We have ASHP installed by Greenflame installations very pleased with the service , me and wife where very picky and have our own choice of equipment and auxiliaries ,Jools and the team of great guys was manage to install everything exactly as we wanted which we have 6 quotes from different installers before Greenflame and none of them was as flexible and want to accept the challenge, also our house was a retrofit and was a lot of manual work to get pipes thru massive amount of floors and walls and they where manage to fit all the pipes inside the walls so we can’t see them ,which some of the installers are not interested and most of the time run pipes on the surface of the walls. Vaillant system was installed first time with no leaks or faults, house was cleaned every day after lads finished the work, you can’t go wrong with them but you have to be clear what you want in terms of installation, Jools being in charge of everything from start to finish and very knowledgeable and patient, again we have a high standards and they are really solid also the team of 7 technicians was working in our house to get it done in 5 days from start to finish so that’s unheard of this days. Goods where delivered before installation on time is well office team was manage to find exact items we ask for as in our case wasn’t a standard installation. They do install lot of this systems and you can’t go wrong choosing them, we are very glad we didn’t went with mainstream installers as they where not really interested in any sort of detailing Greenflame was only company to agree to all small details they are really passionate about their job which is difficult to find these days will definitely use them again for future projects or modifications as again they are flexible and listen to customers needs which is much appreciated.

I've had a stove and 2 air source heat pumps fitted by Greenflame. The team are great, very knowledgeable and helpful. There's a lot of bad press about air source heat pumps, but ours have worked exactly as discussed with Jools during our initial discussions. Highly recommend working with them.

We were highly impressed by the professionalism of everyone we encountered at Greenflame Installations. Right from the initial assessment of which system suited our property, the guidance through the process leading up to setting an installation date, the installation, to the handover and instruction to operate the new system, and aftercare arrangements. The installation team were clearly highly skilled and the workmanship has been to a very high standard. I would very much recommend dealing with this company.

My sister had a biomass dual boiler installed in her newly built house in 2018 by Greenflame. It's the only source of heating to the house and, having had so many problems with it, it's been a costly nightmare. The house was never warm in some rooms and in winter we were spending £600/month on wood pellets for a system that's meant to be eco-friendly and cost effective. We paid numerous times for them to come out to look at it with no conclusion. They pointed out that it could be other components to the house causing the issue, however when my sister offered to sell the boiler back to the manager there was no questioning as to why and we got the impression he already knew it wasn't a great heating system. He then offered to have an airsource system installed instead, free of charge, which sounded good. He said he'd be back in touch soon to arrange it and we never heard from him again. Biomass boilers are a very costly, ineffective, messy and high maintenance option to heating your home. I wouldn't recommend it. The company may be good at other things but I'd suggest to anyone to stay clear of biomass boilers as have heard similar reviews from others who used Greenflame to install theirs. Edit in response to below: I lived in my sister's house for a year, personally dealt with Greenflame and paid the invoices, so I am indeed a customer.
