Green Warmth have a highly skilled, well qualified team. During the initial survey, Electrical and Plumbing trades were represented and we discussed the physical constraints of the building, re the indoor units, positioning of the outdoor units, ASHP & Battery, to minimise visual impact and simplify installation. Installation of the Heat Pump etc. went very smoothly, it is almost a shame to box in the indoor units, they are so nicely fitted. The entire team have been very easy to deal with and the installation team have been a pleasure to have on site. The system supplies plenty of hot water and heating. Running costs compared to LPG are already down and I have yet to change tariff. 15 Solar Panels, a mid December install, we got a lucky break in the weather so Green Warmth sent a team of 4 to get our panels up on the roof in a single day. The guys worked hard, were well organised and by 4pm as the sun was going down, they finished. In the following days, the inverter, battery etc. were installed and commissioned. The whole team takes a great deal of pride in their work, which shows in the finished job. Once again they were very easy to work with and a pleasure to have on site.

By way of providing some real world information about running an ASHP, following the first annual service of out HP I sat down and added up all our electricity bills for the 12 months after commissioning. I know 2024-25 wasn’t a harsh winter, and that we have a lot of panels and a battery. but the total bill, not just HP but including all domestic consumption as as well of course, was £689.15. And that’d before we get paid for exported surplus. It’s also about what we last paid for a tankful of oil! Naturally we are well pleased!

I contacted Green Warmth having just moved to Pembrokeshire and was looking for a green energy solution for our new home. They pride themselves on having everything in house, and that was important to me. I didn’t want the work subcontracted out and then poorly managed and had bad experience of this before. Tracy and Vicky were very thorough in the design and procurement process, clearing all my queries along the way. They took care of all the paperwork, liaising with National Grid, sorting out the grants….everything. The site team didn’t let them down. All excellent and worthy of mention….the two Cam’s, Sam, Jesse, Ryan and Ryan Jnr plus Jason overseeing. The work truly is top class, finished when they said they would and neat and tidy along the way. Can’t forget Olivia….chief organiser and always there to answer my calls, more often than not with the answers too. All in all, they are a great outfit in this field and know what they’re talking about.

Green Warmth have been a fantastic company to work with for my project. From start to finish them have kept me informed, and done a brilliant specification for my build. I have chosen to have a heat pump and solar PV/battery installed. They were careful to spec all to the requirements of the property and at no stage were trying to just get a sale. ( there are some cowboys out there so watch out!!) The owners, office team and onsite technicians are all brilliant in their technical knowledge and installation standards. Installing this equipment is expensive and generally in life you get what you pay for. Green warmth are competitive and are always on the end of the phone to help. I highly recommend them and will be using them for my next projects in the future!

Green Warmth installed a full Air source heating system at our totally refubished bungalow, we were not too convinced on the choice of heating. Having moved in mid December, the heating has been briliant and we have been very confortable. Green Warmth, the installers, have carried out the work in a proffessional manner and remained punctual in their planned time schedule + a few days out sometimes due to weather conditions and the staff have also been friendly and helpful at all times. We have also had them install a complete Solar system and again we have been very pleased with their performance and proffessionalism.

Green Warmth are a local renewable energy and heating company based in Pembrokeshire and came highly recommended to me. Green Warmth provided me with a second detailed report of my heating and electricity needs after a comprehensive detailed survey. This was thorough and enabled them to design a system of air source heat pump and the requisite number of solar panels to provide energy to run the air pump. I went for their recommended package which included a battery to run with the panels. Green Warmth organised everything. Scaffolding, deliveries of heavy palettes, all on time, checked by their staff. Work commenced on the allotted day! The team of engineers, electricians and plumbers are a well organised team who communicated well. Yes there were hiccups and the odd delay but these were always explained and remedied. They even dealt with some difficult neighbours who feared that my system would be noisy! It’s not! Green Warmth ensured that all installations conformed with current Welsh regulations. So now I have a great integrated system that is quieter than my garden birds; an app that shows how much electricity is being produced and a smart boost that shows exactly what I’m using when I switch a kettle on! I happily recommend Green Warmth whole heartedly. The only bad news is that their reputation means you have to wait for surveys and installation due to the demand of would be customers! Worth waiting for.

We have just used Green Warmth to install our new air source pump. Ryan, Mark and Iuean did a very professional job and very tidy. They managed to answer all our questions. I would recommend them to others.We now have a warm house.

Did a very good job on installing roof mounted PV array and Inverter with built in EV charger. 2 years on, everything is working effortlessly and still looks freshly installed, despite being exposed to extreme wind and sea air. Had an initial problem with EV equipment not being installed to code, that the previous management refused to acknowledge. However Jason and the new team who have taken over were very understanding, they sorted everything out very professionally and at their own expense.

We commissioned Green Warmth as a consequence of the many positive comments from previous customers. Admittedly we were both unsure about the technology involved but Green Warmth took us carefully through each stage of the process, reassuring us that not only was the equipment they used of the highest quality but the technical support available post installation was readily available. Sure enough the whole installation process was smooth and efficient causing minimal disturbance. The fitters were very professional, courteous and above all clearly very knowledgeable and were well supported by the technical staff at Green Warmth, all of which we found very reassuring. The panels have now been installed and are generating power as we expected. Consequently, I can recommend Green Warmth to future customers without reservation. A very satisfied customer. We had our air source heat pump installed by Green Warmth in Nov 2018. I'm not sure why I didn't review at the time - probably still too busy with our house build! Initially we couldn't afford it, but after some hard work and saving we replaced our electric boiler and couldn't be happier with our heat pump. It wasn't a problem that we had installed our solar panels already and did the UFH ourselves. They were efficient and professional. If I were to do it again I would move the pump a bit further from the house/put a bit more acoustic insulation into the room it is closest to. If you are looking for a company that has experience in this sort of set up then look no further :)

Had Green Warmth install solar PV panels on my newbuild property in Pembrokeshire. Great service, turned up when they said they would for each part of the installation and were always easy to get hold of via phone/email when I needed to ask the many questions over the course of the job. I was recommended by a friend to use them and I will be doing the same for other friends!

I would highly recommend green warmth. when I built my house 5 years ago they installed my air heat source pump and the solar panel systems. They also service my air heat source systems annually. Whenever I want any work done they were easy to get hold of on the phone Very polite and pleasant and the work they do was to a very high standard. If I ever build a another house again I would have them back any time to carry out any work for me.
