Your Plumbing designed and installed for us a whole house integrated heating system with a Vaillant air source heat pump, underfloor heating pipework and manifolds and a Sunamp for hot water. The design is excellent, the installation is very tidy and the system works flawlessly. I strongly recommend Your Plumbing's services to anyone considering heating/hot water system replacement or upgrade.

Highly recommended. Great service and support. Initially in response to a Leak, which was solved straight away and very professionally. Then to complete a full boiler service, a lovely clean and fast job with lots of explanation which helped no end, oh and a quick repair on a leaking radiator while at the house! Michael of Your Plumbing is extremely knowledgable, professional, thorough and highly competent. We have had him in for work a few times and he has always done an excellent job, at a good rate. Michael at Your Plumbing gives a first-class service. His knowledge on the products he installs and services is second to none. The cost of his service is very reasonable. He replaced are old Ideal boiler in December 2021 with a new Vaillant that is by far superior. I would recommend Michael to anyone needing their boiler repaired or a new one installed.

Excellent service from Michael @ Your Plumbing. From initial survey and quotation it was apparent that he is looking out for the customer. Each suggestion based on provided best short and long term value to the consumer. Installation was superb with the time taken to take real pride in the work rather than just throwing it on the wall. Clear and concise handover running through the controls and the vSmart product. Very comforting to know he is a phone call away for any issues and the 10 year warranty gives peace of mind. Would recommended and will continue to use for any plumbing requirements in the future.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and completed a full re-plumbing of our property that we were renovating, including pipework, boiler, heating and two bathrooms. Meticulous in his work, he was able to advise on the best setup, whilst working alongside other trades to keep everything on schedule. Very happy with the finished result.

100% would enthusiastically recommend to everyone and anyone! My boiler died recently and I got a few people in to quote and advise. By a country mile, YourPlumbing were the most efficient, knowledgeable and professional outfit. The quote they provided was comparable to the other two, but the attention to detail and professionalism was head and shoulders above. Michael clearly knows his stuff, is extremely proud of his workmanship and it shows! He was happy to explain everything, always providing a choice allowing me to make informed decisions but also making some recommendations where I wasn't sure. He turned up on time, kept his work area clean and organised, so much so that we were able to carry on normal life around him, which with two kids and a dog is saying something! At one point he even highlighted a part of the job he quoted for, which he had discovered was no longer, and reduced his quote on the basis it wouldn't take him as long. When was the last time you heard of that?! I wouldn't have been any the wiser if he hadn't told me. A boiler install is a big and infrequent investment and I imagine most people are like me in that they know very little about the subject. What you hope is that whoever you get knows what they are doing, charges you a reasonable price and does a good job. YourPlumbing knocked all three of those out of the park and I am happy to recommend especially if it saves anyone else any unnecessary worry. I ended up with a perfectly working system, installed quickly, and expertly at a competitive price. By all means get a load of quotes but I guarantee you that you won't find anyone better and choosing this company will be a decision you won't regret. Your Plumbing serviced our gas boiler in July 2020. The service was excellent and we were delighted with the whole efficient process. Would recommend Micheal Dawes to everyone.

I have used My Plumbing before and been delighted with Michael's work. This time he came out in an emergency and ended up replacing my toilet cistern and pipework as well as my flooded floor which he also replaced. He is totally professional works hard and does an amazing job. I am delighted to have found this brilliant plumber who is a pleasure to have in your home as well as being super efficient.

When looking to replace our 35 year old central heating boiler, we noticed that not only was Michael an approved Vaillant installer, he was also the only Which? approved installer in our local area. We immediately called him for advice, and how glad we were! He gave us excellent and intelligent advice, with a number of options. Our new boiler has been installed, with a minimum of fuss, given the age of our existing system. His workmanship is exemplary, and dealing with him has been a pleasure. We will definitely be using his services again for future projects in our home. We highly recommend his services!
