise and understanding of the interaction necessary when dealing with residents of a medium sized apartment block during the works. The work was carefully planned and communicated, with close working between the RMG team and our consultant who was overseeing the work. With some impact by the weather RMG still completed within a few days of the original planned date. Quality of work was high (no issues with releasing the material and performance warranty by the main supplier), and significant care was taken when working with people remaining in residence. The RMG team were always polite and helpful - a really excellent job and we would have no hesitation in recommending RMG to others.

Leaking roof repair.

Having spent several weeks researching and contacting numerous companies to deal with leaking roof, we finally landed on Roofing Matters Group. From the initial visit with Daryl we knew we were dealing with someone who knew what they were talking about. The process went smoother than expected with any questions we had answered quickly with full explanation. All staff we spoke to and interacted with were cheerful and gave me a lot of necessary laughs during miserable time. We are so happy with the final results no more leaks and a guarantee that allows me to finally get some sleep.

Complete roof replacement - listed house

I used RMG for a complete roof replacement of a listed house. From start to finish the service was wonderful. Daryl arrived quickly a used a drone to assess the work required and the quote arrived quickly and was very competitive. Work was delayed for planning permission but at no point did RMG rush matters. When the work came the workers were polite and very knowledgable. The work was completed quicker than expected with updates and photos throughout. The office staff were responsive too. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough (and already have).

RMG are the best Roofing Company in Wokingham. Reliable, honest and fantastic work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The boys done a great job on my Roof and the owner was caring to every need that we asked for. Even putting a drone up to show us what was happening along the way. Repair of a leaking roof

We had a leak in our roof and contactedRMG for a quote. They came out had a look and gave us a quote. They were very busy so couldn’t do the work immediately but they gave us a date which they kept to. They did the work to a high standard we were very pleased with the team that sent who were very capable Derek was a sound leader. Once they started the work that discovered that one of the sections of the roof needed no action so they reduced the quote. .

We sadly made the mistake of initially going with a rogue roofer to have our roof replaced. This meant having to do it all over again. Daryl and his team stepped up and sorted the whole mess out - thankfully. The office kept us informed with any updates about the work to be carried out - especially with the nasty weather we have recently been experiencing, which was greatly appreciated. The teams on the day were all punctual, friendly, approachable and professional and managed to sort out the mess within a very timely manner. Thank you guys for the sterling work carried out - it's a great relief to know that we now have a solid roof over our heads!
